Impressed! Excellent care!! Wow!! 💯 recommended. Very nice office/facility/rooms/equipment. Staff is wonderful and very organized.I went there to have my mammogram and needed an ultrasound. Very thorough exams. Results submitted fast, in my experience within 1-2 days. No long wait times at appointments. Good luck to whoever reads my post and all the best for you.

I had wonderful experience at this place. They are really really kind to me. Even I couldn’t understand clearly, but they tried to tell me clearly until the end.(English is not my mother language.) I really appreciate their help during mammogram. I strongly recommend to y’all here. Thank you, Cristina, Alice, Elayne and Jany.

From the front desk to all the staff in the back, an amazing place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and compassionate. Honestly, it was like walking into a spa. Results are posted on a patient portal fairly quick so no guessing or waiting for a primary doctor to get around to calling. Easy access off of Katy freeway and parking was available right at the entrance.

This center is really a center of excellence. They were so helpful from the moment I showed up. I love the dedicated parking near the center. They were kind, attentive and listened to me. I had a wonderful experience.

Everyone at this location is awesome!!!!Cristina and Louise in the front and Heidi, Zoe and Dr Terrell in the back honestly care for patients, and make you feel comfortable through the whole process. I have to drive a little bit longer to this location, but it is sooo worth it!!!!

I had my annual 3D Mammogram yesterday at Houston Methodist West and I can’t say enough about these lovely people, Cristina, Alice, Foran my tech! I showed up an hour early, traveled from Tomball because I feel West is the BEST, they got me right in! Very professional, accommodating and friendly! The center is beautiful and very comfortable as well!! 💕💕💕

They act like they care, but, they really dont. money is more important to them than your health. I, also, heard a couple of employees making fun of a patient. For this to be a breast cancer center, they sure have no EMPATHY OR SYMPATHY. i will not go back to this place.

So I arrived at 7:55. Granted my appointment wasn’t until 9:45. I thought maybe I could get in early since my first appointment was canceled. Nope and that’s fine ( I waited ) but you would think me being this early, they would be on time . Wishful thinking. I will not be returning ‼️‼️

They only care about money. if you dont have it...go away..even if you have insurance
