There was a misunderstanding about my husband’s insurance copay, the receptionist actually came out into the patient waiting area and attempted to discuss his insurance and financial situation. Very unprofessional, and has to be a HIPPA violation.

Sylvia was helpful in loading the MRI images. Dr. Kreuzer, took the extra time to review the MRI imaging for comparison purposes and answered questions prior to a procedure. It was much appreciated as was his less invasive approach for my condition.

I was spoken to so very rudely and I am afraid to go back for therapy or anything else. Called the doctor because I couldnt get a reply or call back from the nurses and he asked me how did I get his number and I told him what was happening with my situation then he said to me oh I thought this was about the hippa law. I was freaking shocked! Then he said to never call his number again. Then he mustve called his nurse to call me then she called me from a restricted number. Now I wonder what did I get myself into? And this doctor was a referral. I am a good person, friendly, and do not have problems with any of my doctors but OH MY GOD! I no longer wish to do therapy or anything else with these people. I need some direction. I need to contact my good doctor I think I will be regreting not getting my surgery approved through his office. I do not like having problems like this at all. Follow up review: Inov8 orthopedics has gone above and beyond making up for the earlier mishap, and I definitely appreciate the Dr.s and whole medical team. I understand at times a minor mistake may occur and they can always be corrected. And my therapy is going well. Thanks to the PT team as well.

I highly recommend Inov8 Orthopedics and Dr. Vansadia. From my initial visit, to pre and post op care for a total knee replacement I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received and the end result. Dr. Vansadia explained what he would do clearly and always had time to answer my questions. Having the doctor’s office, outpatient surgery and physical therapy in the same building makes for excellent, timely communication. Shout out to the PT team also for their expertise, fun and friendly atmosphere.

My spouse had a total knee arthroplasty performed by Dr. Kreuzer in 3/2021. We had an excellent experience and the rapid recovery exceeded our expectations. Overall we had a 5 star experience with Dr. Kreuzer and his staff. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Dharmpal Vansadia today for excruciating pain in right shoulder. They took x-rays and he came in and told me the problem. He gave me two shots in my shoulder. I was able to use my are properly afterwards, while still in office. He was very compassionate. I thank Father God in heaven for sending me to Dr. Dharmpal Vansadia. I was very impressed with him. I will go to him again if I have any orthopedic problems.

I wish there wasnt a pandemic so I could give Stefan Kreuzer a hug, or at least a handshake!Im 45 and my hip osteoarthritis was slowly thieving my fitness, my ability to participate in regular daily activities, and my mental health.I visited other orthopedic surgeons before, and I left feeling worse and without any real sense of hope or possibility.Dr. Kreuzer, in his confident yet realistic manner, showed me that things can be better. For the first time, I felt help was on the way.He listens to you at your own pace with patience and empathy. I thought needed knee replacement but have had 2 steroid injections to Left knee and I am back walking without a limp, no pain AND NO SURGERY DR BRANNEN AND ENTIRE STAFF are everything, caring, professional. A Wonderful surprise.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Vansadia to see me about my knee pain due to multiple past surgeries and meniscus loss and arthritis. First of all the appointment process and service you receive once you show up for your appointment are all very professional and done with extreme safety and regards to your protection due to COVID 19 all safety policies were followed and I felt safe.Now to my issue and the reason for my visit, I have been experiencing knee pain on a daily basis from my light jogging and ice hokey play. Dr. Vansadia and his staff took a look at my situation and gave me the change to have my input on my situation, they did do X-rays to confirm the arthritis developing on my knee and thoroughly went through the X-ray results and my treatment options.During my 2nd Visit, Dr. Vansadia went beyond the call of duty in my opinion in helping me fid the correct prescribed knee brace, helping look up options on the web while there at the clinic. Also, having the supporting staff take accurate measurements and help me find alternative off the shelf knee braces that would fit me correctly and that meet me budget.I must say that my knee is feeling a lot better without going into details and now I am back to my light jogging and even doing some recreational soccer.

