WORST PLACE to come!! Dont do it, pay a little extra and go elsewhere. Came for DOT physical and was told pressure was high. I requested to take it in the other arm and they refused. Finally the doctor said, if your primary care doctor can take your pressure and its not high, I will take your primary care doctor blood pressure reading...well, to make a long story short, went to pcp and my pressure was normal and my pcp certified the documents (I was given by Wellness clinic) returned to get certified and doctor act like she had amnesia and wouldnt certify the DOT. I wish I could rate this place a ZERO and the doctor is a Chiropractor not a regular DOCTOR. BTW, the place is nasty and dirty.

Will never go here again. Let me explain !! Years back I went here and the doctor didn’t give me my full 2 years because I was only 4 points over on my top side. Fast forward to a few months ago I went in and the doctor told me I had sugar in my urine. I was only given 2 months I never had a problem with sugar. I went to a doctor the next day and he checked my urine and blood and both was normal. The next week I went to another doctor and same thing checked urine and blood and both normal. Today I went to a different Cdl doctor she check everything and I was only 5 points over on blood pressure and I was still diving the full 2 years on card.

Fat people can’t get a 2 year card!🤣
