My son has attended Success on the Spectrum for over 2 years now and his improvement is mind blowing! The staff is absolutely amazing Ive never had a problem that wasnt quickly handled with respect. Even as financial situations occur they are always willing to work with us and I will always appreciate that. This is a very SAFE place for ABA even during a global pandemic! I am highly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff and owner. I can go on and on about SOS. I cant thank you all enough! Keep up the great work!

I absolutely cannot express in words how much I appreciate SOS for the progress my 3 year ASD son has made. My husband and I drop in and have immediate access to view our son on video and even view video weeks later. We feel so safe and secure with releasing our 3 year old to SOS. Not one time has he cried or didn’t want to go in during drop offs. Even viewing other children they enjoy the therapist and staff. We work as a FAMILY! The weekly parent trainings allow our family to incorporate everything that is learned at SOS, at home. My son is a completely different child.. his personality is shinning so bright. His words and wants are being expressed. AND he’s only been here for 3 months!!! 3 months ago I felt hopeless, guilty, and worried about my sons future. Today I have so much hope. I wouldn’t change anything about him and SOS has been a integral part of our journey of Autism Spectrum Disorder acceptance, awareness, and pride. Thank you from the deepest part of our hearts SOS

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this facility! My son has been coming here for a few months now and I have seen so much improvement already. I have also learned by observing the staff in the parent waiting area as well as in the parent training sessions things I can do to help maintain what my son is receiving to keep consistency for him. The facility itself is a nice well kept themed space that my son loves. The staff is amazing, super friendly, helpful, and very informative! I am really impressed with the way this facility runs and I will definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone! They are making a huge difference and impact on my sons life and I am truly thankful and grateful for the quality and care they put into what they do!

When looking for an ABA program I went for my first tour here. I would not send my child here if you paid me. There was no one at the front desk. The quality of therapists looks like they got them off the street. I mean I walked in and walked right out. I’d quit my job before I sent my child to this location. Also, the location is sketchy at best. AwfulUpdate: Correct to response below. I did not tour because the minute I walked in, I walked out. It wasnt a location I would take my child too, the building where the office is in, is an old office building that has many empty office spaces. I am entitled to my opinion and I will state it firmly here.

My son attends ABA therapy at Success on the Spectrum (medical center). He has be been a client for eight months. As a parent, I have experience the opposite of the negative review posted by Ms. Gomez. The first thing I would like to correct is that the building is locked; someone has to buzz you in. No one can just walk into the building! There security cameras throughout the facility! Secondly, SOS is accredited with licensed BCBAs and certified RBTs. It is callous to state staff look like they are off the street. The staff have great bedside manners. They work well with my son. Lastly, most importantly, after eight months of attending SOS, I have seen tremendous growth in my som. The therapists are hands-on, one-on-one with the kiddos daily. They have taught me to be a better parent with a kid on the spectrum. It takes a special person with compassion, patience and love to work children with autism. These people are great and they are preparing my son to thrive to the best of his ability in life.

I wish I gave this company zero . The lady who work at the front desk she doesn’t know how to explain something. Karen she told me that they provide home services and she send me new student application I filled it all about 10 pages and when I went to see her at office she said she don’t provide home service for my daughter. All my hard work was for nothing .

I have known the owner of this company and her husband for about 4 years. I worked closely with her in a different field prior to the opening of Success on The Spectrum. In the time I knew her I was witness to both her professionalism and warmth for people in general. Children were always a soft spot in conversation between us.Ive seen the level of care and emotion from her on multiple occasions in regard to caring for children. Especially children with special needs. Ive been witness to her planning the opening of S.O. S. and never heard a single mention of any other motive than helping other children and learning as much as possible about autism. This is a personal account from hours upon hours of conversation over years.Ive visited the facility. Ive paid note of how it was run and the people involved. While I may not be an expert on autism outside of Aspbergers (as my mother had a high functioning level) what I can tell you is that the owner of this facility is professional, caring, and knowledgeable with a passion for helping children. My review is mostly a review of her character and professionalism but I hope it helps in deciding whether youd choose to send your child for support, guidance and learning.

Words do not do justice to the help they gave to our boy. He entered as a ball of emotion accompanied by behavioral challeges. The BCBA and staff worked with us to customize a strategy to address our concerns and keep us up to date on progress, including weekly phone calls and monthly meetings. So so so thankful for their love and care for our son.

Though Success on the Spectrum is just starting out, weve had a wonderful experience with them so far, much better than many of the more established ABA clinics. Nichole Daher, the CEO, is very accessible, and that makes a tremendous difference in communicating our childs needs. At several other clinics, weve had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with the people in charge, and the program seemed quite rigid. At SOS, on the other hand, Nichole has been very responsive to our needs, and shes been personally involved in making sure we get the best care.Nichole has also been EXTREMELY helpful in guiding us through and helping us with the tedious insurance process--her support allowed us to get started sooner than what we were expecting. We now have therapists coming to our home full-time, and we look forward to moving our child to the clinic as soon as it opens!

I was seeking ABA services for my son when I came to this facility for a tour three weeks ago. Many red flags, upon entering there was nobody sitting at the front desk. When I finally get noticed by a fellow therapist she tells me “another lady will help you” didn’t even introduce herself. So I proceed to wait 10 minutes when the receptionist finally came back from lunch. She also didn’t introduce herself until I asked for her name. What did it for me on not continuing enrollment with sos was that during my tour there was NO BCBA on the floor, nor in the clinic at all. That alone was concerning for me. The kids seemed stressed, the place was extremely unorganized, and Therapist lack professionalism by cussing while kids around. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking aba services. Also, after I tell them I am no longer interested they gave me a call a week after my tour to arrange an assessment where I had to inform them once again that I was no longer interested in their services.

Edit: One Year Later. Its been about a year since I wrote my review. In that time my son has started asking for baths, eggs, poptarts, and movies (he was completely non-verbal before). He is more engaged, affectionate, and listens to directions with more than one step! Hes coloring inside lines. Hes brushing his teeth. Hes playing fetch with the dogs. Hes doing silly stuff to entertain his little brother. Hes playing games! The difference is AMAZING and I was impressed before. The big thing the BCBAs have been working on is teaching him HOW TO LEARN. You wouldnt think of it that way, but it was absolutely the skill he lacked.End Edit.We have tried several schools looking for a good fit for my son. Success on the Spectrum is EXACTLY that. The teachers are amazing and full of energy. The school is incredibly well-thought out with quiet one-on-one spaces, small group spaces, and a giant playroom so your kiddo can be comfortable no matter their social skills. The BEST though is this is the only place we have found that has a video monitoring room so you can watch your kid’s lessons any time. You can see exactly what’s going on and how the teachers are interacting with your child. I have learned several great tricks for helping my boy focus.
