This place is okay, even though I never get any feed back from Dr. Bailey on the treatment for my children. The office is very nice & clean, Ive never had an issue up until today with a lady name Julia. I myself have been in the medical field for more than 20 years and I could never find my self being rude or disrespectful to any of our patients. Im not sure why she felt the need to be so rude when I had a conversation with her today. When I asked to speak to management I was told there is no manager in this office. The lady would I spoke with about my concerns & complaint assure me that Dr. Bailey would be calling me sometime today. I hope to hear from her, so that I make her well aware of the customer service I received today from her staff.

This is the best orthodontics ever. If you have braces or any other things involving teeth you need to go there. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone. The staff ia amazing and so nice. If you are wondering, is this the Ortho to go to? Let me tell you, stop looking, you found her. Professional, knowledgeable staff that are willing to go above and beyond for your care. My son is on the spectrum, and they would find a way to make him feel comfortable, answer all his questions calming his anxiety, and just build a good founded bond with the patient. The only setback is that a tiny amount of the dental assistants may come off as rude, but it may be that they are having a bad day. A smile never hurts anyone right? No place is perfect, but this is the closest to it that Ive ever experienced.The important thing is that that expensive smile will look like a million bucks!

The minute I walked into Bailey Orthodontics I knew immediately this is where I wanted to be treated. The welcoming environment, the up-scaled facility and my detailed consultation made my decision easy. This was 10 years ago! Now my children are patients as well as are my nieces and nephew. They absolutely love this place and I have been nothing but pleased with the end results! Highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

The people are nice, however they do not treat your oral situation on a case by case basis. For invisalign, they have their normal track and if you want anything different from that track to better suite your situation, you have to fight. And if a mistake is done (on their part), they are more than happy to offer you a solution, for a $500 fee. Not what I was expecting from a highly rated orthodontic office.UPDATE:They have contacted me to address their misunderstanding in my care and are working to resolve my situation. Our family loves Bailey Orthodontics! They have always been accommodating and professional, and we have never had to wait long before appointments. The movie theater is a fun place to pass the time if there is a wait before an appointment. Both our kids and my husband have beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Bailey and her team.

This is a very nice and clean place. There is a theatre for the children to watch while they wait. They Also have friendly knowledgeable staff. They also do special events for their customers. They encourage kids to brush and floss. Awesome place.

Love Dr. Bailey and her kind staff. They are all very helpful. The building is immaculate! Always clean and spotless.The only con I have encountered here is the wait time. My daughter started treatment earlier this year and we show up on time for scheduled appointments. We get checked in appropriately, called and escorted to the chair for treatment then the wait begins. The tech checks everything out, which is rather quick but we always have to wait at least 30-45 minutes to be seen my the doc. Kinda frustrating when the scheduled appointment was for a specific time.If you’re coming to this office, you will be pleased with the treatment results and the staff, but know that you will have to wait way past your scheduled appointment time...at least that’s what our experience has been.

Where do I start, I love this place. Bailey Orthodontist is the place to go to for braces. My daughter got her braces and I loved the way her teeth looked. So I decided to get braces too. I got the clear braces. My youngest daughter is next. Bailey has all the up to date technology. Plus, she has a wonderful and friendly staff.

I love this place and the people that work there. When I decided to take my daughter here it was because her self confidence was very low because of her teeth. Getting braces is not fun but having Bailey Orthodontics by your side is. The treatment plans and the braces they offer are great. The staff is really helpful and gentle. The wait time may be a little long but don’t worry because they work pretty fast.

All 4 of my kids see Dr. Bailey and we love her and all of the staff!! She explains to her patients what she’s doing and helps them feel comfortable. Her staff is amazing all the way to the sweet ladies at the front and the lady in the billing department.

As an adult, I was apprehensive about getting braces after being told by my family dentist that was retiring that he had told my father that I had needed braces YEARS ago when I was a teenager. My smile LOOKED perfect, but my teeth were tip to tip meaning when I was clenching my teeth during figure skating practice... they were set up to wear down fast and develop micro-fracturing. YIKES! Id like to make it through this life with as many original parts as possible.So, I chose Kara Bailey because I had read the reviews, met with her, had seen her work; and I remembered how she was in high school although two years ahead of me. I KNEW that her integrity was unassailable; and, she was a perfectionist. I had a strong feeling that hadnt changed.So, after 1.5 years for the top teeth in brackets, they looked AWESOME. However, my bottom teeth were a bit more work being that she had to do a lot of work to get my teeth to where they werent tip to tip anymore. It took three rounds in brackets, but she didnt give up.Now, I have strangers stop me and tell me what a beautiful smile I have. There was one lady that took a picture of my smile to take to her cosmetic dentist! She thought my teeth were either implants or had veneers. Nope, just Dr. Kara Baileys work and good brushing habits!Ive recommended her to so many people. My smile couldnt be prettier thanks to her hard work and that of her staff.And, her staff? I love them. From the moment you walk in the door, youre not just a patient, youre a friend. Everyone at Dr. Baileys practice is professional yet compassionate.Dr. Bailey wont just give you a beautiful smile to last a lifetime, but she and her staff will treat you with respect and kindness.
