Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Able to answer any questions that I have. Front desk is polite.

I have been going here for a year and I am not as well as I was when I came here. This doctor will not work with me on anything. I have talking to her and she will not work with me. I did not write this review until I had been with her over a year and I am sad to say I am no longer with this doctor. I will say her lab technician is excellent I am a hard stick and she gets me every time.

This place will keep you hostage for hours... Took my daughter for a check at 11:00 am just now leaving at 2:30pm... Never coming back!?

Ok...the front desk staff could be more polite. I’m in a wheelchair & was struggling to get inside. No one behind the desk would get up to help but another patient waiting got the door for me. BUT DR AYOOLA IS WONDERFUL!!! She is caring & truly listens to her patients! Worth any waiting time!

I’ve been a patient here since I moved to Houston seven years ago. I truly am happy to have Dr. Ayoola as my primary care physician. She is professional, knowledgeable and has true compassion for her patients. Another great thing about her is that she is a woman of God. I trust her to give me sound advice regarding my health.

Dr. Ayoola is a great doctor. She is very thorough. I love that she or her staff always calls and review lab results. Follow-up is not methodical, it is because she genuinely cares. She is very honest with you and doesnt just write a prescription.

Horrible service they tell you to be at your appointment at a certain time yet do not see you til two hrs later and theyre excuse all the time is they are short of staff! Front desk horrible bedside mannrs you guys need new staff before someone reports you people pay too much money to be treated the way you and your staff treat them!!! And you wait hours just to be seen for a minimum of five minutes what a waste of time!!! Dr ayoola should retire and let her son take over maybe then he will hire better staff and run a fast pace facility

Scheduled a 9am appointment for both my husband and I. We were told to fast the night before for labs. We arrived at the office at 8:30am to complete paper work. We waited until 10am before i asked the front desk if they forgot about us. We were told to wait a few more minutes. My husband and I were so hungry, our glucose levels got really low, and we began to get sick. We finally decided to leave at 10:30am without seeing anyone. Terrible front desk customer service .

I have been going to Mrs. Ayoola for years - yes, at times it was not good with the wait, but she has added more staff since then to accommodate the influx of patients. Also, the staff is AWESOME, but they have not always been that way. Overall, the service has gotten exceptionally better over the years, and Mrs. Ayoola has always been very forthcoming with her knowledge.

Dr. Ayoola is awesome she is very caring and takes her time. The best Doctor I have had. But, most of the time the front desk staff are unprofessional and there is always a hour wait to see the doctor.

Ive never had the pleasure of meeting the doctor. However, the staff needs to be trained more. I was seen during my last visit and was told that I didnt not owe anything for the visit. I came in 4 weeks later for another visit and was told I owed $150 for my last visit. Which was quite unexpected. The excuse was that there was a miscommunication between back office and front office personnel. The staff needs to do a better job with communicating with each other. The manager was really nice but I still dont think I will be returning. Its been an hour and Im still waiting to get vaccinated while I watch other patients that arrived after me leave.

Ive been with Dr. A. Ayoola for two or three years now. She makes you feel like family. She is through when explaining my medication and or test that I may need. When test result come back, that will call with the results. They let you know what actions you need to take if any. I Highly recommend her if your are looking for a doctor.

I love Dr. Ayoola. I have been going to her for many years. Although I tend to run from doctors appointments in general I love when I go to her. I have always felt at home and in loving hands by the entire staff. One time Dr. Ayoola did do my actual examine, but she made sure to stop in to see me before I left the office. I couldnt ask for a better person to be in charge of my healthcare.

Dr Ayoola is caring physician .She takes time to make sure you are getting the right care you need. Her staff is very friendly and helpful She is a great pcp to have . I will return to see her if needed.

Staff is TERRIBLE. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone without being on hold for 20+ minutes. Dr Ayoola is great, but the staff needs serious improvement.

Made an appointment, saw me for 3 min.or so, said she would order the antibiotics!!went to the farmacy, a day before Thanksgiving, freeway packed,and it was not called in... called them, said they would call it in, went the NeXt day, guess what, NOT called in. NeVer will I go back, and do not recommend!!

I was a new patient at this practice. First, I had to ask for the new patient paperwork they have you come in early to fill out. Then, I had to wait 2 hours for an annual exam. I did not meet the doctor so I cant comment on her level of care. Overall I was not impressed.

Staff is very personable, because it is a private practice, wait times can be long. overall great experience!

Update, they called the prescription to a different pharmacy!!!!never again will I be back!!
