This clinic is amazing 1st time and I love the self check-in process also it ask if you have an appointment or not. Doctor listen to my concerns and order labs to be completed next day Saturday. Saturday morning checked in 9:20am with out appointment but told staff it was for labs only they said perfect we will check you in for the lab staff. 15 minutes and I was out the door.

I went to this clinic for a physical, blood test, and shot with my sisters for school and the doctor was very respectful and nice to us. The MA who was giving me my shot was very nice and gentle and the shot didnt hurt at all. 11/10 recommend this clinic as they get the job done in a short amount of time and do well with handling patients. Plus, nice front staff that treats you right!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. The staff was so kind and friendly to me and my family. There was no long wait and once I was in the room, the doctor came in to see me right away within a minute. I will definitely be going back after having such a pleasant experience at the doctor, something that you dont get very often. And I will definitely refer my family and friends to go there too. Taking care of your health is very important and I am so glad to find a place that really care.

Its kind of a funny story how I ended up at this clinic but Im so glad I came here. All the staff were nice and helpful. Dr. was awesome too. This will be my new go to clinic!

Waiting time is horrible since this group of drs used to have their office right by HongKong 3 on Veterans. My wife and I have an 11:30 appointment and we have to wait past 12 still not call . They need to speed up the waiting process or not overbooked patients. The new office is very nice and clean .

I had an excellent visit for my wellness exam. Appointment was made easily. Fast check-in and short wait. Staffs were professional and friendly. The facility is new and clean. Dr. ThuyVan Nguyen even gave me advice on my hair loss problem even it was not the purpose of my visit, and tried to make sure I had no other problems.

Excellent service... My daughter and I first visit was very professional and great customer service. This will be my doctors office, and not to mention office visit very affordable.

I send my son there which his copay was only $10.00 and they wanted to charge him $60.00 and said that they would credit his account.. They didnt mean bank account!! Who does that ?? I dont recommend them at all .. They are use to dealing with people with no insurance..Nope not today ...

I am absolutely agree with The Xenomorph review. Waiting time in this office is extremely horrible and need to be improved. On Saturday February 1st, I had appointment at 10:30 AM and had to wait until 11:54 AM (1hr 25 mins behind schedule) to be able to see Doctor (approximate 23 mins). I am a new patient in this office so I already gave myself extra time to fill out paperwork. I checked in to the office around 9:55 AM and checked out around 12:40 PM. Spending my times 2 hours 45 minutes but I am still unable to get my prescription renew from another Doctor office because the Northchase Doctor wanted to wait after blood work result to make decision whether giving me a new prescriptions for my high blood pressure medicine or letting me renew from previous one. Note: I dont have problem with the highblood medication that I am using and I have PPO Insurance.

I am so happy to see Dr. Loc Vu today. I am grateful to have this clinic open close to my home. My family and I have been waiting for him to accept my insurance since I knew he was working at Northchase Family Practice Clinic. We have been checking weekly, and was so happy to hear the good news. It is great to have an excellent doctor who is knowledgeable, understands me, takes time to explain and help me take care of my health. I know many friends of mine who have seen Dr. Vu before he moved are very happy he is BACK!
