Ive only been once, but everyone treated me exceptionally well and the wait was reasonable. The doctor asked if I had any questions and actually waited while I thought a moment.

I have only seen Dr. Reddy for an initial examination, but she was very personable and very knowledgeable. I look forward to being her patient.

I like that Dr Reddy listens to her patients and tries to pursue everything for their health care. I think Dr Reddy is an excellent physician.

I had high hopes for intestinal help at this practice after reading reviews. No wonder she’s able to make appointments so quickly, she can’t keep patients. It took her 10 days to return a call. I was in severe pain and she wasnt concerned. When my call was returned by a staff member, I was brushed off and told they understood that I was cancelling my appointment and looking for help elsewhere. Didn’t even try to keep me as a patient. Do not waste your time here!! Terrible place!! No patient care!!

Sreelatha Reddy- THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISED AND I FEEL BEING CHEATED.From my family doctor, I found out that I had a liver problem. Since my plan is PPO, I could see any specialists without a referral. I called this office and told them that I DID need to see a LIVER specialist not a GI. I insisted on asking if Dr. Reddy was a liver specialist since I did not want to waste my time and money. The booking appointment lady confirmed she was a LIVER specialist so I saw this doctor twice. The doctor then referred me to a LIVER SPECIALIST in the Med center. It turned out I went through a broker.Dr. Reddy requested some blood tests on me and my insurance refused to pay. They advised me that the doctor had to write them an appeal stating the blood work was medically necessary in order for them to cover and the bill should have a different code. I have tried to reach out to the office Since April 2021 MULTIPLE TIMES but they have blown me away. I am feeling this clinic just cared about money knowing that they are NOT the liver specialist that I was looking for but they got to see me by the way and now they are not helping me to fix the bill that I should have not been responsible for.I got to see a liver specialist in the Med center. They ordered essential blood work they wanted to look at. Obviously they DID know what they were doing so I did not have any out of pocket bills at all. I feel like I was cheated. I hope your office manager reaches out to me and rebills the bill. This is all about integrity.

Very easy to get an appointment. The staff was very nice. The wait time was less than 10 minutes total in the waiting room and the exam room. Dr Reddy is very nice, thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I would definitely recommend her practice highly without a doubt. AWESOME!!!

From the first appointment phone call I was impressed. The young lady on the phone was cheerful and inviting. Once there my appointment was on time! I found Dr. Reddy to be a lovely person, open and sincere. I have confidence my issues will be handled well.

I wish I could give her negative stars. I was in extreme pain and went to the ER 3 times in a month “under her care” because her staff refused to answer the phone or call back, when they did, there was nothing they could ever offer for me (advice included). I became so depressed and unmotivated because of her lack of care. I ended up writing her an email regarding my experience, as well as trying to get ahold of the “office manager” whose voicemail box was full for the 3 months I was a patient for Dr.Reddy, leaving me no way to leave a direct VM. Neither ever responded, idk why I thought they would, incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my mom called, they lied saying I hung up on them.After finally seeing a REAL Dr, I finally figured out what the issues was, after doing the SAME test Dr.Reddy did because I just couldn’t get them to send it all over to me.....odd, right?I wouldn’t recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. I tried reporting to memorial Herman, apparently she’s not a dr there, just uses an office there.

My experience I had with the Staff-Office Manager of Dr. Sreelatha Reddy, Gastroenterologist , The first time I visited her was fine and I had a good impression. I scheduled a colonoscopy for Apr.26. After I bought the medicine she prescribed me, SUTAB, I had questions, so I called her. I left messages on different days and times, but they never returned my calls. Last Friday, I finally was able to speak with the Staff-Office Manager. She was very rude and short with me and did not show any empathy, kindness, or customer service. She treated me very bad and I felt she underestimated me. She was condescending and did not show any support or desire to help me. She said the doctor would call me later or the next day. The next day was Saturday and my procedure was scheduled for Monday. The doctor never called me, so I called again around 3:30 pm on Friday and was able to speak with the Staff-Office Manager. Again, I was not satisfied with the answer regarding the prep medication to take before the test. I did not find the service at this doctor professional. Also, if the Staff-Office Manager gave the messages to the doctor, which I doubt, the doctor should have called me knowing this was regarding my upcoming procedure. Because of this incident I did not have the colonoscopy and I am planning to find a different Gastroenterologist.

I was forced to cancel my hospital procedure, because her staff failed to contact me during the 10 days I repeatedly sent emails and left phone messages requesting information about obtaining prescriptions to prepare for the procedure. Toxic office staff, who do not return emails and phone calls. I had difficulty getting my initial prescriptions filled. After they were filled and I discovered I could not take one of the meds, I informed Dr. Reddys staff and there was no follow-up with me as to what I should do next. They over billed me and refuse to refund my money. Rebecca Garcia claims to be the practice manager. She called me only after I contacted my insurance company to complain about Dr. Reddys office. Rebecca said she would call me back by the end of the week I spoke to her, regarding my refund, but she never did. Rebecca gave me her direct number. I read the number back to her twice to make sure I got the right number. She gave me a bogus phone number. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH Dr. REDDY.

This office is one of the best. The Doctor is very clear and thorough on the information that is given, and she shows you through a visual/digital picture of what being done. Dr. Reddy is the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I cam into her office in extreme pain. I paid $250 dollars, and waited well over two hours before even seeing her. When I did see her, she did absolutely NOTHING to help me. She did not ask me any questions, did not conduct any type of physical exam. After telling her my issues, she told me to get a blood test and CT Scan done, which I am sure is normal procedure but with out asking any questions or even checking me, or offering any type of suggestion. It was pay 250 dollars wait 2 hours and good bye. A colossal waste of time, and a lazy lazy doctor!!!!

