This place is always great. I have been here 3-4 times in the last couple of years and they always diagnose and treat me well. The nurse practitioner and staff are really nice.

Came in for rapid covid test and i had everything done within an hour, vital signs taken, seen by practitioner and got the result. Heather, the nurse practitioner even gave me a note if in case i will have to miss work if i continue to have symptoms even if i did not ask for it. She was wonderful and answered my questions as well. The staff in front was very pleasant, accommodating and the nurse who took me in and did the swab was fast and efficient. Thank you! I absolutely recommend this place for your urgent medical needs.

We have been coming here for years for minor emergency care, and they are always provide top-notch service, and usually very quickly, unless there are a lot of patients waiting to be seen.

Ive visited this location a few times now, and every time has been a wonderful experience. From check in all the way to checking out and getting any prescriptions...its the easiest process. The nurses and doctors are truly top notch, next level. They really listen, ask good questions and make sure you know what the next steps are to get better. Highly recommend this urgent care.

So my incredibly LOST Uber driver ended up dropping me off here VERY LATE (past my appointment time). I was so embarrassed to show up late but they were very understanding and still took me! Everyone was so nice. Got my testing, treatment and paperwork.

Very welcoming inside.I Love the movies they play. And the staff is very friendly and respectful. I only gave them 4 stars due to so much light that comes through they don’t have blinds to block some of it. Other than that great place!

Very reasonable on self pay. I had my insurance kicking in the next month after switching mistakenly canceled other so I had to self pay for the period for a visit..I was impressed on how reasonable it was. The service is very fast & reasonable!

Visited Urgent Doc on Westheimer for the first time. Very friendly staff. Short waiting time. Got to fill out my forms out by text instead of paper. I found out that I had two fractured ribs. These folks pay attention to detail and don’t play around. Bottom line is that I received excellent service. I strongly recommend Urgent Doc.

These people really put love into what they do. From the very attentive front desk lady to the amazing people in the back. Daniel and Kelsey were awesome! They really listened to everything I had to say and took into consideration my knowledge with my illness.

We needed a rapid Covid test in Houston, where we were visiting and unfamiliar. I’m so glad we found Urgent Doc—we did not see a physician, but the staff were so kind and helpful and prompt.

The worst place for covid test, they charge you even $75.The other thing is, they are not even safe for themselves or even the patient. If you want a covid test, please go somewhere else.

I will highly recommend this clinic location. Joseph at the reception desk, Erica who gathered all my pertinent information, and provider Erica Young were all the most pleasant and professional folks one could wish for.They listened to what I was experiencing, assessed my medical needs, administered meds I needed in the office, and faxed RX to my pharmacy and I was able to go straight there to pick it up. There was an expected, but reasonable wait but I got the oral meds I really needed so I could come home and get them started this evening. I called my neighbor/friend who recommended this location to me and thanked her sincerely for the recommendation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They were helpful at first and then as my claim became more complicated and the NPC, Daniel Garcia, acted very unprofessional with me and made my claim a big mess by giving the insurance false information, delayed medical treatment and delayed the sending of my medical records to my attorney and to my new doctor. I would not recommend if you have a workers compensation claim to come here. They will screw you over.

Just had to go...would have rated a 5 and is not the staffs fault ..staff from front desk, nurse, and dr were great ...considering was last minute visit. My issue is companys computer system I have two ins and no one else has problems. Said was not in their system 😠 no other emergency service ever had problem. And they say can call back and update in morning but bc new day finance dept wont accept...say what?🤬. People great corporate computer system sucks 😡Update: Dear Admin. I called back with mc secondary at 8:15 am next morning. I hope I dont receive bill. And regrettably the puncture wound has become infected...the teams response was great but I reminded of rare genetic condition and gave meds I could take...provider chose something else..it appears in 24 hours the medicine may be shutting down liver...Now may have another life threatening problem. I dont want to end up in hospital.

I’ve gone here a couple of times to be seen for various things (Covid testing, sickness). They are super friendly and Efficient at their jobs. The front desk staff is always on top and the doctors are very helpful. I like that they are just around the corner from my house and I can get an appointment same day. I’m a veteran so sometimes when the VA is unavailable for appointments, I am able to come here and be seen that very day! I definitely recommend this place and I’ve even sent some of my family members their way! Thank you! Your team is amazing!

