I can and would recommend Avid Home Care Solutions as a great option for caregiving service. Their caregivers have been friendly and responsible. The staff are also nice and good about notifying me when anything happens with my uncle. They have also been good about accommodating the hourly schedule we have requested. Billing is simple, timely and transparent. Thank you for all that you do to make our lives easier.

Spoke with “destiny” the “regional manager” and she was very rude to me once she distinguished I wasn’t calling for immediate services. I had a few questions and she acted rude to me and slammed the phone in my ear. I called right back and they would not answer my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from a “Regional” person to be two faced on the phone and immediately dismiss our call, that only means that’s the Culture there @Avid , I work with many caregivers across the country and these are NOT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU WANT ALONE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE! Be very wary of them!

The team at Avid provides exceptional service. They are there to help with any situation no matter how unique. They are always responsive and are there to answer any questions. Our family members providers are wonderful in dealing with a difficult family member. This team has made it possible for us to rest easy knowing that they are always on the job . I highly recommend them to take care of your loved one.

I meet with the owner at a senior conference and she took the time to explain the senior citizen services that my mom could benefit from. My mom has limited financial resources and she took us on as a client working with our budget. We are thankful for this but even more thankful for the care that mom has received. My family appreciates the communication with the offices and we feel like family. I rarely make reviews but we don’t know how to repay this company for the help with our mom. Highly Recommend them.

Avid Home Care provided excellent care for my mother-in-law who had Alzheimers and was bed bound. I highly recommend the team as they had been great with my loved ones from the moment, she met them. They love her! The owner Candace has really impressed our family in the way she kept us informed and calls with concerns. Also, she provides much more than just sitter care. She offers games, exercise, and art activities. She does laundry, dishes, vacuums, and even cooks! Thank you, Candace and team! You are such a blessing!

Candace and her team took care of my uncle after a nasty fall he had at his house. We were on the other side of town and could not get to him on a daily basis. The team was amazing, keeping him happy and clean. The caregiver would stop by Wendys to get him his favorite frosty on a regular basis. He had to go to a Nursing Home for 3 weeks and they picked up right where they left off. Highly recommend them for services.
