This was my first time attending an F45 class. I kept hearing about it through social media, friends, and coworkers. I had no idea what to expect, but the layout, organization, and communication was exceptional. The hype was real! Chance and Adam were my coaches. They were very communicative, helpful, and pushed you to your best potential. I really like the way they strategize their workouts. It’s definitely challenging, but in the best way. The location was a little tricky to find, but definitely worth it! Will be coming back.

My friend convinced me to join F45 West U and it has been the best decision ever! I’ve been working out at this location for a little over a year now and I’ve only had positive experiences. I was gradually getting out of the work out game because nothing was working for me. F45 west U has given me my motivation back. Val, Kyle, & Kevin are super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as well. This gym is awesome and I recommend everyone to check it out!

I started F45 with no previous workout experience aside from yoga. The studio owner and trainers were extremely welcoming with showing me proper form and technique as I barely knew my way around a gym. I was easily able to work at my own pace along side seasoned gym sharks without feeling embarrassed at my beginner level. F45 offers 8 week challenges which was a great way for me to jump start my fitness journey. The trainers were helpful with providing encouragement throughout the challenge and diet tips. The studio owner also offered a dexa scan that could be done to track before and after progress. The challenges helped push me and give me the drive to do better. My first challenge I placed third and my second I pushed harder and won the gold :). They allowed me to lose 20lbs and really tone up my body. I have been continuing F45 for over a year and still love it. The workouts are always different and challenging.The West U location is great for on sight parking and ease of availability of classes. The staff are always helpful and fun to be around.

Great atmosphere and workout! Kyle & Valeria are always very motivating. When you are new they really offer lots of feedback to help you keep good form. This gym is a no judgement zone and a great way to get in shape- couldnt recommend it any more!

Will little experience doing HIIT, the trainers and staff made me feel included and not overwhelmed. They adjusted the workouts to my own abilities and really focused on me as an individual. Really great experience.

I love how it’s the only circuit training that is actually circuit training. You don’t have time to think nor do you in one spot for more than a minute. Workouts keep you guessing and there’s over 30 workout templates. I’m happy to notice that there’s no treadmills or exercises that repeat often . I hope this studio can set up a sign or a flag to stick for strangers and members. Keep it up !

I love this place! Ive been coming since June 2017 and I can see a major difference in my strength and endurance not counting all the inches Ive lost. They are hard workouts but they fly by. You definitely have the opportunity to connect with cool people too. I highly recommend F45 West University!

Absolutely love coming here! You never do the same workout twice, theres always variety, and the workouts are designed for all fitness levels! Even after being a member for over 6 months, I still leave feeling like I had a great workout!

I went to multiple gyms (through classpass) before trying this F45, and its my favorite by far. The circuit training class formats change regularly, so I dont get bored. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are focused on weight training, with the other days more cardio focused. Be sure to ask for extra help if youre unsure about your form. The trainers are happy to help! The only drawbacks about F45 in general (not just this facility) is that the warm-up is very short (1 min or so) and there is no time set for stretching after. This facility has 15 minute breaks in between class, which a few of us use to stretch. To me, the positives outweigh the drawbacks by FAR. Highly recommend!

I have consistently been going to F45 for 3 months and I am shocked at how much strength I have gained and how many inches I have lost! This is the perfect mix of strength training and HIIT workouts, and the best part is you will never do the same workout twice! Perfect place if you are the type of person who easily gets bored doing the same type of workout over and over again, like me! Fantastic workouts, energetic music, and a great personal trainer who will push you! Try F45 and surprise yourself!

Really great way to mix up your regular work out if you’re tired of the same old, same old. The class goes by so quickly, you don’t even notice. Just be sure to get there a few minutes early and make it known it’s your first class so they can go over it with you prior to their review with the whole class!Enjoy!

I love this place! ❤️ I have not returned due to losing everything in the flood. But I would definitely recommed this place. I cant wait to come back. My daughter and I had a great experience and love everyone at West University Place there all amazing 😉

Try it! Youll love it! The 45 minute team training sessions are challenging, high energy & fun. The cardio (MWF) & resistance-based (T/Th) total body workouts change daily, so you wont get bored or experience the same workout twice. The trainers are very friendly, motivating, and helpful. Theyll teach you proper technique so you can maximize every second of your workout. Whether youre a beginner or very fit, the workout can be modified to fit your needs. Youll see big gains in your strength & endurance within the first few weeks!

Great environment, group, music and trainer. The workouts change everyday so you are never stuck doing the same moves/routine. I Would recommended anyone even slightly interested to test out the free week trial to see what its about!

Best gym ive ever been a member of. Trainers dont make you feel less than if you physically cant do something, they will show you a modification so you can still workout effectively. EVERYONE is so nice. This place has been a blessing for me and my health. I look forward to working out here. Coming from 340lbs to well over 100lbs down, i never thought I would say those words about working out. -Tina

You must try F45 at West University with Shein! F45 is an amazing workout that constantly challenges every muscle group. After 3 weeks I saw drastic results and the inches keep melting away. Give F45 and Shein a try, you wont be disappointed.