I work at a facility with very high people traffic so I have to get tested for Covid frequently. Dr. Garcia is very professional and always checks my vitals even for a Covid test. He makes sure to answer any questions I might have. The front staff is very courteous.

Their watchword is Kindness and safety first. They are professionally trained to be nice and thier priorities are to meet patients urgent needs over thier billed amount. Customer service agent is also accommodating and has respect for others👌

Urgent Doc/Urgent Care Clinic9668 Westheimer 77063My husband was running a temp of 101.5°, uncontrollable shivering, chills. He was taking a broad-spectrum antibiotic at the time. It was nearing the end of the work day so our primary care doctor recommended going to ER or urgent care clinic to run lab tests, take urine culture. At Urgent Doc, pleasantly greeted and quickly moved into a room. Erica Young, PA, noted vital signs with elevated temp, and observed my husband’s unsteady walk, overall weakness. Rather than continue with more tests, she recommended going to ER where lab tests could be taken with speedier results. She was concerned that his symptoms pointed to something more serious and needed to get lab work done stat. And she made us aware that his condition could warrant a hospital stay.Erica was right. Went to ER and he was admitted into the hospital, diagnosed with possible bacterial infection/sepsis.While my husband was still in the hospital, Erica called me with the results of the urine culture which identified the same bacteria that the hospital found in the blood cultures.Erica got us to the right place quickly where the doctors could begin a strong antibiotic therapy.We are grateful for Urgent Doc’s professional, experienced and caring staff and I would highly recommend this urgent care center.

The entire staff here was beyond friendly, I called the day before and they help walk me through scheduling and appointment online. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day and be seen and sent on my way in less than 30 min. I am very appreciative of the entire staff and them working with me and treating me with care and respect.

I did my covid test here. They were super friendly and professional! I got my test done same day and only had to wait maybe an hour. I did have an issue getting the results emailed to me however that kind of thing is to be expected as they are doing super high volume. These people were hustling and bustling their butts off and I am super appreciative of that. 5 stars all around.

Go elsewhere....The staff was friendly and helpful, but the outcome of my visit there is unacceptable. When I saw the doctor she gave meds for 4 days and said if im not better by then, call her and she would call in some other medication. I called at day 5, still sick as day one, and was told that I would need to pay and make another visit to see them again. Im not repaying for a visit that the doctor clearly didnt prescribe the right treatment. This seems like just another doc in the box ripping people off while keeping them sick.

If you cant get to your primary physician. Urgent Doc on 9668 Westheimer Rd. is a great standby. The doctor and staff did a wonderful job treating my son with little to no wait time. The clinic is clean and well maintained with the latest equipment. And, its quick, convenient and neighborhood friendly.

Had to take my elderly mother in for treatment when she was in a scared and confused state of mind. The staff here were outstanding! Great bedside manner, sharp and competent. Ive been to a lot of ERs, Urgent Cares and Docs in my day and this was a top tier experience. The facility was also clean and pleasant. You wont go wrong here.

Staff is very friendly starting from the front desk guy, then the nurse that walked me to the room and then Dr. Erica that helped me at the end. I walked in on a Thursday around noon as I had fever and cold and my wait time in the lobby was less then 10 minutes. my whole visit was less then one hour. Thank you team and i really recommend that clinic.

I was in Houston from out of town and needed medical care. Staff was awesome! No long waits. Very nice facility. In and out in 30 minutes. They called a couple days later when my lab work came in to adjust my medication. Very appreciative.Highly recommend!

My time at Urgent Doc was quick and easy. The staff was beyond accommodating, and saved me so much time as opposed to an ER. Came in late on a Friday night for stitches and they were able to see me right away, same with getting them removed. No privacy Dr Garcia was in the hallway discussing my personal information by the time I left everyone knew why I was visiting staff and other customers and Im sure this is a Violation of HIPAANo need for me to contact you all regarding this situation I’m not looking for a justificationI have already stated my issue/concern  (no privacy) what do we have to discuss?

