If you are hearing impaired or having issues with your current hearing aids you should stop by. I did and am I glad I did. That was 5 years ago and I have not had any problems. The hearing aids I purchased from Hearing Aid Express were very reasonably priced compared to what I paid for my first pair of hearing aids from another company.

Jeanne was phenomenal and my experience was top notch! Im from Houston however I live out of the area. On our way to Houston for Christmas, my hearing aid dome got stuck in my ear. As a last minute effort, I came across Hearing Aid Express. The receptionist was extremely cordial over the phone and in person. Not only did Jeanne see me right away, but she remove the dome from my ear AND she had the proper domes for my hearing device. Thank you SO much for ensuring my trip remained great!PS Those cookies were delicious!

Excellent! On weekend visit to Houston from Ohio hearing aid stopped working. Found Hearing Aid Express on internet; called early Monday a.m. - receptionist was very concerned, very accommodating, gave good directions to place of business, took us immediately after we arrived. Technician explained what could be problem, what she could and could not fix. Asked permission before she opened the hearing aid. She confirmed problem - a broken wire - repaired it, all in less than one hour. An extremely knowledgeable, competent professional. Would not accept any payment. Premises were spotlessly clean, front desk personnel were very pleasant and professional. We are MOST APPRECIATIVE!!!
