I went in for a hearing test yesterday and saw Austin, and he’s by far the coolest and most helpful Audiologist I’ve seen since I started having trouble hearing. He was very professional, asked a lot of questions to try to figure out what could be going on with my hearing, and did a very comprehensive test. He even cleaned the equipment after the test was done, which I haven’t seen any other audiologist do before, but that’s unrelated. I felt real comfortable during the appointment which I appreciate a lot. I don’t know about the process of getting hearing aids but I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a hearing test, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this location to get a second test.

Specialist Austin Green very patiently reviewed the process with me, followed up to ensure that all was working properly, and told me to always feel free to contact him should there be a need. Went in for a cleaning awhile back, the staff was wonderful made me feel like family very professional and knowledgeable also showed patience because I was having a bad day, after leaving I felt wonderful because of the conversations with the staff great place for service!

I love these people at the Meyerland location. Austin is the most helpful and kind he took the time to explain the process of me purchasing hearing aids. He has seen me every week to make sure everything is going well with my hearing aids. Victoria is the office manager there and she is the sweetest. She has made sure to give me the time the I request for an Appointment. I work from 8 to 5 and they have worked around my schedule. One day I needed a cleaning and was unable to go to the office. Victoria took the time to come to my house and this was after 5 PM. Their office closes at that time and I’m sure she has a family to go home to but she made sure that my needs were met. She is always smiling and making me feel better after a long stressful day at work! The meyerland office really takes that extra step to give extra care to their patients! If your looking to buy hearing aids look no further Miracle Ear is the place to go! Especially the MeyerLand office!

I’ve always been to the one out in Katy but since I moved closer to downtown this location is perfect. Austin is very helpful with any questions that you may have. He also really does put a smile on everyone’s faces and honestly changed the way I hear things now. He’s awesome and also very patience with where you are comfortable at for your hearing. Victoria is a great and wonderful. Plus she makes sure before you leave if you have any more questions. I love them both so much. This is the place to come and get you a pair of hearing aids. Every time I come in for a cleaning and maintenance, I get the help I need. There is no fuse, Im in and out. These ladies take care of me, and the store is so close to home. They listen to my issues and are always able to fix it. Wont go anywhere else!

Convenience is the word at this Miracle-Ear location. You can drive your car up to the office front door. Phillip Zamora has the latest hi-tech test and evaluation equipment. You can watch him tune your hearing aid on the 24 inch video screen. He has been excellent with helping me work with my 6 year old ME model. With ME, you can get help at 1300 USA locations and many more worldwide. I cant say enough. You wont be disappointed. I am one SATISFIED Miracle-Ear customer!
