Mrs. Florence Songs at Visiting Angels has such a compassionate soul. In all my years of working with people in need of assistance, I have never met an administrator who care about their employees as well as the clients she provide service to. Mrs. Songs is a great listener and she speak with action that follows. Mrs Songs sent me an email video about self care and it made me cry because that was me needing the know how to stop and take care of me. I knew I wanted to be employed with Visiting Angels, it’s rare that you find genuine Administrator(s)who care about their employees and the people they serve. We made numerous changes to the schedule and they were very accommodating. My father said owner David Song is extremely gentle, kind and always had lots of encouraging words. The staff at Visiting Angles are professional, kind and very attentive. We are very pleased with their service.

This is an excellent company. The owners really care about all their clients and employees, which equates to a great service for our community. I worked for Florence and David as a Caregiver while preparing for Medical Residency. I am aware of the issues surrounding finding good care for a patient and loved one. This company really works hard to get a good match between the client and caregiver on several dimensions. Personally I wanted to give my clients the best care because I knew the standard set by this Visiting Angels office. It all began with Florence at the front office of Visiting Angels Northwest. She guided, assisted and calmed me down with our very first telephone conversation. My husband and I were traveling from out of town to Houston for medical treatment at one of your local hospitals and did not know the area at all.We were BLESSED to have a wonderful angel while visiting Houston, not one, but numerous time during our ordeal at the hospital.The angel I refer to is Mr. David Snows.David is a caring, compassionate, a definite motivator and a very calming person. He is neat in appearance and very personable. My husband responded to his care in a most positive way, (this is where I should say I wish I could bring him back with us). Our experience with Visiting Angels has been wonderful and her care giver is kind and loving each visit. It has really helped me be confident that my mother is in good hands when I am not able to be there.

When I felt I could no longer leave my husband alone for any length of time, I contacted the Visiting Angels on 1960. I spoke with Florence and after a home visit, she set us up with Etta who has been with us for several months and now we have David, who shaves and helps shower my husband.Now I can leave home and not worry because he is VERY well taken care of, and the peace of mind that my husband wont have an accident in the shower.I will gladly recommend Florence and her helpers to anyone.
