I wanna start this message off by saying I would highly recommend anyone looking into this program to look else where! I have had multiple unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences with the staff even after completing the program. Outside of being in a very small classroom and with rude unprofessional teacher who came into the classroom with a nasty attitude. After enduring the terrible classroom/ clinicals experience, I was surprised that I still had issued after receiving my certificate today. Stella handled my paperwork and claimed that she “couldn’t find my payments” and was requesting for more money. After explaining it was a mistake,I then provided prof of payments and receipts, she took an hour to confirm even after me showing her the receipt and she never apologized for the inconvenience. Above all, my biggest issue was the way they handled the situation not only was I faced with a rude attitude I was also yelled at for a situation that they messed up on.

Ms Stella is just wonderful. She is professional.Please open a lvn and Rn classes too we need them.

First I want to say I absolutely love Ms. Stella. She teaches in way so you can understand the lesson. Her class really sets you up for success if you take it seriously. I passed my state certification on the first try to become a CNA. I now have a job at at Hospital and will be starting after my background check clears.Also I seen a few negative reviews, but if you do all of her test after each chapter and all of the exams you’ll pass.Thank you again Ms. Stella and Ms. Pat. I love the class and will return for my continuing education units if that’s offered.

I attended Ace Training Institute and my experience was wonderful. The instructor is very helpful. She makes sure you understand all the material fully & she teaches in a manner that you actually learn. I have recommended Ace Training Institute to people looking to get into the health care industry.

I admit their effort to help students become a good care giver. However, they are so RUDE. I was having troubles to register for the state test since the state switch from Person Vue to Prometric. Therefore, I let the school know that they need to upload my completion of the course so Prometric will send out emails to me to register for the test, but what I received from them was “We have nothing to do about that.” I also contact with my classmates and they said the same thing. This school makes me feel like as long as they take all my money they will not do anything to help afterwards. The front desk person, I have no words for her. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by her manner.

It was great the Instructors are very Knowledgeable. Nnhenne was one of my favorite I really liked the way she explained in detail. All the Staff is Awesome!!

Ace training institute is a good hands on institute.The teacher ms. Stella was great. She gives you all the tools & knowledge you need plus more. Good payment methods also. Overall this is a good investment & you come out learning more than basic medication aid knowledge. The way she teaches is super helpful, me & my class passed with flying colors.

I have really bad experience . At end of class I was sick and going to hospital. I informed her assistance about me.she said call her personally.but later on I called miss Stella ,she is very rude to me and strictly say not coming to school everything is finished.I have pass 5 test .I pay totally pay to her .but she is really bad to me.

I had an amazing experience at this school. I applied and took the C.N.A classes. The first day i went there for information and registration i recieved a warm welcome from the secretary and i was opportuned to meet with the owner of the institute who patiently listened and responded quite well to all questions. She turned out to be my teacher and the classes were all very educative, engaging, interactive and interesting. She is a brilliant teacher and also ensures all her students are being carried along during classes. She teaches with references to examples which makes all the lessons easier to understand and remember.She is always encouraging all of us to ask her questions and ensures she answers all to our satisfaction. During practical classes she is very patient in explaining and performing procedures until we are all satisfied. I would certainly recommend Ace training institute to any one wanting to get solid education in the schools area of expertise.

Tried calling to find information about CNA coarses. Was met with a very irritable lady on the phone who hung up (didnt say anything to her, not a single word. Answered hello, then immidiately hung up) then actually called me back and said who is this? I replied myname is Jonathan barber and I was calling in regards too... Then she interups me and says why you not call and talk, do not call again and proceeds to hang up on me again.Before jumping to conclusions, perhapse there was a problem with latency or connection issues. I could understand that (although my phone dosent usually have those problems) but regardless, I think any receptionist should conduct themeselves more appropriately. Im not a rude person. Never found out if I could take my CNA training their, but I will spend the $750-$1000 elsewhere.Ps. I dont usually complain or leave bad reviews, so when I take the time to write all this out, its warranted. I would stay away.Thanks,Jonathan
