I had to go back there twice because the staff in front don’t know what’s going on. I had to waist 2 hours each time. And a hour to get there. I wish I could give them a 0

I came in and was greeted immediately. I was called to the back to have a drug screen and tb test. The gentleman, who assisted me, Calvin was very down to earth and funny. I had to come back two days later to have my TB results read. Again, everyone was very welcoming. The lady who read my results was also nice and she even made to joke to make a laugh. The service was very quick!

The Imperial valley locale staff are AMAZING! Night and day compared to The S Loop location. Taking of my work claim and ensuring Im making progress. PT staff is extra fantastic and really works you through to have me on my feet soon to get going again! THANK YOU!

Keep on driving if you want to be seen in a urgent manor because urgent is not in their vocabulary after 5 hours of being there waiting on a employee all he got was a come back Monday for your results with not a lot of information going on with him . On top of that before I arrived I called ahead to make sure walk ins was welcome they never mentioned that you needed a mask to enter and when I got there they turned Us away because I didn’t have one and they had none to offer so I could put one on . Next on the list is there was limited seating in the waiting room so it was like playing musical chairs when you got up someone took your seat and I know it’s because of Covid restrictions but when your limiting the seats but not the occupancy it’s kinda pointless . They also was turning people away and rescheduling for the next day because they couldn’t get to them fast enough . But like i said if your looking for fast service and a abundance of information on yours or employees condition probably not the best place to go . And I’m talking about location 16630 imperial valley dr

The wait was really short. The staff was really nice and helpful. Sad that I forgot the lady that helped me (my screener) but she was awesome! I would recommend this location for an great experience

I sent a job candidate in for a pre-employment 10 Panel drug screen. Concentra made a mistake and only ran a 5 panel screen. The sample has since been discarded and is no longer available for re-testing. Candidate must now return for re-testing and there is a delay in their job start date which negatively impacts both the new employee as well as our business.The location is closed for the day but I am hoping for a swift resolution on Monday. I will update this review with details regarding how the situation was handled.

Went there to do my DOT physical and drug screen. It took me 2 hours a 3 minutes just to get called to the back just to sit for 15 more minutes. Finally I take the physical but had come back to give the doctor some paperwork. When I came back I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes just to find out the doctor wanted me to take another physical in which he was the one who told me to when I came back I wouldnt have to wait. The nurses were good but the doctor is bad and needs to find another job!!!!

It felt like family being around people who cares and love their job.

Short wait time. Very accommodating and very nice staff. My visit probably took less than an hour.

I can’t remember any of the nurses names. However each one made me feel safe and took very good care of me. I am a deaf man and they showed patience to help me and made sure I understood everything.

Very disorganized. I arrived before 4 others there for a drug screening and completed all the necessary forms ahead of them but they all went in before me. The waiting area was dirty and looked trashy.

The timing for 2 hour 30 minutes they didnt have my paper work. I was not satisfied with the service of the doctor or the nurses assistance. There was too many mix of the paper that I was supposed to receive and how long it to put the paper work in computer.

Service is confusing to me. Front personnel are not professional. They joke around. Room where I was waiting was hot. The water machine was out of order. No offer of water.Doc did a good job.

The overall visit was good just the last part the lady who did my physical was not to friendly and was kind of rushing.

The experience I had was kind of off the wall. I do this appointment every year for my job. I was told the hearing machine was broken then fixed and was told I was deff. That surprised me since I get flight physicals every year and no one has told me that. Then got told I have covid because I couched. I was like no I got tested twice and was shocked the assumption right out the gate. Damn. I think the people and staff need to be more friendly before jumping the gun. Thanks guys

The docter was very rude. They put the wrong size cuff on my arm to check my blood pressure which caused me to have a high blood pressure reading. Which caused me not to get the job I was applying for. I tried to explain that to the doctor and he didnt care to hear what I had to say. If you are going for DOT physical, I highly recommend going to another place.

Some of the equipment was not working and after completing all of my procedures I was asked to wait in the lobby for my paperwork. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and decided to ask the front desk what was taking so long. There response was Im about to take a lift test. I explained that Ive already taken the lift test. After the lady at the front counter asked another employee what Im waiting for they explained that I was finished with my process and shouldve been left. Highly unorganized

Waited four hours for a pre employment drug screen and physical. After four hours I was seated to see the doctor. I waited until five pm. The doctor never came in to see me and I had plans with my family. I had to leave. Thirty minutes later they called to see if I had left. I waited a total of four and a half hours. Every hour I would ask for an update and was told the wait was another hour. Please, if you value your time, go to a different location.