I have waited 19 days for results on a MRI. I have left many messages and called more times than I can count. I was on hold for 48 minutes over my lunch break hoping to talk to a staff member. When I did get a nurse on the phone she was shocked that no one had called me yet. ( as was I ) She said the PA would call me back in two minutes. I waited and waited. No call. Its now been another 24 hours and I sit now on hold with a recording that says Please wait for a staff member. Your call is very important to us. I beg to differ. I know that the doctors are supposed to be great yet without procedures, and someone to follow up, the experience has been the worst I have ever had with any doctors office. I am glad its a knee issue that I can still walk on with pain and not something serious. They do want to give me a round of shots which I do not even know the results of the MRI yet to understand a diagnosis yet they want to give me shots. Shaking my head. I would recommend another office and will be seeking one out to find a better patient experience. If you are reading this, I wish you the best and hope you have a better experience with their office than I have.

Dr.Vasadia was very informative! Great bedside manner. Explained everything well and the options for treatment. Office staff very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I think the front office staff need to consider patient privacy just a little more, the set up is not feasible to discuss sensitive information.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was short to be taken back to be seen by the physician. Contact with the physician was informal. Pertinent questions were asked, he listened to my response and explained in a clear, concise way what my options were and what he would recommend.I left the office feeling confident that I would be in very good hands and the best care available would be provided.

As usual Dr. Stefan Kreuzer was the consummate professional during my appointment. He already replaced my right hip back in 2016 and I have had marvelous results since then. I thought my left hip might need replacing, but he told me that my hip was not the problem and gave me some things I might try. He is truly a pleasure to deal with and interacts without a touch of arrogance, even though he is one of the best anywhere in the world at his work. We are fortunate to have him working in our area.

WOW!!! I have no clue how they can get you in and out in less than an hour. They run an unbelievable efficient operation. Doctors are very down to earth and polite. They care way too much 👍🙌!

No call back.Need to find out why you said patient was ineligible for inpatient care?Here is what I found after speaking with a lawyer...It called Medicare fraud.The doctor makes more money the less money is spent on her.BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE! Fraudulent business practices and OUTRIGHT LIES TO THE PATIENT!Do not trust them unless you don’t care about who they operate on....Oh, yeah. Almost forgot. Was TOLD by this surgeon, he had 12 surgeries scheduled that day. This particular one was NOT considered important by surgeon or surgery cooridinator

The Inov8 surgical staff and team were great. The whole process was well explained prior to the surgery and I was very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend to anyone and am very pleased with the quality of service and the professional attitude of everyone I met.

Dr. Vansadia is warm, thorough and clearly communicates the non-surgical options first and surgical options if needed. After two yrs of alternatives I finally had to schedule knee surgery. I couldnt be more pleased with my outcome. Yes one has to wear the brace, use crutches and go through the healing process. However, in my opinion, the world class Physical Therapists available right there at Innov8, made the 3 month recovery process almost enjoyable. (Of course it takes time and effort). Sam and Rich and the entire team (Carter, Joy... everyone) - all take extra time to communicate , the why behind the therapy. And when working with you, they pay attention to each rep. to ensure its done correctly. Joy handles appointments and scheduling … and shes professional and kind. Overall - INOV8 Orthopedics makes patient care a priority!

Yesterday was my first visit here, and I was really impressed. The practice was super busy, but so well run, I was in and out in an hour - including x-rays. The staff was courteous and attentive, and seemed to enjoy their work. Met with Dr. Kreuzer, who was clearly well-qualified and knew what he was doing, but was also friendly, casual and approachable. He recommended a conservative approach, so it doesnt appear this practice is focused on selling expensive therapies or unnecessary surgeries. I highly recommend these folks.

Great doctor, great surgeon, great staff.Had a clean and speedy recovery. No complications.What I treasured the very most about the whole experience was the entire bilateral hip surgery from the first office visit to see if I was a candidate for surgery till the day the physical therapist released me from my final session, every single thing from my walker, to my visiting nurse and visiting PT was coordinated for me. All I had to do was follow the yellow rock road.

Dr K is probably the kindest doctor ive had the pleasure of knowing. He will spend whatever time you need to fully understand the issue and work with you to solve your problem even if it means sending you to someone else. His only goal is to get you better! His staff is equally as considerate and accessible. Highly recommend.

I had a hip replacement in July 2013 and so far the results are absolutely amazing. I still continue to play basketball competitively at fonde recreation center. Of the two hips I have the fake one out performs the original hip I have left. The staff is incredible and they excel in people skills.

