This place is not where you want to go for oral surgery! Received absolutely no preop instructions or any communication before the surgery. They couldn’t give me an estimate for any prices, even after having my insurance for weeks. On the day of the surgery (after already talking off work and arranging travel), they canceled my appointment. Will not be coming back! Highly recommend you seek out another place.

Dr Seabold and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and actively listen to your needs. The equipment was state of the art and I felt as though everyone had my [the patient] best interests in mind. My surgery was flawless and have almost no pain following wisdom teeth removal, and that is without taking the pain medications provided. I would recommend this place to anyone and will search out their services should I ever need an implant based on how positive my experience was. They get 5 stars only because I cannot give them more.

I have lived in San Diego, Boston, Connecticut and Houston, Ive honestly not felt so comfortable at the dentist since childhood. I always felt like the hygienist were begrudgingly cleaning my teeth. I loved that everything was done so quickly and efficiently, like full x-rays, whitening trays that are included in my first appointment AND sold me the BEST toothpaste for my sensitive teeth! The front desk was very pleasant as well. I look forward to my next appointment! Thats a first!

Dr. Seabold did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth. He removed all four in 45 minutes. I received the surgery three days ago and Im already feeling normal. I did not need to take painkillers or any other medication to help the pain and my face didnt even swell up. It barely looks like I had an operation done. I highly recommend going to this man

Went to see Dr. Seabold for a severe tooth pain I was experiencing he was able yo remove the tooth and place an implant the same day. This was the best dental experience ever. I never felt a thing, the girls were great explained after care instructions in detail. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the time i was done with surgery everyone in this office was kind, professional and caring. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

This was one of the best experiences Ive had being at a dental office. I dont currently have a general dentist because Im so picky when it comes to choosing a doctor for anything. I came across this office online after looking at the reviews and decided to choose Uptown Oral Surgery & Dental Implants because Ive worked in a private denistry office before and enjoyed the fact that we worked hard to value each patient and took the time to develop relationships with them so i was looking for an office that could potentaily offer the same treatment. Im so glad i came to this office because the dental assistants were friendly, kind and informative when it came to my procedure. Dr. Seabold is a great dentist and made me feel comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend visiting this office for oral surgery.

Literally the best experience Ive had at a dentist/oral surgeon. They werent lying when they told me that it would be over really quick. Last thing I remember was them prepping the IV and then I wake up and its over. The pain is as expected, but they made sure to inform my husband of everything I need to heal up after my wisdom tooth surgery. Would recommend 10/10.

I needed a wisdom tooth removed and was able to have it out on my first visit and without a long wait. They got me in the day I called, did X-rays and then a consult. I was so nervous but everyone was very reassuring. Next thing you know, I was prepped, sedated and that pesky tooth was gone. I expected a few days of soreness, but woke up the very next morning with just a little bit of tenderness. Dr.Seabold is amazing! I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

The experience was overall really nice, Dr. Seybold knew exactly what he was doing and encouraged me to make the right decision to take out all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He was really fast as well, the whole staff is nice.

Total lack of true compassion. ..although hes very good at faking it. I paid dearly for sedation. ..didnt last for the procedure. Left his office in extreme pain and bleeding rather heavily. ..although I was told it was oozing. Soaked through all the extra gauze before I got home. I called the office and was told I could come back and get more gauze! Some people have commented that they received follow-up calls. .he wont respond to my calls or calls from my dentist that referred me to him. I doubt this review will stay, but if it does. ..I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Great experience (can you even say that about dental surgery!?). This was my second implant surgery and it went as well as the first. Quick process and minimal discomfort afterwards. Very reasonable pricing as well.Dr. Seabold definitely knows what hes doing and is highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was so incredibly nervous prior to my appointment because I have never been under anesthesia before today and have had some awful experiences at other places in the past. Dr. Seabold did a great job of explaining what type of extraction I needed for my unique circumstance with my impacted wisdom teeth. He made certain I understood what was going to happen. Most importantly to me though, he made me feel safe despite how terrified I was. The procedure for me seemed like 12 seconds. One second I was lying back and getting the little oxygen tubes in my nostrils and the next, boom, it was over and I was awake. I was so nervous that it brought me to tears and now I feel silly because it was so easy and so fast. If I ever need any type of oral surgery in the future (but lets hope I dont), Dr. Seabold and his team will be the only ones I will call. Thank you so very much Dr. Seabold. You are awesome!

