This is, hands down, the worst primary care experience I have ever endured. This location has moved to the Memorial Hermann Katy Medical Plaza 2. This office does not EVER answer the phone. Consider yourself lucky if someone actually calls you back. Available appts are in a far distance so it is very hard to be seen in a reasonable time frame. The office staff does not include important details such as if you schedule a virtual appt, you must pay your copay in advance or the doctor will not show up to your virtual appt. They also leave out the fact that they are not going to answer the phone when you call back to PAY THAT COPAY 4 TIMES!!!!!
The WORST healthcare place!!If you call for an appointment, refill or test result you have to spend a day calling trying to get answered ... they NEVER answer a call, much less call back. They dont care about your health!!
They called my wife and asked her to come to see the doctor to discuss her lab results. they refused to discuss the lab results on the phone.When my wife went the doctor told here that she will need to take a iron tablet and she will send the prescription to the pharmacy. It is two weeks now since that visit and she didnt send the prescription yet. we called several time and my wife even went to the clinic in person to ask them to send the prescription and they still didnt?????????
Horrible customer service. There has been a gradual slide in the level attention to customers within this practice. Harder and harder to converse with the doctors as you get pushed more and more to PAs and assistants. Coupled with a trend toward up-selling office visits for well care visits left a bad taste.Unfortunately, as a long time patient, I will be seeking a new PCP and look forward to a much better patient experience.
