They had me waiting 10+ minutes TWICE just to get sent to voicemail. Very unprofessional

I would not recommend this place to anyone in agony and needing answers . I clearly suffered day in and day out . I was involved in a automobile accident and sent to this Fake office for treatment . Dr. W and his assistant made me feel like I was crazy after repeated Trips to his office he referred me to a psychiatrist. Because he could not find anything else. Furthermore I was hospitalized the next week at clear lake regional hospital and diagnosed with High Intercranial pressure( IIH). I asked for another appointment to show dr. W that he was in fact wrong and that this was the illness making me feel terrible. I even had my eyes checked at Tso on marina bay in league city and they concluded the findings of my optic nerves. So DR.W this is for you IM NOT CRAZY ITS NOT IN MY HEAD . And because u didn’t want me in your office to let you know what the cause was here it is for you to see.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO AMYONE. GO TO A COMPETENT DOCTOR .This doctor will give you plenty of pain meds and flexiril but not care about your true symptoms. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ACTUALLY HAVE SOMETHING GOING ON .Office staff need additional training as well . Nothing is organized.

Referred here after an accident. This place is clean and they have the utmost respect and care for their clients. The doctor and staff are very attentive to your needs along with being totally professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know needs this type of care.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel comfortable even while you wait.I had Dr. Nguyen, he was very informative and helpful with the process. He explained everything perfectly and thoroughly, so I knew I was in good hands. He treated me like he would a family member or a close friend, he showed that he truly cared about my well-being.Dr. Nguyen helped me understand my injuries after my car accident and helped me through the healing process. I highly recommend him to anyone that is afraid and/or unsure about what to do.

As soon as you are greeted by Alex, she kindly offers you a water which I think adds such a nice touch. We have been patients with Dr. Nguyen for a few months now. They are so nice and really pay attention to your ailments. I also love that the wait time was minimal. They dont make you wait forever like most offices do. We had just had a baby and Nash remembered her name, it made me feel like we werent just another patient passing through. This office is very courteous and we will for sure recommend them to friends

This is the most caring medical facility I have EVER been to. The staff is to be commended on their friendliness and the Dr. Nguyen is amazing. Not very many Dr.s take the time to make sure you understand EVERYTHING that is going on with your issue, well he does.

Awesome experience. Alicia was very helpful and so sweet. Dr. Rahman was very informative and took time to explain what type of surgery my husband needed. He had just gotten out of surgery and still took his time and made sure all of our questions were answered. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel so much more comfortable about his surgery. The wait time was short and everyone was very friendly.

The people at SOS are so amazing! The ladies in the front were all so welcoming especially Alex and Rosemary! I had to wait a little while in the lobby so that my doctor could send my x rays. And while I waited, the ladies in the front office kept asking if I was ok, if I needed anything, even offered me a snack at one point! They were all so sweet! By the time my x rays arrived, it was almost closing time, yet Dr. Lee and the nurse practitioner Teresa still saw me! Which was great considering I’d have to wait another week if he didn’t see me that day. Everyone here was awesome!

Butcher.I did not miss my second appointment for the procedure on my back.I called your office and left a message that I wanted to cancel because you had made my condition worse. so please dont try to overcharge for consultation and that one botched procedure.Before the procedure, in pain BUT I could walk better. After the procedure a few days later I can barely walk now in Extreme pain and definitely cannot work. I had to quit my working. The staff is very rude/ unprofessional... Street Hoochies. dont risk your fragile health. I guess I need to call a malpractice attorney. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Dr. Lee and the staff are great and very professional. I love that they offer free bottled water but you have to request it but many patients and visitors don’t know about it. They need a trash can in the lobby many people just leave their trash on the floor and chairs. They need to improve on the wait time I usually wait a hour to be seen. People that arrive after me tend to be called before me I don’t know if they are not orgainizing the charts based on arrival time or what. However he is a great surgeon and they will get your surgery scheduled very quickly!