Very professional staff, the procedure was quick, the wait time was short, my nurse Sandra took excellent care of me before and after the procedure was complete. Up until the day for the extractions of my bottom wisdom, I was very nervous about the medicine and procedure. Today was the day and I was amazed how fast it went and how relaxed the medicine made me feel. I woke thinking that was it?. Not sure how the recovery process will go. So far I dont feel any pain. Dr. Seabold came highly recommend. But I didn’t like the fact that I had to have someone there with me the whole time. Even for my major surgery I only needed someone to drive me home. For someone who is single without any family and friends that worked during the work day, having someone there whole time was a huge issue. I was able to get a ride there and another friend would come pick me up. When I got there they said they could not start till I had someone there the whole time. I had to ask my coworker who dropped me off come back to sit at the office while I got a friend’s husband to come take her place. Then have another friend pick me up to stay at her place because I am single and needed help after the surgery. Having 4 wisdom teeth pulled was stressful enough but having to worry about having a string of people come sit in the lobby made me even more anxious. I even asked them what they would do if I was an introverted orphan with no friends, would I not be able to have my wisdom teeth pulled? Thank you God I didn’t take a taxi because I doubt the taxi driver would sit there and wait around for me. I NOW understand that this is protocol but it wasn’t explained to me when I made my appointment. Also, I woke up during the extractions and was screaming from the pain and all they did was tell me to stop screaming. I think they could have done a better job making sure I didn’t wake up to them pull all 4 teeth and having to hear the cracking of my teeth was scary.

Theyll try to charge more than agreed upon so I got my dental plan to call them to inform this office that they cannot try to charge me $25 more. Day before appt they agree to honor the correct price of $51, but when I arrive they once again tried to up the price just by a little extra $1, probably hoping that I wont complain over $1. But wow, are they that desperate to be risking the office reputation over $1? Their office must really need it.I did read Dr. Chad Seabolds bad reviews from 1-2 yrs ago about patients complaining about his arrogance, he hasnt changed. He acts like people are not worth his time. Its not what he says, but the way he says it.If you don’t have a procedure or dental plan that will be worth the doctors time, hell find reasons why he wont do it. Two other oral surgeons say they can do my wisdom tooth extraction so is Dr. Seabold not skilled enough to or does my procedure not make him enough money? I think hes only interested in expensive procedures.I believe the good reviews coming from Google accounts that dont have much history showing they have left reviews in the past may be coming from fake google accts created just to increase positive ratings. In each review, you can see how many past reviews a person has wrote plus if the review sounds too perfect, they probably are. Beware! No need to read positive reviews, its the bad reviews you need consider. Just sort reviews by lowest ratings first to read them first.Update: You cant expect a business to admit their wrongs online. Of course they will reply with lies to save their reputation. People will always be upset if theyre tricked.

I dont know where and how to start....I had very devastating experience where for a couple days I lost the confidence to smile and show myself in public thank God I stumbled upon Uptown the staff there was amazing I had 4 implants installed and the Dr went above and beyond and also put some stiches in my lip that previous places didnt want to try and fix. The surgery was an absolute breeze from the little time I was awake I was amazed how the team worked together in unison and before I knew it it was all done. Im very thankful for everyone there at Uptown what they gave back to me I thought I would never get back and that was the ability to smile with confidence. Dr. Seabold and his staff calmed this extremely nervous patient with great chairside manner, complete and unhurried explanation and answers to my questions, and wonderful dental care. I had a broken molar and wisdom tooth removed, plus three implants. I received IV sedation in just the right amount during the procedure. At home, the pain from the extraction was completely manageable with ibuprofen - I didnt even need the stronger pain prescription I was provided. I had no pain at all from the implants. As someone with a lifelong fear of dental work, I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience, with complete confidence in the care I am receiving.

