Not sure what’s going on with this place but I inquired about a lift chair for my dad who’s in extreme pain after his hip replacement and haven’t received any service. The website advertises after hour service everyday of the year, holidays etc. and even supplies an after hour number to talk to an “expert”. No one answered my call but finally answered my text in broken English stating there’s no one that can deliver. A simple 6 word response is all I got. I even filled out a request form for rental which still hasn’t been addressed by anyone there. I don’t ask for much but I do expect integrity when advertised services are made clear on the website. I also emailed the head rep and still haven’t received any help of any kind. I was willing to pay double for this rental to make sure my dad was comfortable. Hope they fix what’s broken over there. My phone number u just put in your response to my last review is incorrect and I am also more than happy to confirm that I did in fact call, text and email the correct number as well as email as supplied on your website so you can eliminate the possibility of this happening to anyone else in the future.

We needed a hospital bed for my husband. This place was wonderful in helping me understand how his needs should be met. I placed my order. The delivery guy, James, was awesome! I have had a great experience with this company. I have had to used them several times for Hospital Bed Rental for when my Mother visits who is disabled due to Strokes. I also purchased a Toilet Assist Seat for her as well. They have always been great with availability for the Electric Bed & the Staff Members that show up are very helpful & courteous. Last month James & Aron delivered to our home & were very helpful, explained everything, came in with PPE due to COVID. They got the Bed set up & functioning very quickly. Weve been renting an electric wheelchair for months now and they have made it so easy. We have now purchased a chair and a bed and had then delivered. I rented the Twilight Zero Gravity lift chair after being told by my surgeon I would need to sleep in a recliner/lift chair for 4 weeks. The chair is worth every penny! Sleeps more comfortable than most beds, with so many remote controlled options to suit your daily changing needs. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and delivery prompt and timely. I wanted to say that Aaron did a great job and delivery and the pickup. He went through details with me when he set the bed up to make sure I knew how to operate it and that made a big difference and the care of my mother-in-law.

Staff was not knowledgeable about a hoyer lift. Explained in detail what I wanted the lift for.To use it in the home and also to travel with to use in hotels.Was shown a huge lift and told they dont fold up they are about 60 inches wide and the height was tall and the weight was 69 pounds. Went all the way home and did some research and found the portable lifts that do fold and do fit in a trunk of a car and are able to fit in tight spaces.She could have a made a big sell because they are not cheap.She didnt even look on her computer she just said what I was looking for was not made.

This place is magnificent. I have been in other medical supply stores and this store is the best. The customer service I receive every time I come to the store is outstanding. I have purchased a couple of wheelchairs and this last time I have decided to upgrade to two scooters. The ladies there listened to what I was looking for and there were very patient with me. They took the time to show me different types of scooters and explain to me the benefits and features that the different models have. I was pleasantly surprise to find this medical store. I have been looking online and other local stores for a couple of lift chairs for me and my wife. I didnt feel right about making such a big purchase online, so I decided to visit a few local stores in Cypress and others in the surrounding areas. To my surprise, the local stores I visited did not have any lift chairs in their store, and the very few that did, only had one or two models to choose from. I was about to give up on my local search and just buy online, but I decided to make the drive to E Care Medical Supplies, since they advertise a big selection of lift chairs in stock in their local showroom. After seeing a few pictures of their store online, I decided to visit them. I was very happy I did. They have many lift chairs in their showroom I could choose from. I spent some while there. I never felt pressure or in a rush to make a purchase. Their staff was very friendly and informative and explained to me the differences among the lift chairs they had. After I sat on the Cloud lift chair I knew that was the one perfect for me and my wife. I was a little concern that the one I sat on did not have the heating and massage mechanism, so I asked a staff member if I could get one with the heat and massager. They checked on their stockroom and were able to find two cloud lift chairs. I was happy! They offered delivery on the chairs at a discounted rate since I was buying two and agreed to it. I expected the lift chairs to be delivered in the next day or two, however the young lady there made some arrangements to have my lift chairs delivered the same afternoon... I couldnt believe it! I was extremely happy.... It was definitely worth the drive to come to E Care. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. I called before business hours and left a message of what equipment I needed and that I needed it desperately that same day. Within a minute of them opening, I received a call back from someone whod already checked inventory and gave me additional information for things I might need. Everything was explained in detail, and I was told Id have the equipment by 5pm that same day. I received a call at 4pm from the delivery guys and they were at my house setting it all up by 4:30pm. My husband was asleep in the room they set up in and they were as quiet as possible despite having to set up an electric bed and trapeze. They explained how to operate the equipment as well as giving me some tips and tricks. As they left, they wished my husband an full and speedy recovery. Due to a family members extensive surgeries this past year we were in need of help just to do things in life that for most people, they just take for granted. When you are incapacitated and in constant need of assistance it is a very frustrating time and you almost feel guilty that you need so much assistance from others. That should never be a patients concern. While receiving treatment in the medical center someone mentioned using this company to rent a zero gravity lift chair. She said they were courteous, respectful, helpful, responsive and most of all the chair was spotless upon arrival, completely set up and ready for use. She was spot on with her description. I would like to add my own accolades for your company. The service that you provide can not be beat both from a physical and mental standpoint. It gave me the confidence that I could care for myself when left alone for short periods of time in my home. There was no other way for me to get up on my own from a sitting position. From a health perspective I hope I never need your services again, but for other people that are ill and in need of some help this is the only company to use. I purchased a portable oxygen unit for my mom at E Care Medical. I have been looking around for one for a while but I was afraid to commit to purchase one online since they are expensive and buying online is not a good idea for such a big investment. E Care Medical had the one I was looking for for a slightly higher price than the one online. I did not mind paying a little more as long as I had the peace of mind that I was buying from a local store with warranty. I called and they had the oxygen unit in their store. Without hesitation I purchased it and the staff there showed me how to operate and care for the oxygen unit. Very good customer service. I definitely recommend them!

Very poor customer service. I rented a wheelchair that did not end up working and they told me its because I needed to charge it all night before using it. I needed to use it that day, that is why I rented it that day. They were very unprofessional and had an attitude. I needed the chair for a trip so I was out of town stuck with a chair that didnt work all weekend. Their excuse was I needed to call more than one time to tell them it wasnt working to give me a refund. They would not give me my money back so I basically paid to have a useless wheelchair sit in the back of my car. I highly recommend finding another medical company for your needs that will be much less stressful.

Nice selection of carts and other equipment. However staff was not knowledgeable on certain ramps and parts. Was sold a ramp (had to assemble it myself in parking lot) that they said would work on my truck but it was not right. They would not take it back. Would not recommend that you shop here.