Dr. David Nguyen, is the doctor to see. I have had the best experience as patient with Dr. Nguyen after my accident that left me with chronic pain. He was able to explain the anatomy of back, and all the treatments possible . He is professional, Knowledgeable , courteous. and honest. I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. I am grateful I found such a caring doctor to help me in my time of pain. Thank you ! DRr Nguyen!If you are in search of a pain doctor , do not hesitate to see Dr. David Nguyen you will be so happy you did. The best part of coming to this group practice is that there are several location around Houston.

The staff here is always warm and friendly, and I couldnt have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Rahman. He is so nice and always explains everything very thoroughly. Dr. Nguyen is also amazing, and helped me so much during my recovery. As long as I need an orthopedic surgeon, this is the only place I will ever go.

This was an amazing experience for both my husband and I all the way from A-Z. The staff were beyond excellent in what they do and excellent customer service, comfort and knowledge of what will happen to you and what to expect once completed with procedure. As well as a courtesy call to check on my husband and I a day after. Every staff member I came across were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr . Rahman is a very ethical and authentic doctor. I very much enjoy the whole office, they are so kind.The Medical Assistant Flor has such a listening ear. Josie the Scheduler has a lot patience , and Alex the Front desk /Greeter made me feel so welcome.

Inept office policies. Didn’t send clinical notes for my disability claim from my last visit to my attorney resulting in no disability payment. They didn’t refer me to physical therapy, then asked on my second visit how my therapy progress was going. They subsequently sent me to therapy, where the new provider asked for the latest xrays TWICE but never received them. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great and reassuring experience on my first visit. I was really worried about my knee injury but after meeting with Dr. Edward Lee I realized that all is not lost. Thank you guys for giving hope!

I came to Spine & Orthopedic Institute due to me falling and had excellent service. I was always welcomed with a smile and Rosemary was always polite to me and very helpful.

I would highly recommend this place. Every time Ive gone in they have made me feel comfortable about the procedures that need to be done and the office staff is always polite and welcoming.

The doctor told me right away he wanted surgery as a last result that made me feel good because most doctors would want to do surgery first he seemed genuinely concerned about me and not his pocket I highly recommend them

I have been twice and i havent seen a real doctor. Ive seen two different nurse practitioners or medical assistants. Having a neck injury and getting injections or possible surgery, i prefer to see a real spinal Doctor.

I am so grateful for the exceptional care I have received at Spine & Orthopedic Surgical Institute over the last 3.5 years. Dr. David D Nguyen has such a caring gentle way about him. He really listened to me & gave me an opportunity to talk about everything without feeling rushed. He helped to make these last 3.5 years since my car accident bearable; for that Im eternally grateful. The staff is also wonderful & made me feel my needs were as important to my healthcare equation as Dr. Nguyen is. My time is valuable to them. They were never overbooked & bursting at the seams in the reception waiting room. I really appreciated that. Their offices off of I-10 on St. Marys Lane flooded during Hurricane Harvey & they leased new space off of North Sam Houston Parkway East as soon as they could so patients could be cared for without interruption. After my auto accident where I was so injured & it changed my life so drastically Dr. David D Nguyen & the staff at SOSI were a real Godsend. I highly recommend Dr. David D. Nguyen & SOSI. Ive been going to this facility for several months. The Drs there are very knowledgeable and explained procedures in detail.

I was injured in a car accident. I met with 3 different specialists here that were able to address the 3 different areas affected by the trama.This was my first experience where the Doctor(Dr. Nugyn, Dr. Lee & Dr. Rahman) sat down with me and reviewed my MRI disk images. They made sure that I understood what was going on with my body.I am 1 1/2 week from recovery and am great full for the Spine & Orthopedic Urgical Institute Team. I am also grateful to their support staff for being efficient and flexible to my work schedule: Alex, Noon, Jeanette and Flor.

They have been the ones that have done my back surgeries and are always super nice and can answer any questions you ask. Very professional
