I had a big sister once I wish she saw me more than that one time then she could have know that I was being emotionally and physically neglected at home.It was a good date she took me for ice cream and said she can’t see me anymore her mom died she had to go back to China.they never gave me another.She would have been someone to actually speak to me. I was a 7 year scared kid. she couldn’t have know that that one convo we had was the only one I had all year with a person.my mother didn’t talk at all.nor did she provide.years later my mother abandoned me and I went to foster care.Word of advice pass on knowledge and hugs and communication.you might be the only person they had to talk to them.ask them about what they want to be and spread positivity you never know where your words going to take someone.I still think the organization is great and it’s a great message just needs more volunteers.you could really help a kid not financially but emotionally and physically grow within

My son has been a part of this program since he was 6 and he is 16 now. His experiences have been positive with his mentors.

My personal experience with BBBS has been great. My children have been expose to positive role models and now friends which have helped them see in my opinion hope in their future. I am grateful to be accepted in this program

I love being a big sister with BBBS! The staff is so helpful and supportive, they really make it easy for me and my little sister to enjoy spending time together.

This is such a beautiful building. I love the atmosphere in there. Thanks to all the Big brother and sister employees and volunteers.

Great place and always in need of volunteers. Just be careful as parking is tight on site during the day and theres almost no available on street parking.

We went to the big brothers and big sisters to see the Deborah Duncan show and had a great time.

Such a wonderful place. I highly encourage people to think about volunteering their time here.
