I thought Dr. Rivera was interested, he asked questions and took time to be thorough. He was very pleasant and welcoming. I felt I had accomplished something when I left K-S having received tetanus and pneumonia shots. The lab technician who drew blood was very capable and pleasant as was Veronica, the nurse who took my vitals before I saw Dr. Rivera

He understands my ideas about healthcare. He has good medical instincts about my health. He listens and gives me good advice. He is not threatened by medical research that I have done.

He takes plenty of time to assess the problem, offers viable remedies, and usually gets good results. He’s very personable and never makes us feel rushed. Excellent physician!
