Had services through this location for almost a year. The office staff did a great job communicating, keep me updated and they always dropped off supplies when needed. Had a few nurses come and go but all did a nice job. In the climate we are currently in, they did as good of job all things considered. Highly recommend this location.

Epic south loop. Home of the mouth breathing LVN, the sleepy RN, and getting a new scheduler every other week who has no idea what’s going on with your kids case. Not to mention the automated person responding with generic comments to all the bad reviewers who doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on with anything.Probably the worst option in home health. You might as well take care of your loved ones yourself, these people will make a bad situation worse.

If I could give a lower rating, it would be far into the negatives. The office tells you what you want to hear when you call and then tells the nurses something different. They double schedule their nurses so you either end up with no nurse or two nurses and then you have to send one home which is very awkward while they sit and wait for their ride. They fall asleep, they dont do what theyre supposed to do per the poc. The office people dont care about their patients and care even less about their nurses. I was brand new to nursing for my daughter when I was referred to this company and will be changing this week. They dropped my daughter, didnt put the railing up on the bed and she rolled off and hit her head on the iv pole, and then dropped her down the stairs. This is not a safe company and Ive gotten 2 calls from the dads program already because theyre investigating the incidences.

Worked here for 7 years staying as below the radar as possible. This company does not care about their nurses. Executive directors are greedy. Schedulers are pathological liars. Darrion in the southwest office is a prime example. Kay in the north office is another. Even as far as corporate goes this company is insincere and con artists at best. The only reason I worked there for so long is because they can keep you busy but it’s not worth the stress or the risk to your license

Disrespectful nurses who purposefully neglect my child, fall asleep on the job, and play on their phone shopping while my son screams his head off. This is a horrendous company. I will never trust them with my child again.

OMG. Horrible services! Nurses always falling asleep, eating my food. Must have been a handful of those nurses in the bunch but after 3 months of terrible things I finally said no more. I waited to long. But since I was brand new to my situation, I didnt know better. But now I know what is right. Staff didnt help either. They could care less and theyre very selfish people. Almost like sharks. They had given me nurses that put towels over my kids head, nurses that felt they could put chicken broth in his feeding bag, nurses that felt they could use the same syringe for all his tpn meds. The list goes on and on. *ROOKIES BEWARE***STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TAKING LIFE CHANCES* if I could put less stars I would! -5

Horrible services too many lies from the office telling You one day that You are having a nurse then another person calls that the nurse is not coming because she was appointed to another case. Its been happening for the last 6 months. Shame on You. Is there a negative star to rate this company.
