I have experienced nothing but great customer service here and there is definitely a familial connection between the therapists and clients. I have been receiving services here for about 2 years and whatever I need, I am met with open communication and solution-oriented options. They are flexible and understanding. I suggest Total wellness to all of my friends. It is a great part of my life and I absolutely love love love my therapist. I won’t say her name so I won’t have to share!

Absolutely love this location. Always a smiling face when I go in there. Going here has helped me in ways I could never imagine. I definitely recommend this location.

Dr. Hudnall is hands down the best therapist I have ever visited in terms of helping me identify cognitive strategies I can use to manage anxiety and my mental health and wellness. She is encouraging, professional, objective, and just SUCH a joy to meet with. I dont know how she does it, but she has the best nuggets of wisdom, and even when I am at my worst, I leave sessions with her feeling totally reinvigorated. I cannot thank her enough for consistently reminding me of my progress and continuing to push me to prioritize according to my values. Therapy is hard; you have to put in the work to really get what you need out of it, but she will be by your side with honesty, empathy, and advice every step of the way.I have always had pleasant and positive interactions with her office staff as well. Nothing but great things to say about Total Wellness Assessment!

Not impressed.Lets begin with the fact I never wanted to go once I read reviews and spoke to other people who used this place. All said do not go. Well I called and flat out told the manger I didnt wanna go and was canceling my visit. However she convinced me otherwise. So against all odds I went. I took my child. At first I was like okay. Not bad. Until I got his results. For starters. They twisted every word that was spoken of. Someone told me they interpreted what was said into their own words and let me just say that that is WRONG!! I cant tell you how much of what I said was changed and there for the meaning of what ai was actually telling them was then changed around to fit what can only feel like they wanted it to mean. You can NOT get a proper diagnoses if you twist and turn peoples words into something you thought they meant. The context was changed. They completely ignored my child having meltdown in front of them and twisted it into he had a tantrum. Im sorry a meltdown and tantrum are two different things and they disregarded it to fit what they wanted. They say they are professional but thats far from truth.Then lets talk about the manager. Shes a witch! Everytime I spoke to her she was quick to get me off the phone and always disregarded my concerns. Never once actually did her job or listened to complaints. She constantly interrupts when talking. Has the rudest attitude towards me and always made exuses. Shes lazy and now I see why others have complained about her. Believe the negative reviews!! This place is horrible and i regret going!! My child was disregarded. They were quick to diagnose him with things he has ZERO symptoms of.. I showed results to our pedi (i went without refferal) and he even said the diagnoses is a load of bull and that was why he didnt reffer us to total wellness. He even said they are terrible. Never again!!

If you are looking for a counseling center with experienced, professional counselors who will really care about you, your child or your family, I highly recommend you call Total Wellness Assessment and Counseling Center. My therapist was warm, well trained and is helping my son and I reach our goals with care and compassion.

This place is beyond unprofessional. My husband and I wanted to schedule our first session for marriage counseling. My husband called and received a confirmation for a session with a therapist who was not named on their website. When inquiring about this, he was informed that she was new and that her information would be available before the end of the week. I was uncomfortable with scheduling an appointment with someone we knew nothing about so we decided to reschedule for a later date so that we’d actually be able to see who this woman was. We rescheduled the appointment a week and a half later. Unfortunately, her bio still wasn’t available but we decided to keep the appointment anyhow. After rushing home from work, completing the intake forms that we found online, and heading to the facility, we were informed that our appointment “couldn’t be found”. She then asked us to wait a moment so she could “dig deeper” into the scheduling mishap. Upon her return, she said that she could only see our original appointment date. After telling her that we rescheduled, she confirmed that she saw the note that explained that we called to reschedule but they never added the new date to the calendar and the therapist wasn’t available at this time. At this point, we were offered no apology for our inconvenience. The lack of regard for the incompetence of their staff was unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen but I also understand that if a business fails to provide acceptable service, then they should take responsibility and at least acknowledge the mishap. This was a complete waste of time and energy. Now we’re back to the drawing board with finding someone we can trust and confide in. That person, clearly doesn’t work for this company.

Greatly appreciative of the staff and Dr. Hudnall for the kindness shown to my daughter when she was in a significant emotional phase. The clinician was able to connect with my daughter and it was quite comforting for me to know she was handling the my daughters situation well.

Today I made several attempts to schedule an appointment with one of the counselors at this location, but found the front desk receptionist, Deedee Robinson, a little too difficult to work with. When I first called, she told me the counselor I originally requested wasnt available and said she would put me with another one. Thats fine, I said, can you just give me her name? Deedee first asked to call me back, because her calendar wasnt open, but then opened her calendar and decided it was okay to proceed with scheduling. She gave me the name, and I typed it into Google, just wanting to see who Id be scheduled with. Then she says Im not going to stay on the line while you look her up. Just call us back if you want to make an appointment. Okay. So I hung up, read about the counselor, then called back. After being passed back and forth between her and another receptionist, Deedee finally realized who I was and said Okay, we can schedule the appointment, but I need to hang up and call you back. I just dont have an hour or two to dedicate to scheduling an appointment, and told her I was no longer interested. Im not leaving this review to be mean, but to let her and the business owners know that such practices might deter busy clients from proceeding with making appointments. I think its fine to be put on hold while someone opens a calendar, or whatever they need to do on the other side. But its not fine to make clients feel like theyre interrupting YOU when they call to schedule an appointment - especially when its their 2nd or 3rd call to you.

I wanted to schedule assessment but the person who answered the phone had a very harsh tone and when she couldn’t hear me she started barking “WHAT”??? WHAT?? .. I CANT HEAR YOU... it gave me so much anxiety I just hung up . I don’t want to be treated like that before I even get there .. made me scared they would mistreat me to my face as well .

Took an assessment test here in December and have yet to receive the results so I wasted my time coming here!
