Dr. Liou and his team are such an amazing group of individuals! He performed a parotidectomy on me to remove a benign tumor, and did such a fabulous job. During the whole process, before and after, he did such a great job making me feel comfortable, and answering my questions. Also his nurse, Heather did such a great job with communicating with me. Thank you guys for giving me my confidence back to smile again!

Done a successful surgery and remove the entire cancer

The doctor is great however the office is poorly managed. Why is it ok for doctors to be late for appointments but when a patient is late to their appointment, the patient have to reschedule? Came 20 minutes before my appointment and here I am, waiting 45 minutes later. Baylor, please respect your patients time.

Dr. Nelson and his team especially Brandis and Shawn are all wonderful. Dr. Liou is such a caring and wonderful surgeon, he knew that I was very anxious about the whole thing before surgery and he even called me at home and listened and answered all my questions over the phone in spite how busy he was, he tried to be so accommodating and kept me comfortable, the best of all he didn’t do a tracheostomy on me, he knew that I was so worried about having that, I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful doctor like him. Brandis and Shawn are both so accommodating and helpful, they’re always trying to read and reply to all my emails and take care of all my requests until now. God bless this team.❤️🙏

Dr. Liou and his staff are wonderfulMy daughter had an very large Goiter which was growing inside her chest wall. That was very scary news. Well Dr. Liou took the time to explain everything. He answered all of our questions and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. He is very friendly too. It was very refreshing to have a doctor take his time and making sure my daughter understood everything. The surgery went very well and the cut he made on her neck was perfect. He was the only doctor that come to the waiting room from surgery and ask for a private room to talk to us. After talking with us I had to give him a hug, because he didnt have to open her chest wall to remove the goiter. The cut was perfect and she is healing nicely. His staff is great too, especially Brandis. They make a great team and I would highly recommend them for ENT.Thank u Dr. Liou!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Liou . He treated me after hours to relieve discomfort. I felt better immediately . He goes above and beyond for his patients !