Excellent surgery and outstanding nursing, etc care but the team did not anticipate or immediately address a known allergy problem which occurred with the other hip operation, 3 month prior. We were disappointed with the timeliness of the response to our concerns expressed prior to the surgery, immediately after the surgery,and two day later when the bubbling skin problems showed up. Once the problem was identified again, the solution and care was appropriate and professional.

Cant say enough good about Inov8. Two weeks since my surgery and I feel great. I love the app sent to my phone to keep up with me daily. Truly a great group of professionals.

Kevin Lancaster, PA is knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend him. I found that the front desk staff, however, was rather disinterested in what they were doing and seemed as though they would rather be somewhere else.

Everyone was so nice. I felt like I was heard and my exam was thorough. Dr Branner was extremely kind and explained everything very well.

My visit to INOV8 was the most awesome experience that Ive experienced going to the doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm. I filled out new patient paperwork, had X-rays and visited with the doctor and received a diagnosis and was on my way by 3:50 pm. I totally recommend INOV8.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciated bed-side manner of the Doctor (Kreuzer) and his PA (Kevin) and most of the nurses. Ashley the date planner is wonderful and so helpful. They are swift and efficient, so you arent just there forever waiting, but dont feel too rushed while visiting. We have to drive 3 hours to come see them so it better be worth our time. Only had core decompression in one hip so far- scheduled for total hip replacement in a few months. With BCBS HMO had to do 1st Surgical Hospital. Not a bad experience there. Happy so far!

Terrible. I saw doctor Brannen in February after I slipped and hurt my knee. After taking xrays and an MRI, he tells me Im just overweight and should take spinning classes to drop weight to help my knee. I was then sent to physical therapy which did nothing. This month I went to a different clinic and after looking at my MRI, the doctor said my meniscus is very obviously torn. Im scheduled for surgery this month. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Kreuzer has changed my life. I had a total hip replacement back in June and I have absolutely NO pain. God has sent him to me. Staff is wonderful as well.

I am an orthopedic surgeon and traveled to Houston from SC for Dr Kreuzers skill evaluating and treating painful hip osteoarthritis. I now have a new left hip done by him. I am 100% pleased with his decision making, discussion, surgery, and outcome. His team is excellent. When my other hip needs replacement I intend to ask Dr Kreuzer if he will do the surgery.My new artificial left hip is now over two years old. I have zero pain in my replaced hip. I forget its not my natural younger hip. I am very very happy with my hip replacement.

I was referred here after an ER visit/diagnosis..I was in extreme sciatica pain during my visit..the ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly..😊 my appointment time was 9:30..there was little to no wait time which was great as it was painful to even sit. The young lady who assisted me before seeing Dr.Vansadia was such a sweetie pie..again I was in pain..so it is important to be empathetic..I also had xrays done with a young woman..who was also professional and directed me perfectly..next was my visit with Dr. Vansadia he was knowledgeable and helped my condition considerably. After being in pain for weeks, I appreciate Dr. V for knowing just what to do and the proper medication to prescribe for my condition. Im on the road to recovery....thank you all very much!!❤❤

An absolute amazing experience. I went to see Dr. Kreuzer on the advice of my Primary Care Physician. Dr. Kreuzer talked with me about my hip and said for a man of my age it was in bad shape. We discussed my options and total hip replacement was needed. I cycle approx. 100 miles a week and was concerned that i would not be able to cycle anymore. Dr. Kreuzer assured me that i would be able to get back to cycling and i would most likely be stronger than i have been in a number of years. I limped into the hospital on a Wednesday morning with hip pain and left two days later with only pain from the surgery. My hip has now fully recovered and i show no signs of having a surgery. 12 weeks after surgery i was back on my bike without pain. 6 months after surgery i rode a 72 mile bike ride around Lake Tahoe that included 4000 vertical feet of climbing. Not one ounce of pain or soreness. Today i am back to my 100 miles a week along with OrangeTheory classes in between. Dr. Kreuaer has the reputation of being the best in the business, and he absolutely is. Thank you Dr. Kreuzer for an amazing job well done.

Dr Brannen is awesome. He gave me my freedom back , I have had many scopes on my right knee and no one could fix the problems, was still in pain and not able to get around well at all. Went to see Dr Brannen he used his robot did a partial replacement and fixed my problem. He takes the time to get to know you as a person , your not just another number to him he truly cares about you. I will be getting my left knee done soon sounds crazy but I can’t wait because I know I will be mobile once again and pain free.