Oral surgery is not a thing we look forward to. But when you need, you need it.I had a deeply impacted wisdom tooth blow up suddenly the day before Christmas Eve. On referral from my dentist, I arrived at Dr. Seabolds office about 2:30 PM. Expecting to get a scrip for antibiotics and an appointment for after the holiday, on review the situation really couldnt wait The tooth was sitting directly on the nerve, the infection was still localized, and I looked like Joseph Merrick.By 6:00 it was out. About 8:00PM Dr. Seabold called to flow up. At 11:00 AM the next morning he called again to follow up. Upshot is that everything is fine. There was absolutely zero nerve involvement, which was a rather unlikely outcome considering the location of the tooth, nerve, and the amount of infected tissue that required excision.So theres the review. Late, rather complex emergency procedure the night before a holiday, two follow up calls within 16 hours of the procedure, and an outcome that was near perfect despite some lousy odds. Dr. Seabold is young concerned, smart, and clearly skilled. Will I see him again? Well, hopefully only at a cocktail party, but if I ever again need his professional services, you can count on it.

I was really nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out at once but seeing how confident Dr. Seabold was and how he spent extra time to explain my situation also making sure I understood everything, made me thankful I chose Uptown to help me. The staff was also prompt and friendly and every ones hard work at Uptown made it a fast and comfortable experience. Afterwards the personal phone call by Dr. Seabold showed his interest is in the patient. I highly recommend him and if I need any more oral surgery I will go back.

I went to Dr. Seabold to get two lower horizontally impacted wisdom teeth out, and the experience was great. The office is nice and clean, Dr. Seabold is a kind, energetic, and passionate doctor. After he assured me that he could get my teeth out, I scheduled the surgery right after and in about 15 minutes i was in the operating room. I was put under sedation but the process took about 45 minutes. Post-op recovery was not bad at all as there was little swelling and little pain. Dr. Seabold had told me that the way he makes in incisions helps reduce pain and swelling. I would recommend Dr. Seabold to anyone.

Dr. Seabold use to practice in Michigan. He worked on me, putting in implants. They never took meaning dentures did not fit and worse than that they became infected. Now, my lower jaw is so infected the oral surgeons (Iwent to four of them!) told me I will suffer bone loss. The implants were put in wrong, meaning Dr. Seabold positioned the implants in a area where both sides of my face will be affected by severe nerve damage. I have gone without getting anything done for a few years due to financial hardship..no dental insurance or cosmetic money to pay for having my lower half of face replaced. ORAL SURGEONS TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE JAWBONE WITH CADAVER BONES!!....were talking a series of surgeries and down time between them! ;Please be aware this is the second time I have left this feedback and within a day or two my negative experience feedback was REMOVED and Dr. Seabold had his 5-STAR feedback back!! Do you know that for a cost a company dealing with feedback can make it disappear . When I left my first feedback, there was another person who left negative feedback and she experienced some of the his negative practices like getting you out of his chair the minute hes done, jamming gauze in your mouth and paper towels in your hand. Blood was everywhere and youre dazed and confused from being drugged for pain. His practice is to push you out the backdoor ..even though you parked in the front. I have tried to get my dental records numerous times to no avail. Two of the oral surgeons I have seen told me to go to the dental board and start a case. I guess Im done WARNING you. If you get a chance to read this, just check back in a couple days and watch me and my horrific experience removed...and he has his 5-stars back. My mother is 89 years old and in the late stages of dementia. Getting her to an oral surgeon much less letting anyone do any type of procedure is almost impossible. Dr. Seabold and his staff were very understanding and patient with my mother and made this a very easy process.After the initial examination Dr Seabold understood the urgency of the situation and scheduled Mom for surgery the very next morning. Dr Seabold was able to remove over a dozen fragments in my Moms jaw that was left over from over 40 years ago. Since some of these areas had become infected in the back of her mouth getting them removed was not urgent but something that saved her a trip to the hospital.Mom recovered in just a day or so and has not complained of any pain or discomfort in her jaw. Actually, she is much happier now and taking less meds since is pain free and not so anxious.I would recommend Dr. Seabold to anyone needing quality care. Thanks again Dr, Seabold!
