The place is pretty much hidden. Its off the service road and if you pass Oliver Garden, you missed it.The service has been pretty fast, really no complaint, cannot come in with the patient, I guess since there is radiation inside, but you can stay I. The waiting area.

My transportation got me there much earlier than I was scheduled. The staff was so kind to go ahead and start processing my paperwork and get me started for the (4) images needed. Lettie (tech) was super patient. I have only one pointer to give. For patients having all three spine MRI’s at one time should be checked on after each one .. just to make sure all is well. That’s a long time for a back injury person to lay still. I took meds, which helped a lot, along with the music. Periodically checking on the patient is just an action of showing more empathy for those of us who are dealing with extreme episodes of PTSD and back spasms. Overall, my experience was 5 stars ⭐️.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an MRI. Health Plus Imaging has amazing customer service and are very organized. My brother and his wife got into a car accident and needed an MRI, and they were very prompt to scheduling, contacting their doctors/Chiropractor and sending out records. Highly recommend them!

Been here twice! The price for an MRI is so affordable. They are the only location I know of in Houston with the Open MRI unit. Great, clean and very fast! Definitely would recommend!

This radiology facility is amazing. The staff at the front desk was very sweet, the tech was very accommodating and helped me through the procedure even though I was quite nervous. Letty and Steven (the techs) was very professional and knew exactly what they was doing! I would definitely recommend everyone to come here!!

Scheduling was easy! By far the best pricing since I had to pay out of pocket. Facility was very clean when I arrived. I was warmly greeted by the girls at the front! My Tech who did my MRI walked me through the process and made it super relaxing. I was very pleased with my experience at Health Plus Imaging/ Open MRI. WILL BE REFERRING TO MY FRIENDS!

I got into a car accident in February. It has been a nightmare! I hired an attorney to handle my case. The Doctor visits have been horrible. Long wait times, dreadfully long appointment for therapy. I have been in so much pain. The pain in my lower back makes it difficult to even move. I was referred to this facility to get a MRI of my lower back. The front desk girls were so sweet. NO wait. EXTREMELY fast MRI scan. I dont really ever write reviews but Health Plus Imaging you deserve this review! Thanks again!

Horrible service. They told me as I walked out that everything was good and the results would be sent to the doctor within 24-48 hours. Apparently that is just the report and the images (the reason why I went in) had to be specifically requested. They never told me this and that ended up being an extra fee. It took multiple phone calls over 2 weeks to figure this out from them. I asked to speak to the manager regarding the lack of communication and service I received. I was told that person would call me directly to discuss my concerns. No one ever called me.

If I could rate less thatn 1 star I would, bit it doesnt give me that choice. My first time experience was the worst, It is so ghetto & ratchet in there! & The lady in charge Letty is worse than the workers, she has a nasty attitude not only with the employees but the customers as well. She tried to put up a front & act nice but sweetie pleasee we can all see thru that fakeness. NEVER returning, I can find a ghetto clinic in any corner.