Its been a rough three weeks since I hurt my knee at work; I appreciate the service they offer not have to wait long To be treated. One less thing to worry about

No social distancing in the overcrowded waiting room. No hand sanitizer available. I have not been in a doctors office that is so careless with sanitizing and covid risk. On my first appointment, no one took my temperature till after I was in an exam room. On my 2bd visit, the wait was ridiculous and meanwhile the hours waiting , people were not distanced correctly due to set up of chairs in waiting room. Staff did not acknowledge this, but staff never sanitized anything while I waited 4 hours to see doctor. Unfortunately, because this is a work related injury I am FORCED to go here and risk my health or my employer will deny my on the job injury claim . I am asthma patient and am so worried.

If you want to wait 3 hours or more for a dot drug test this is the place to be. I waited 3 hours should not have to wait that long for that kind of test only reason why I put one star is because I had to for this post to go threw

I got injured at work, I was sent by my work to come to this location clinic and Dr. Son Nguyen is the best! All the girls are super nice and friendly as well. They are super respectful and knowledgeable, direct to the point.Dr. Nguyen has been nothing but super sweet and awesome. He really wants to take care of you and helps you understand exactly what’s going on with you. I can go on and on about this doctor on how good he is. He is great!! He deserves the upmost respect. Thank you thank you Concentra for being awesome to me on the times of my injury. ❤️

Very slow, making an appointment really didn’t matter. Showed up early and doors locked. Waited 45 minutes just to get a physical. They really need to be attentive and get organized at that location.

The doctor was not good at all probably only there because he can not get a job else were.The nurses and other staffing professionals are very nice and help full.Concentra appears not to talk to it self so if you get a test done in one state the other does not know about it even though its the same company

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I went in for a drug test. Typically other testing centers such as NOVA and even other Concentras ask you if you are under other medications. This location doesn’t, thankfully I don’t, but I did see this unprofessional because what if I did. That would have probably cost me my job. Secondly, the front desk clerk, Karla, has an uncaring attitude towards the patients. I was in the main waiting room for almost three hours, saw a lady almost peed in her pants, and was sabotage because this clerk was busy ordering McDonalds and taking care of personal calls. Only made me wonder how long has she been waiting since I got there after her. Lastly, a white male was waiting to take a drug test, and a Hispanic young man which had gotten there after him was finished before he was. This is definitely a prejudice location. I would recommend a new front desk clerk, at least someone that cares about the patients, and implement adequate documentation and work ethics. Especially when you have the main waiting area complaining about the wait and sequence.

I had to do a non dot drug test and they had me sitting there for more than 2 hours. As Hispanic people coming in after me only to wait 15 minutes. I just feel that Concentra on Imperial Valley should be restaff. I love diversity in a company. This place only have Hispanic working their. If Black(African American) stay away from this place. You will only be seen first if you are Hispanic person then white an of course black is always last. I hate this place.

I went in for a drug screening but it was Busy the first time i went. So i decided to come back and when i did i notice the same Hispanic woman who i had seen the first time, she was just so Nice And The process was Quick i was in and out so i really Enjoyed this experience Wish i would have Gotten the Hispanic woman name. i just know she works in the front 😊

Biggest scam of a doctor for dot physical ordered me to do a sleep study when it was not even close to being Necessary all about money Scheme. Would not recommend anyone go there and let that little oriental guy see you he is a joke. Wish i could put 0 stars ..... went to my doctor right after and got my medical card.

Only reason that I left 1 star is because the young lady that did my ua was quick - friendly. Its poorly managed and under staffed. I would not recommend anybody this place.If you have to go out of your way 30 miles go there. If you don’t and then you read this review you will be very upset.

Not impressed with the efficiency of this facility. Had to go here instead of my normal facility to take a drug and alcohol test for a client. As anyone knows who has had to give a urine sample for a drug test, there is a balance between arriving at the facility and needing to use the restroom.I arrived at the facility around 10:00 am to give my sample. I waited for 2 HOURS before I couldnt take it anymore. I would expect some empathy/urgency to those arriving to do drug tests needing to use the rest room.The other facility I use has me in and out within an hour. This facility needs to look into this issue as there is definitely room for improvement here. Its either a personnel issue and/or a procedural issue with how patients are handled.

