Dr. Michael Greaser and his team were SO NICE. I was treated like royalty as from the moment I walked into the office. Front desk, nurse, resident, x-ray tech and everyone in between. Their smiles and comforting attitude throughout my visit really put me at ease for my injuryI came in for what I was sure was a small sprain or muscle pull, but they didnt make me feel silly for coming in. I will recommend UT Ortho to everyone!

So unhappy about the transparency of fees and billing. The doctor was great, but the company was the worst Ive ever dealt with. Lied to me about being in network even with my referral and then charged me for full amount due to office miscoding of procedures. Then hounded me with phone calls while case was on appeal and was somehow unavailable to consult with my insurance representatives when contacted. Will never do business with UT Physicians again or recommend them to anyone.
