The staff and care Id give a 5. The billing I give a 1. After discounts, insurance covered $394 my first visit, $104 my second visit for a quick re-screen and $242 my third - all in the same year. I needed to go back again, still in the same year, my policy changed (provider did not), and now my out-of-pocket is $655. I knew Id have an out-of-pocket this time around, but how is it I get billed more than what my insurance had been paying? It would have been identical services as my $242 visit. Such a racket. Unfortunately, I have to change now.

Staff was very welcoming. I had a mammogram and bone scan during the same visit. Doctor received the reports in a timely way. Ive used them several times, including for a needle biopsy, and Ive always been pleased.

DONT USE THIS FACILITY. I HAD BREAST MEMOGRAM AND BONE DENSITY DONE AT THIS LOCATION FOR MY WIFE ALMOST ONE MONTH AGO. THEY NEVER SENT THE RPORT THE PHYSICIAN AND REFUSED TO GIVE A COPY THROUGH OUR PERSONAL FAX. INSPITE OF SEVERAL REQUEST, DOCTOR DID NOT GET THE REPORT.

Still waiting to be checked in for a 9:30 appointment. Most inefficient center Ive ever visited.
