First time visit seeing Dr. Shen and she was great! She listened to me and my concerns and was very informative and pleasant, with a great bed side manner. We discussed a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. Her assistant and audiologist was nice and pleasant. The office staff was nice. The office was nice and clean with hand sanitizer throughout.

Dr. Jing is great. She listens to your issues very carefully. My wife had an ear infection for few weeks and we visited 3 other doctors and none of them were able to resolve it and Dr. Jing was able to do it in one seating. Great doctor with great experience.

I was very happy to meet Dr. Shen yesterday. She was very professional but was empathetic and listened to my complaints. She was prompt in assessing what I had. Her medical assistant was great too! Very nice and warm. If I ever have another medical issue, I will definitely go back to see them! Thank you to both.

She took the time to explain things to me so that I understood what was going on with me. She listened to my issues and answered all of my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

She is one of the greatest doctors. However, her staff really dropped the ball. She was supposed to schedule a physical therapy for me. After finding out TIRR Rehab Center did not have my information today, July 19, I called and left 2 voice mails and she did not return my call. I finally talked to her and was told that she will re-fax my information to them. She even promised that she would get back to me, but she never did. My dizziness persists and need the therapy urgently. The Rehab Center told me they always provide the confirmation if they receive the fax from the doctor. In my case, I wonder if she ever checked if the fax was received by the other end.Best regards,Steve Sung

Our first and second visits with Dr. Shen have been great. Dr. Shen is very professional and will answer thoroughly all your questions. She detected vocal cord nodules in my daughters throat and referred us to some speech pathologists and recommended a spray to reduce adenoidal tissue and reduce snoring. Thank you Dr. Shen!

First visit as new patient, Dr Shen was thorough and took her time to answer question and concern that I had. Staffs at MC location were friendly and helpful!

We had the worst experience with this doctors office. The nurse is the assistant and is always so busy and never calls back or checks her voicemails unless you call the front desk several times to remind them to tell her. The doctor informed us that the nurse would call us the day we got some results in to make our next appointment. Of course we never got a call so we had to chase the nurse down following day. We finally got a call back by the end of the next business day to find out that she already scheduled us without asking our availability nor telling us we were even scheduled. It would have been nice to know that we were scheduled and general information about that. The front desk is not very helpful and is rude as well. They explained that they and the nurses dont get lunches because they get to busy, but I do not think the patients have to suffer/or not get taken care of because of that. There is not manager to talk to at the Willowbrook location. The office manager from the other locations said she would call us back and get things situated for us, but we didnt hear back from her either and still havent heard back. We had to call her and get our own updates. Tried to cancel our biopsy but we couldnt without the doctor. Took them long enough to cancel our appointment. The list goes on and on.We stated that we are cancelling all future appt because of all of this. The manager told us that the doctor was sorry and understood if we wanted to leave. Never heard from the doctor. The least she could do was find the time to call her patients to apologize for her staff not doing their job thoroughly, but seems like the doctor didnt care enough for her patients either. Find a different office and doctor/staff. You may not ever hear back from this one or will waste your time. We now have to start all over somewhere else. They wasted about 3-4 weeks of our time. Dont waste 3-4 weeks of your time. Go somewhere else.

From the time I walked into Dr. Jing Shens office and requested an appointment to the time my appointment was fulfilled, the staff was nothing but extremely friendly. What little time I spent in the waiting room was comfortable because of the cleaniness but overall my wait was short. In addition, I have never had a doctor enter into the room as prompt as Dr. Shen did and have definitely never had one spend the amount of time explaining step-by-step what she was doing. In my opinion, Dr. Shen is the highest of quality especially because I wasnt passed off to a staff member; rather she treated me herself. Although, the staff was very friendly and I would have been just as confident in their ability had she had someone else perform my treatment. Thank you Dr. Shen for your quality and dedication.