Everything about this facility was up to my expectation for urgent care - quick service, great customer care and knowledgeable staff. My son had a fever that spiked to 104 and ended up vomitting just 45 min earlier. After being quoted a 90 min wait at Texas Childrens urgent care, I walked right in to Urgent Doc and was able to see a PA shortly. While there wasnt an MD on staff at the time, here is what I loved about my experience. The front desk was extremely knowledgeable with all of the paperwork and payment, making it a quick 2-3 min process of getting signed up and paid. As I entered the facility, the PA was quick to clarify that an MD was not on staff if I needed their help. Finally she REFUNDED my fee because she said she didnt provide any service to me other than to refer me to another location. The front desk gentleman gave me the receipt within 30 seconds, and we were out the door. What was even more amazing was that she called me at 915PM (their office closes at 9PM) to confirm that we were able to make it another urgent care in time. Even though we didnt get the diagnosis that we were looking for, I appreciate the extra care and follow up. Any time I need urgent care in the future, I will happily recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you staff!

Went in for some pain I was having in the morning, went in and filled out the paperwork and was seen within 10 minutes. Very quick check in times even without an appointment. Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. Was able to get the help I needed and answers to the questions I had about the pain I had.

This facility is one of the best urgent cares that Ive ever visited. The staff was amazing all around and were very effective. The customer service was impeccable and I experienced minimal wait time. I love going to this Urgent Care! Everyone is always so nice, theyre always on top of every situation Ive had or a family member has had. I often would take my son here instead of his pediatrician, it was closer and every Dr. there understands his allergies and whats going on. Ive never had to wait long, and I just cant say enough really about them. The service is outstanding... period!!

A very caring place.

Went here last night and it seemed like they were just trying to get me in and out as quick as possible. Since I was still feeling terrible when I left here, I went to another doctor the same night and they found out what was wrong, which could’ve been life threatening. I hate going to the doctor but when I do, I know there’s something wrong.

Urgent Doc is amazing! I was helped very quickly. The rates are fair & easy to understand. I love the PA - she’s so personable! And age diagnosed me swiftly & accurately.

The staff here was super friendly and very helpful. The doctor knew what he was doing and we were in and out in no time. The place is also very cleanly and kept nice, which is a sign that they care and have good health practices. Prices are very affordable especially for a minor emergency when you cant get to a doctor.

This was a great experience even though I was there because I was sick. Got in to see someone very fast. Everyone was super friendly and caring. Both Erica and Andrea were great. I was in and out and at the pharmacy in under 45 minutes.

This is one of the most professional and well put together clinics you can go to. Like I cannot express enough how my visit here was good. And it was a fast process I was in and out in no time and they do walk ins so that’s always a plus and you can stop by anytime.

Ladies at the center were very nice and hands-on. In the end, they couldnt find out what was wrong with me (I had to visit my primary care provider for that), but I still felt very welcomed. The fact that they close pretty late was also a bonus!

No no and no. Dont go there. How people there can possibly say you have something without tests. They talk to me like a 1 min. And guess what I have?!:) gastritis. Thanks people working there.

Went in on a Sunday after feeling terrible for four days. Receptionist was friendly and great at explaining payment options. Check-in was quick and the PA Erica was friendly and thorough. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right across the street from my residence and in the same shopping center as my pharmacy! Highly recommend.

Eric Young is an amazing PA. I arrived 2 minutes before they close. She is still very patient and thorough even after their normal office hours. All the other staff who helped me are also very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

I cant remember my providers(the doctor) name but I landed there twice in less than 7 days. She was very nice and thorough and quick to get you out but still spends enough time to know whats going on. She remembered me when I came in the second time after all the others she had seen. That alone says a lot about her. I also had a scare and called and waiting on the phone until she was done w a patient and she apologized for the good and took the time to speak to me. I highly recommend this place. Just check in online or be there when they open if you dont want to have to wait. The entire staff was amazing and I cant say that about many places let alone an urgent care!Update: I now have a $100 bill they say I owe. I spoke with someone who said it was a mistake, even my benefits card said my copay was $25 and I had to pay before the visit. All of a sudden, Im getting letters saying I owe it and its in collections! I am beyond upset about this. Save your receipt and if they call your insurance, stand close by to listen! What a scam!****

The staff is incredibly attentive, polite and quick. Its hard to find that type of service nowadays. The doctor took her time and she showed concern. I wish I could remember her name. If I have to see a doctor Ill be returning.

