I am 5-years post and this man has been with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Every comment made is absolutely true. At one point, I was switched to another doctor under him for follow up care, so he could focus on new patients. While I totally understood, I was territorial and fought that decision (LOL) and lost, but itβs comforting to know heβs still accessible ππ. When you find caring, empathetic, honest, knowledgeable doctors, itβs hard to let go. Heβs one of the best and I hope those under him are taking note.
This man really is one of the best in the world. The best part - he doesnt act like it. Hes kind, compassionate, caring, and out for the best interest of his patients. My husband and I were lucky to have been able to get him as my surgeon last summer. We went in with loads of questions and worries about the stage of cancer I had (key word is HAD). We didnt ask any of those questions because he addressed every single concern and questions that we could have possibly had before we could even ask. Less than a month later, I had a radical robotic trachelectomy performed by Dr. Ramirez himself. He and his team removed my cervix and 12 surrounding lymph nodes with great success!Though I was part of the low percentage that had complications post-surgery, I was out in 8 days after having world-class care from doctors and nurses that see not only you, but your family as people and not a number. Very grateful that there are people that are passionate about a cure. I will be back in September for my three-month checkup!
Best bedside manner Ive ever encountered, he always made my mother feel like she was his only patient
Hes one of the best. Its not a 5 because of the grumpy nurse.
Awesome Dr
