This is a very personal job all of the staff are so sweet and loveable. They make u feel very comfortable working for there company I have never met such wonderful people in my life that run a tough business.

Management could care less about the people that are being taken care of or the people working for her. She dont want to pay you. And if she do have to, shell hold your money! Nor do she come and give evaluations on the patient to see if you deserve a raise.

These people hire convict and paroled to care for the disabled and loved ones. I am disabled they sent a lady to care for me. She didnt do much but I was new at this. Her first day here she asked me how she could earn $500 for her wedding party I said I dont know. Should have been a read flag. When she left she knock on my neighbors door and asked to borrow $5 for gas money. This angered me so when she returned I told her she worked for me leave my neighbors alone. Then the idiot I am I asked her if she had gas she said no so we got in her car and drove to the gas station and I put $15 a half tank in her car. On Friday she said she had to leave early to drive to SW Houston to get her pay check. On her way there she was caught on video burglerizing a deceased womans home that she cared for before she cared for me. At the time I had not realized she had already stole from me. The following week when she was here, the assistant manager from A&C Healthcare called me while the convict was here in my home and asked where she was and I advised her right here and she said Mr Birdwell we have to get her out of there shes a thief and I handed the phone to the convict and I dont know what she said but she got her out of my house. The agency replaced her with another lady who did a good job immediately but was a few days before I realized that the convict had stolen $1000 worth of my belongings.The convict and I spoke on the phone a couple times but when she realized I too had cameras around my home for security she never called again. To this day A&C claims no fault and on AS disability I am unable to replace what their convict employee stole from me and they are bonded supposedly. Police reports were filed in Harris and Montgomery counties as of today, Febuary 16, 018 I still have not been able to recover my losses. So I can only assume that A&C are equally quality and thieves themselves to avoid and turn the other way when their convict employee stole from me, and another former patient that was deceased she was caught on video stealing from her home, they call me advise me shes a thief we have to get her out of your home! Yet they take no responsibility for the crime. They should be jailed also and do not trust anybody that they place in your home or a friend or loved ones home. Shame on you A & C.. This warning to others is not the last you have heard from me. Until my belongs or the value of has been replaced Im going to continue my legal truthful attack on your agency. Have a nice day!
