I agree with some of the other parents, my referral was sent in July and its the end of August. I really have to call almost every other day to get the ball rolling, when it should be the other way around about them contacting me. Even at that I still have not received any paperwork and they do not reply to my voicemail/ text messages.

My opinion is that they have bad receptionists ,bad manager,some bad some good therapists ,bad place. If you ask me if that a great place to go but not a great place to go and help your children with autism.😠😡😠😡

Ive been taking my son to Cole Health for about 6 months now. We love it. He loves seeing his therapist. Ms. Deedee. Shes amazing. So patient and very experienced. We have seen major improvement and she always has great ideas on how we can further help him. I highly recommend.

I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of this location. Easy access from the freeway. The office is modern and always very clean. The staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionists sweet smile and willingness to work with any families schedules, to the therapists who are all bright and fun, showing just how much they love their jobs. My daughter fell in love with Camille from the first visit and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for speech!

It’s very frustrating that I have to keep repeating myself over and over with the Lead Patient Care manager through phone calls, texts, and emails about the hearing test she wants us to ask for . I also don’t have the resources to get a laptop and printer like she wants me to acquire. We agreed that I could fill out forms at my children’s first evaluation, but she keeps asking if I have filled them out. I was recommended to Cole Health for speech therapy from a friend, but I now see that the staff has changed. I have decided to look for another agency to help with my children’s speech therapy after our last phone conversation

The Case manager for this location has been a nightmare to work with. It took two months for her to even get the paper work and she never even called to schedule the appointments i had to call her to find out what was taking long and her response was oh im actually ready to schedule her i have called multiple times in January and Karen always had a excuse. She didnt even send out the paper work to my doctors when she said she did, my doctors even went through all their files to look and they never got the paper work from her. Remind you i have a brother who is autistic and in therapy and he never waits this long.

I have worked at Cole for over 10 years and couldn’t stress enough what an amazing place Cole is to work. The support of your co-workers both professionally and personally and the ability to grow as a professional are only two of the reasons you should work at Cole. There are many chances to do mission work both locally and internationally; the atmosphere is positive and fun; and your innovative ideas for Cole will always be supported by leadership.

Unresponsive to calls. ive been trying to schedule an evaluation for my son for over a month. i call every week and they just say someone will call back. no on ever calls back
