I made a first time appointment which was supposed to be a phone visit today at 3pm. This morning about 5 hours before my appointment, I received a call saying my total estimated charges would be $3,700 and I would need to pay $740 upfront today before my phone appointment. As a healthcare professional I was shocked. I asked if I could pay once the services were rendered and billed through my insurance. They said that was against Kelsey-Seybold’s policy. I can’t believe patients accept this and agree to this. Forcing patients to pay ahead of time for services not even rendered yet is very unethical. I will never use Kelsey-Seybold and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr.Itam has an incredible gift to connect and put you at ease in discussing your health concerns. Dr. Itam is open and honest and genuinely concerned. I recommend his professional expertise and share my experience with others who seek the assistance of a gynecologist.

Dr. Itam is wonderful. He always makes time for the patient, to address any concerns or questions they may have; but even more importantly he expresses a genuine interest and care for those concerns as well. You can tell he really wants the best for you, and that doctor/patient bond is really important.

I would have to start by saying that the staff and Doctor that attended me in gynecology today were great. Not only that, but when I called to make an appointment the service was prompt and professional. I am so happy to be a patient of Kelsey Seybold, they have a wide range of specialists all in one place. I cannot ask for more!

Dr. Itam was the first doctor in ten plus years to listen to my concerns regarding my fibroid condition and not brush me off. All other doctors were focused on giving me a hysterectomy without talking to me about my feelings. He is always kind, patient, and vey knowledgeable. He now treat me and my young adult daughter. I wouldnt trust my women health to any other physician.

I always feel heard and like I am valuable as a patient. Dr. Itam is an amazing doctor. He saw me through a tough pregnancy with my twins five years ago and continues to be someone I trust. I know he has my best interest in mind and I have recommended him to several of my friends.

Great dr ! Helped me with every question I asked and did not try to rush out, I’ve had other dr just try to rush the conversation and leave etc. Definitely sticking with him !

Terrible service. Charged me $500 to write a prescription for an antibiotic. Then when asked why they didnt perform routine checkup Im told its my fault for not asking. Guess they dont realized they are suppose to be the expert, not me. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that wants the best for their clients.