I visited this office for the first time on the 12th of February. The office is huge and very impressive; the people are very friendly and helpful. I had been referred to Dr. Brannen by the Memorial City Memorial Hermann ER doctor to followup on my knee injury. Unlike a lot of other medical clinics, I did not feel rushed, and did not have to wait very long. They were very quick with the necessary x-rays (they had the machines on site,) and Dr. Brannen took time to explain everything.

Dr.Vansadia is wonderful. Explains everything until you fully understand. He is very attentive and prompt. Saw him for broken ankle and completely satisfied. Still require ACL and meniscus surgery but I am confident it will be just as smooth a recovery as my ankle has been. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Vansadia.

Within 15 seconds he could tell my 1st hip replacement had gone awry, my initial surgeon would not over the course of 3 visits and > 2 months; in fact he still has not. The only knock is the wait time to get on the surgery schedule; thats what happens to the most successful surgeons.

I had very minimal wait time as a new patient. Went directly to x-ray and that department was able add my knees to be xrayed, even though I forgot to mention that when I scheduled my appointment. Dr Kruezer explained what was going on with me, answered my questions and referred me out to physical therapy for both my hip and knees. My husband was referred to Dr Kreuzer from a friend who had a hip replacement and now my husband is having knee work done.

I am fixing to have a knee replacement on my right knee on May 9th and I love Dr. Stephen Kruezer , he did a left knee replacement on November 1, 2011. and I think he is an amazing person and the greatest orthopedic specialist in this USA. Im very pleased with the results of my hip replacement at INOV8 Orthopedics. Today is day 16 since my surgery, so it is still early days, but aside from some persistent swelling in the repaired leg I feel good. My thigh feels bruised and sore, but my mobility and range of motion get better every day. Im comfortable walking up and down stairs, and excited to head back to work tomorrow.Dr. Kreutzer and team have given personalized care and my visits to the INOV8 office have been handled efficiently, with very little waiting between xray and exam for example.

Dr. Mark Geyer was amazing. I was off my pain meds 3 days after my Quad Tendon repair surgery (2 torn tendons). I was prepared for pain horror stories based on other people had told me about their surgeries from other doctors. I can only attribute my lack of pain to his high level of skills.Additionally, my 7 inch incision scar is barely noticeable.He also took the time post surgery to completely answer ALL my wifes many questions. She appreciated his doing so and relieving many of her fears.When it came time for Physical Therapy, he gave me instructions and a research article to give to my PT explaining what, why and how he wanted my therapy sessions to go. My PT said this rarely happens, but was pleased he did so.Anyway, as you can tell, I strongly recommend Dr. Geyer.

The front desk staff is welcoming and strictly adheres to patient privacy according to HIPPA. The waiting area is nice and clean with hot/cold water and coffee available. The medical assistants are personable and informative as well as the radiology technicians. The Dr Kruezer and Dr Vansadia provided excellent bedside manner and in a language that was understandable. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for an orthopedist.

Having issues with my knee, I was referred to INOV8 by my PCP and the level of knowledge and choices I have been presented with so far has been excellent. We have chosen to proceed with the least invasive way of treatment and will progress to more options if improvement for my age/sports injury doesnt improve as expected. I think this approach shows their experience and knowledge of in my diagnosed case of a meniscus tear and age related arthritis to be what I was looking for and so far so good for me pain wise. I sure there will be other updates here later as we progress.As promised here is my update as of today 10-9-19. Since my last post I had an MRI which confirmed that I had indeed suffered a torn meniscus in my left knee ad due to my age (65) it has turned into osteoarthritis (bone on bone rubbing) in my left knee. My doctor at INOV8 and I agreed to try the Synvisc gel injections instead of surgery to trim off the tear of the meniscus (which might happen at a later date if the gel was not successful). I ended up getting the 3 injections of the gell due to the fluid buildup on my knee. Before the injections I was having lots of pain sleeping and suffered quite a bit just walking around the block on a dog walk. After the 3rd gel injection I stared to slowly feel some relief. After a month with the injections, I was advised by my doctor at INOV8 to join a gym to work in strengthening my leg/knee muscles. This was the best thing I could have done as I slowly have regained the muscle strength in my knee and as of today I barely feel any pain and now walk over a mile a day on my dog walks. So to recap, after 6 months living with the gell shots and hitting the gym 3 to 4 times a week I have overcome 95% of the pain and limping from my torn meniscus / osteoarthritis. I will go back and get another round of gell injections whenever this first round wears off. My medicare and sup insurance has paid 100% of the cost.