I recently had to go back to this Urgent Care and it reminded me how good they are. The wait are not long. Everything one is polite and professional. When your seen by a Doctor or PA you dont feel rush like other places they actually really listen. Love all there PAs they are wonderful but Erica is the best.

Great staff and very little wait time. It was more than I really wanted to pay but between the exam, cleaning of my foot, perception and tetanus shot I cant say it was over priced. Cant stress how helpful the staff and PA were.

These guys are awesome! I was headed out the country, but unfortunately I had to stop here first, and I was scared I was going to miss my plane. They were so understanding, and they got me in and out pretty quickly.

Male NP spent approx 1 minute with me. Seemed to be in a hurry: Did not discuss medication, did not discuss diagnosis, was not thorough, and called in Rx to nearby closed pharmacy. Previous visit with a different NP at same location was fine.

Love this place! I take my son here because half the time I can’t get him into his Dr. I go for the same reason. The Dr’s are awesome and always on spot with diagnosis! They remember you every time you come in, or maybe it’s just we’re there a lot lol, but they’re always so friendly and professional. I’m so glad they’re so close to us.

The visit itself was very pleasant - no wait and the PA was very helpful. Accurate diagnosis and great service.The billing approaches comical levels of incompetence (at best) or a scam (at worst). The receptionist/office manager informed me that I would have to pay the full balance up front, as a new patient, and they would refer the charge to insurance to see if they covered it after the fact, which I did. Weeks later, I received an invoice for a $90 adjustment, with no explanation. I followed up with the billing department, who said they would look into it. Several weeks passed without a follow up. The first correspondence I received from them looking into it was a notice from a debt collector. The debt collector said they would get a detailed invoice. As before, the detailed invoice simply listed the new patient charge, and a $90 adjustment, again with zero verification for the charge. The best explanation Ive received is that the receptionist just made a mistake and the adjustment was to correct for her charging me the wrong amount in the first place. Mistakes happen in every industry, but most companies are decent enough to admit when they f*ck up. Save yourself the aggravation and be scammed by another clinic that will at least let you know theyre charging you and arm and a leg.-William Helin-Glick (visited January 3, 2019)

I went here last week because I had developed a cold. The place is great in general - nice and clean space; friendly, knowledgeable and fast-working staff; centrally and easily located. I have zero complaints and thanks for the 5-star care. I’m now on the mend :)

The Drs and nurses here are amazing. I went a whole week hardly being able to breathe, constant migraines and sinus pressure. After one day of being on treatment they recommend, I can finally breathe again! The staff is so nice and very very sweet! They ACTUALLY care about you!! I will definitely be coming back for future visits.

I went in because of flu like symptoms. I didnt have to wait going in and they took me at a decent time. The staff was professional and I had no real issues.I was prescribed medicine, and a day later felt better. I am glad they were open past 5pm. As someone who gets pretty busy with work and school, this was a plus.

I have a lot of health issues and have been 3 or 4 times this year alone. I have always always had excellent service with the entire staff. I was nervous about being seen too quickly and rushed out of the door but that is not the case. The staff and doctors make sure that you are comfortable and they explain everything to you. Great experiences here! Doctor knew what she was doing, took time to understand what was wrong and then explained to me what she was going to do for treatment and why. I’m so glad I had this option when I couldn’t get into my doctor and felt terrible on the weekend.

Went for a rash on Monday. Got a lot of questions, mostly irrelevant, but no tests and never saw a doctor, just a receptionist, a technician and a nurse practitioner. Got a steroid shot and sent on my way. The whole thing cost $120 and I still have the rash. Im torn between whether to go back, try again & spend more money, or to find some place that will help me the first time.

I had a really nasty ear infection. The fluid was draining into my lungs. The PA was amazing and helped me out twice. They dont mess around here! They get er done! It was in and out!

I wish I could give Urgent Doc 10 Stars! :-DUrgent Doc is superb..... They were very affordable, professional, fast & efficient, and the wait time was minimal.This was my second visit in the passed 3 months or so that Ive been in the area and they are very consistent. Both times they got me in and out within minutes. The doctors, nurses and the secretary were very nice, and seem very compassionate. They act like they truly care about their patients, and in my personal opinion- you get what you pay for. They deliver excellent care without all the hassle!
