I believe theyd give me the best service that man can get

Karina has exceptional customer service skills. She was always friendly, great smile, and very professional and efficient in scheduling appts and advice on the supplement vitamins. Randolph and Alex were very professional knowledgeable and good listeners. I was just not happy with the results after 12 treatments. Not the firmness I was expecting.

Visiting Metro health as been a wonderful experience.The staff: Randolph (our tech), and Karina (receptionist) have been just wonderful.They always greet you with a big smile constantly explaining and providing information.My husband James & I just love them both.You other staff can learn a lot from them when it comes to customer service.

The treatment was easy and painless. It was very simple and did make a difference in the blood flow and improved the things that made for a better physical being and functionality. And everyone there were very personable and courteous which made the process very smooth.

In regards to the techs,staff, and receptionist they are very professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They are detailed in the information they provide.

This was a long time in coming for me. Just couldnt admit there was a problem. But we know there is and doesnt get better. Made the call!! Got to the appointment, all were very nice and helpful. Understood it took up to 12 treatments, OK, well lets do this. Of coarse the people are very proffesional and explain so well.as they have said, pain free, just drop your drawers and lay back, got to say the first couple trips were, well something is going on down there. My wife did not know about this. 8 weeks (visits)later,the best thing my wife could say, wow! something is different!! Yes it is, For me the feeling of it is SO good, When I used pills to assist, it just wasnt satifing, just left it not good. Now when its done its GREAT!. at 11 weeks (treatments) she said to me, Ive never seen it like that, 20 years ago ( I was 41 years old) was good but now, you are LARGE and so firm. (now 60 years old) I will say guys, if it importantant to you and somebody, This has been one of the best things Ive done. It takes me back to my younger days. Mornings are SO great again!!

The receptionist & staff were extremely helpful and professional. The facility is clean, reception area has a large TV.Treatments are painless, Cleanup after treatment took 5 paper towels & 3 wet wipes.

The professional in the clinic was very satisfying. Randolph was great!
