Dr. Jones was Amazing 👍. Her beside manners were of a calm and soothing nature. Although we were new to each other, felt like I had been a long time patient of hers who had taken an extended vacation and dropped in for a check up. Dr. Jones answered all my questions and concerns enlightened me to other test I should have at my age to get me current. I also felt safe and secured during my PAP, she was gentle and easy with me. She did not rush me, and started and ended every procedure with a easy hand informing of each step she was making. The staff was just as gentle and easy going as she was. Dr. Jones has a great facility with good customer service. I was a very needy patient this pregnancy and she reassured me with every concern I had. I had a c section, I was terrified because I never had any surgical procedures done and she guided me through it.

If you have the opportunity to have Dr.Jones as your OB or to deliver your child, take it. Simply put she is the best. I just had my first child during the pandemic & she made me so comfortable during the whole process. She is knowledgeable and the expert at her craft. The office is clean, practices good covid precautions, I never have to wait long, and the staff are all friendly. They are professional & the absolute best experience. After researching for a new ob/gyn. I ran across Dr. Vonne Jones, her reviews from her patients were beyond pleasing. I’ve gotten to experience her care and expertise for myself. She treats you like an individual, not just another patient. I love love that she walks you through each procedure, allows open ending questions for understanding and clarity for any blood test and lab result.

She is so nice and sweet. I’m not fluent in English but she always explains using easy words to make sure I understand all processes. It has been a very comfortable experience and I highly recommend her to everyone.

Even before I visited the office, i knew this would be the best medical experience I have had ever. I schedule an appointment a few weeks out, and Yazmin called me to confirm and review why I was coming in. After telling her my issue, she found an opening for the following week to be seen ASAP. Once in the office, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I didnt realize how rare it was for people to enjoy their job, and every woman here seems to really enjoy what they do. From the woman who took my vitals to the ultrasound tech, there was a spirit of joy and genuine concern for women.Now Dr. Jones herself - she was amazing. She explained all my options, discussed positives and negatives of each one, and made sure I understood my health. I will be coming here exclusively for however long I live in Houston.

From booking my appointment to my exam I was thoroughly impressed!Ms. Ashton at the desk was polite, calm, and so very patient with me. The lobby is patient friendly with a complementary coffee bar and cold water available for the guests. Ms. Ashton did an amazing job at sanitizing the pens, and surfaces between patients.The nurse was also very welcoming, she made me feel as if I were talking to my own tia. She showed to the exam room where and explained the exam process to me. I must say the exam room is where I give the most points to...there was a diffuser working its aroma therapy magic, some calming holiday music playing on the room speaker, current reading material available on various contraceptives and even an electronic database that you could scan through for general Q&As.The exam: I always get a little uneasy about the actual exam but this time it was a unique visit. Dr. Jones was not rushed when meeting with me, she made me feel like a patient who she truly cares for. Her bedside manner, to education, to general questions were all genuine and sincere. This was particularly important to me because I want to be as relaxed as possible so that she can get in and out pain free.Is it odd to say that I am looking forward to going back?The level of professionalism, care, and patience each person have in this office was curated with quality care in mind.

I arrived late but they were still able to work with their schedule to see me and didn’t treat me differently due to my tardiness.I went in for a colposcopy and the nurse kept me at ease. I really wish I would’ve remembered her name because her care was exceptional. She made sure I felt comfortable and attitude was positive and easy going.Dr. Jones’s service was also exceptional. She gave me an overview of what to expect before we began the process. Throughout the procedure she kept a steady hand and was gentle and she continued to talk me through the process as she moved along the procedure. I felt like she really took her time and didn’t rush through the process at all.Definitely visiting again and happy I finally found the care I desperately needed. I found Dr. Jones while looking for a provider to guide me through my first pregnancy and have been completely satisfied. There was never a wait for any of my appointments, billing and insurance were explained clearly and transparently, and the doctor always took the time to answer all of my questions in person or via the online portal. All appropriate COVID precautions were taken, so unfortunately I went to all of my visits alone, but I was allowed to FaceTime or record the conversations to share with my husband.

This visit, as well as the last, was positive. The staff is caring, competent and polite. The office is bright, cheerful and squeaky clean. Dr Jones listened to my concerns with attentive compassion and was not rushed with me. I am more than satisfied with the experience that I had.I highly recommend.