Can’t speak to their care levels because they don’t take United Healthcare insurance (technically they are “out of network”) despite taking all the other major providers. No clear info on the website at this time regarding which providers they take.

As of the time of this review, Im in the 8th day following a full knee replacement. All has gone very well up to this point. At this stage of the process, I would definitely recommend Dr. Kreutzer and his staff at Inov8 Orthopedics.

Dr. Kreuzer did an absolutely fantastic job with my hip replacement. His clinic is top notch. The staff, the process, the technology, the results of my surgery — all flawless. His pertnership with Memorial Herman is absolutely fantastic. I was completely amazed with how easy my surgery was. I know it is a result of Dr. Kreuzer’s expertise and leadership. I would recommend Dr. Kreuzer to anyone for this surgery.

I came to inov8 orthopedics after I broke my arm. Dr. Vansadia has been terrific. We were able to schedule an initial appointment quickly. On all follow up visits, I saw the doctor on time. I was never kept waiting. Dr. Vansadia took his time explaining everything to me in layman’s terms. And gave referrals when necessary without a problem.The office was easy to locate and had ample free parking. All the staff is courteous and professional. And insurance verification was done quickly.I would definitely recommend Dr. Vansadia to anyone should they need an orthopedic doctor.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic experience with my left hip replacement in Dec 2016. Dr Kreuzer , Kevin Lancaster, and the staff of Inov8 ensured that I was fully prepared for the surgery and had the necessary followup visits. Adam (navigator) and the staff of Memorial Herman Joint Center ensured that I had all of the training I needed before the surgery, care during/after the surgery, and courtesy followups. I was able to walk small distances in the afternoon after the surgery and that has increased to full (conservative) activity after less than 2 months. There were no complications. I attribute the successful outcome to the professionalism and dedication of the staff at both Inov8 and Memorial Hermann and thank them for that.

Doctor Geyer was really nice and patient with us during my translation for my grandma and he made her feel better when she learned about her situation was good.

Excelente everything and the best is the people

Lets hope the medical staff are more competent than the pre-admission staff are. I contacted Inov8 on Friday morning July 28th to see if they could see me. After 15 minutes of retrieving my D.O.B / e-mail / phone # / Insurance information including Individual Id / Group Id and a host of other questions I was told that they could see me at 2PM. When I arrive for my appointment I was asked if I had completed all my paperwork online. I responded that I wasnt informed that I needed to complete any paperwork prior to my appointment. Then she said you are aware that we are not in your network. Since they had all my insurance information as well as my contact information it would have been nice if I had been contacted and informed of this fact prior to my appointment rather than taking off form work and finding out when I arrived. I wouldnt go back even if they were in network. Better communication from your front office staff would be a nice touch especially with all the current means of communication........

My experience with Dr. Kreuzer and his staff at Inov8 Orthopedics has exceeded my expectations.In 2017, Dr. Kreuzer replaced both of my hips in total hip replacements in two surgeries within three months time. I write this review three months after my second surgery and have just returned from a weekend away that included hiking and lots of walking and enjoying my family and physical health. I didnt experience any discomfort or lack of functioning. I didnt take a single ibuprofen because I am completely pain free and recovered to full-functioning capability.I am grateful for Dr. Kreuzers dedication to innovation that has brought Houston the anterior approach to hip surgery. Read about this type of surgery on his website. It is not the hip replacement that you watched your relatives have and recover from a decade or two ago. It is minimally invasive (no muscle was cut and my small scars are disappearing) and the recovery time post op was incredibly short. I was thoroughly prepared for surgery and for recovery. The only surprise for this patient is how good I feel, how normal my life is once again.In addition to providing outstanding medical care, Dr. Kreuzer has assembled and organized a highly professional and capable medical team. Everyone in the office - doctors, PAs, nurses, administrators, staff -is professional, informed, and capable. I always looked forward to seeing the staff at Inov8 for appointments. The office uses modern tools to communicate daily with recovering patients, and whenever I had a question or concern a staff member responded that day with support.I have total confidence in the care team at Inov8 and recommend Dr. Kreuzer and his team without reservation.