At first on arrival day one, no one paid attention that my company sent me due to an injury. For this I would give a one star. From then on I would give them a 9 (4 star) for courtesy, attitude, and greetings.

Took 5 hours 30 minutes to get a physical. Unacceptable wait time in my opinion. Some of the staff members were nice, friendly and professional, but others were openly cursing and complaining about their jobs and very unprofessional. On one occasion, I had to remind them of work they needed to do before they released me. Werent they supposed to be keeping track of that? Total disorganized mess. If youre sent there for a company physical be prepared to spend the better part of a day and not be happy about it either.

I get really good physical therapy here and the doctor is great.

Took me 2.5 hrs to do a drug test, ppl in at the FD were so rude. The back MA was ok, FD had my employer info all wrong , over all it was the worse experience at a Concentra Ive ever had..no going back to this one, thats for sure

Was sent for a drug screen I was attended fast , the place is a little old looking but the young lady that instructed my drug screen was very friendly and very professional 👌🏼

I like Concentra. I didnt wait long as i thought i would. The employees there are very nice and respectful. Even when i thought they skipped me (which i was wrong) they still treated me nice. I will refer anybody i kno to this place and will return for future references.

Wait time was atrocious, I waited 4 hrs, at least the lady that assisted me with my simple 5 minute drug test was extremely kind and apathetic. You can tell the clinic was understaffed but the manager did not take time to address this with the patients. Several people were getting irritated. There was no clear representation of who was next, many times people that had just gotten there would be called before others waiting a long time.Pro: kind staff, great lady that helped meCons: understaffed, no line, no number system, no communication

Went in for a physical that my employer required. Got there at 12 in the afternoon. Waited well over 5 hrs until they told me the wait for physicals would take 2 more hrs bc all the work injuries came first. Left and told them I’d be back the next day. Got there at 9 am the next day, wasn’t called til about 11. Physical itself took about 2 hrs to complete. All in all I waisted almost 10 hrs to get a physical. Ridiculous. Almost called my employer to tell him the job wasn’t worth it. Wouldn’t come back here if they paid me.

Typical i dont give a rats ass attitude. Customer service what customer service. 1st one to sign in an 1 hour later still have not been called back. Wish my company would gi some place else this place gets a-100..

I been here over 2 hours just for a UA I understand it’s people with injuries but it takes 5 minutes to do what I have to do and she said well we take injuries first well that’s what this place is for so that mean I’m going to be her until closing time I pray I never have to come here again and would not refer anyone to this place

Waited 2 hrs to be seen due to unhelpful receptionist who didnt seem eager to assist me which is her job as a patient specialist. Fail to make proper calls although all numbers necessary were included in paperwork which I provided.

The front staff was friendly however the wait time was RIDICULOUS! Went in for a DOT medical card needed for a 6 week professional Truck Driving program.Bui, who performed the final physical, makes POOR judgment calls. Based on my BMI, neck size and because of a narrow throat, insisted Im at risk for sleep apnea. Insisted I get The Sleep Apnea test done ASAP!! After spending $700+ that I didnt have, I was advised by the school that the sleep apnea test wasnt necessary to complete my training. Whatever company I would seek employment with would have another DOT physical done anyway whether Bui issued a 3 mo or 2 yr medical card. Because I Knew that I didnt have sleep apnea, I inquired about how the negative results would be treated. I was advised that if the test is negative, he MAY extend the card to a year or Id have to pay for a new physical($162.50). Bui basically caused me to spend UNNECESSARY money. My advice to BUI, PAY ATTENTION TO THE PAPERWORK..If its for school, STOP forcing that Sleep Apnea Test when YOU should BE AWARE that the student will have to take another DOT physical EVERY time they seek a driving position with ANYONE. Im LIVID and dont appreciate the LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!! If a Recruiter tells me that their physicals are done by CONCENTRA/US HEALTHWORKS, ILL PASS!

Regardless of the kind of test you walked in to do.Most laboratories like Nova would ask you questions likeare you on any medications before the actal test.But concentra didnt do this.And Im diabetic and on treatment.I did the test alright n the employer didnt call me back.Which tells me concentra didnt do a good sincere job on my urine test.Not doing a through job ruins the chances of able bodied guys like me who are ready to work to be able to their bills n not do illegals nor commit crimes to survive