Dr. Reddy is one of the most professional, thorough and empathetic physicians Ive encountered in my 80 years on the planet. She may well have saved my life while pursuing the cause of an illness that turned out to be colon cancer.

Dr. Reddy is the first doctor I’ve had in a long time he’s actually taking the time to listen to my concerns, and share the same concerns as me, as well as make sure that we do the proper process to illuminate everything. She is extremely comforting to be around, and I trust that she can and will do everything in her power to take care of me!

The doctor is fine! But wait time was an hour and a half. I have still not received my medication authorization and it’s been almost a whole month since my visit. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting the run around. It been very frustrating calling back and forth to my pharmacy and the doctor just to get one medication. I hope they work on this!

Good care and follow up advice.

I dont like writing these but unfortunately I have to here. Dr. Reddys bedside manner was great and she seemed very knowledgeable, but I had to wait an hour in the exam room to see her when I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and there was only one other person in the waiting room when I arrived. I even came out of the room after waiting 45 minutes to tell them I had to get back to work and I couldnt wait much longer - their reason was we have a new patient the doctor is with.... doesnt really constitute an hour wait as I was a new patient as well and definitely didnt have an hour long visit. The receptionist seemed miserable and another employee there made sure to demean her a few times before coming to get me (and then proceeding to call me the wrong name throughout my visit). Additionally, the walls were paper thin so I could hear practically everything that was said in the room next door to mine which is a huge issue of patient privacy/confidentially.

Horrible customer service. Our appointment is. 10:30 am. We came like 10 am. Right now it is 11:30 am and there is some one ahead of us. Nothing seems moving around here. Front desk is rude and dont have a idea of customer service is all about. If I could give them negative 5 star I would .I dont know if the doctor ever read this but she needs to fire all of them because they are so lazy and slow. They are in the wrong work environment. They should be in the unemployment line so they can realize how stressful people feel waiting for their slow work

Incorrect diagnosis and faulty treatment !!! Too expensive. There is a strong nexus between pharmaceutical companies, health insurance providers diagnostic laboratories and these doctors where they just operate on a symbiotic relationship and end up exploiting and plundering innocent patients of all the money.Dr. Reddy charges charges exorbitant amount per visit, recommends unnecessary tests, calls in for multiple visits only to provide a FAULTY diagnosis and treatment. 5 months into her treatment, my acid reflux problem still persists and I have paid more than $6K for futile tests and scans and also for costly medicines which she recommended; all this leading to nowhere !!!!!!Too bad of an experience. Stay away at any cost !!!

Dr. Reddy is very thorough, pays attention to details and asks specific questions to understand where to go and how to proceed. She is patient and does not rush through her dedicated time with her patients. Do not be turned off to the office room appearance; it is a very sterile environment but Dr. Reddy and her nurse are very warm.

Manjrekar and I had very similar experience!Dr. Reddy has ordered bunch of tests and my insurance has denied coverage for some of them stating those were medically unnecessary. Reps from my insurance called this office several times and asked for more information that can backup her decision on those orders. But guess what, this doctor couldnt prove that those were medically necessary.Stay way at any cost!!!

Very slow customer service at the front, I don’t understand why you would have such slow people working in a busy place like this. I filled up everything online and they asked me to fill everything out again, terrible customer service didn’t even said hi when i approach just asked me to fill out the form. I wanted to see doctor Reddy, i was referred to her but it was impossible to het to her from her slow customer service staff.

I went last year and it was my first and last. Manager was screaming at one of the new employees there right in front of me. How rude, unprofessional and disgusting a person can be. I never went back. Unprofessional and toxic environment is not my place to go to. Will not waste my money here.

Just had a colonoscopy today. Put it off for 10 yrs because the last gastro doctor couldnt get around to the right side of my colon (due to an ERCP error made by another doctor in 2007 that resulted in a punctured duodenum and scar tissue), but Dr. Reddy managed to do it today! YAY! Thank you!

Professional, timely and efficient

Very disappointed. My husband went to visit Dr. Reddy today. He was weak and could barely stand up. After the consult she recommended a colonoscopy. We are self pay and I let her know I could do it next Thursday. We got the paper work paid her $175 consult and asked for a work excuse and extend a day so that he could get some rest and they refused to extend a day. He was weak and had constant bloody diarrhea. They said the only way they would extend his excuse was if he scheduled his colonoscopy for day after tomorrow. While she had a great bedside manner (aside from taking a quick phone call during the consult) I am disappointed in the condition he has to go into work and the lack of compassion for his situation. We went to another doctor and will not be using Dr. Reddy. Looking at my husband and how weak he was today I am so disappointed in the service we received.

I was referred to this provider by a family member so I decided to go see the doctor. I live out of town and so on the relative word, my husband and I made the ride. Dr was nice, has good bedside manner as well. I went ahead and decided to have my procedcure done, fine. Now that I have paid my money, had procedure for the life of me cant figure out why the office staff is giving me the run around when all I am asking for is a return to work note. I asked on day of procedure, my husband went over to office and asked after procedure, I called the day after and still getting the run around. Now Im on the 8hr trip back home and still never got a return to work note. From all those request nothing has yet to be done. I was a medical assistant for 8 years and never just left the patient hanging for something so simple as a RTW note. SMH.

I found Dr Reddy by researching gastroenterologist in my area. I was a little nervous as I had not been referred by my general doctor and didn’t know what to expect. Dr Reddy was very informative and took the time to explain different things that could be going on with my stomach. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. After prescribing meds and ordering tests, I can truly say that my 2 year stomach and digestive problems have improved to the point where I am at about 90% back to normal and things just keep getting better every day.
