I am very surprised at the low ratings described. My wife and I both have been with him since 2017 and both have had procedures done by Dr. Bravo without any unpleasant issues at all. Nor have we had problems with his staff.. He diagnosed and successfully treated an issue she had problems with for several years previously when all others had missed it. We have complete faith in Dr. Bravo and I dont understand the negative responses.

I had an appointment with this office early August. When I walk in no one greet me - there was three ladies at the desk but all was to busy, so I sat down. Then someone else walk in & one of ladies know & she greet. Then I was check in , then took to the back ofc to the right of the door & answer a few questions, then sat on a cold brown sofa. For 5 minutes I watch ofc personnel pass me up(no one greeted including Dr Bravo. Next I was sat in the ofc & was giving more paperwork then I was done (wait I havent seen or spoken to the Dr., But you billed my insurance for an office visit) they told me I had to pay an extra $35 to talk to him(so I did) he was unconcern about me. I call the hospital to find out I have another co-pay. Cancel it all & I found another Dr. No extra fees an procedure is now complete. CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I’ve seen Dr.Bravo for a few months now and I don’t know how much positive there is to say about both him and his clinical staff. They are apathetic, non responsive, and at times, rude. I’ve gotten no help, but just costly test after costly test with no answers. Anytime I call and ask a question or for guidance, I am told to go to the ER. When I express my frustration, retaliation is present. Wait times are over an hour even when you’re the first or last patient. In addition, at one visit, I was waiting in the exam room for nearly an hour after they closed and had to come out to ask if I was going to be seen. Some office staff had already left and it was obvious I was forgotten.

I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. The TV Monitor with the DVD playing with informative scenes was the best I have ever seen. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Bravo was very patient with me and spend a lot of time trying to calm me down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Bravo is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. as well as the front desk staff were incredible on all my visits specially Letty very professional, dedicated and friendly. I recommend Dr. Bravo anytime. Thank you!!

Dr. Bravo was very nice and seemed to really care about my gastrointestinal issues. He prescribed me a basic antacid aftery diagnosis. However every month I would have to call the office and ask them to give me another 30 day prescription. Every. Month. This is within a year of seeing him. I do need this antacid to calm my stomach everyday or I get sick. This last prescription the office never approved and my prescription was removed. Not too happy with having to call all the time just for an antacid.

I have been seeing Dr. Bravo for about a year. Dr. Bravo seems good - I appreciate his straight forward manner and he has explained details to my satisfaction. His office staff is not good. Theyre colder than your typical medical staff - showing no sign of care for patients. Short and snippy attitudes. No apologies when they make mistakes - and as yet no resolution for those same mistakes. Expect very long call hold times and very long wait times for appointments. I would not recommend this office.

The following opinion is based on my actual experience as a patient.I wish I’d seen these reviews before I scheduled anything with Dr Bravo. Seriously. Add my one star to the heaping pile. This Dr doesn’t listen to nor do I believe he cares about his patients. I explained to Dr Bravo that as a pilot I couldn’t take certain medications without losing my FAA medical, which he ignored and prescribed anyway. He scheduled me for a procedure for which I paid in advance, but then was told at check in it was going to be an additional $1,300. Why do these slime balls operate this way? They know what the costs are going to be, why do they work so hard to keep people from being able to make informed decisions about their own health care? Dr Bravo is a perfect example of why people think of medical “professionals” today as being worse than used car salesmen. Find a different Dr.

I only went to this doctor Bravo bc my Family Practice advised him and he was close to home. After 4 GIs, he is by far the worse!!! His staff is disconnected and cold. And after meeting his personality and bedside manner twice now, I can see why. Follow ups are just to add in to his pockets and not for your concerns. He won’t take your pain serious after he sees a test is negative. Take these reviews seriously. DO NOT GO HERE!!! 😡

Whereas Dr. Bravo is a good doctor please beware of his office staff. They did not follow through with the pre-approvals for my procedure and they used an out of network pathology lab without informing me ahead of time. Both of these issues caused me additional expenses. The office manager told me to contact her if I was billed for the lab. Contacting her was a waste of my time. Very unhappy and will choose another doctor the next time.

I would give Dr. Bravo and his staff zero stars for their poor customer service and communication (or lack thereof). It shouldnt be the patients responsibility to call and get test results. I had blood work done twice while under the care of Dr. Bravo and each time, I had to badger the office to get test results. I am currently waiting for test results that were taken 2 weeks ago. Heres the kicker: The office has already received my test results back, but have not informed me of the results. Per his office staff, they have sent him messages and are waiting on him to respond. I would not recommend this office, search elsewhere. While he is pleasant, his staff is rude and unpleasant. FIND ANOTHER SPECIALIST! Listen to these reviews, everyone isnt recounting the same events for no reason. His office staff also sent me a message on the patient portal telling me that I needed to schedule a colonoscopy. I called to ask why I needed a colonoscopy and come to find out it was an error made by the system. Had I not questioned it, I would have gone in there and paid $75 for an office visit for them to tell me it was an error? Ridiculous! Do not waste your time and money because it honestly seems like thats what theyre in the business for.. taking your money and not getting back to you in a timely manner when it involves your health.

Unethical Practices and a non caring attitude about mistakes made. The office overcharged me and I only found out due to me questioning my insurance. In addition, several tests were sent out to different lab providers resulting in higher costs for me. In the end, there were no real answers to my pain or next steps.

Dr. Arturo and his staff are not professionals. It started by misspelling my name and I called them several times to correct it, and they promise they will , but they never did.His staff is so unfriendly, most of them young girls, very conceded, have no respect for patientsHe had performed a colonoscopy for me, without verifying that the antithesis Dr, accepts my insurance and the lab they deal with accepts my insurance, which put in big problems with them, as they are asking me to pay their bills. It is a very poor service in all aspects. I dont recommend using this practice.

I guess I was stupid for having high hopes for this doctor. He is no different than any other doctor, he didnt care about my husband at all. He CLEARLY didnt read my husbands medical history, because if he did he would have known that my husband has been dealing with his condition for 2 years and no doctor has been able to find what is wrong with him. That is why we came to a specialist, thinking they would know better. After performing a colonoscopy on my husband and finding nothing, he told me that on the follow up appointment he would discuss what the next step would be in finding what is wrong with him. The only thing he CARELESSLY told him was to eat fiber rich foods, take Imodium (as if my husband hadnt tried that) & to come back in 6 months. After that he just left.

I had one visit with Dr. Bravo and he left a great impression. Sadly, his staff is horrible.I was referred to Dr. Bravo by my primary physician. Even though his office is far from me, I decided to make the effort and go.After seeing Dr. Bravo, I was referred to get a Prometheus exam at the hospital. The girls at his office told me that if the hospital did not contact me in 2-3 days, to call them. The hospital did not contact me so I called the office and was given the hospitals number. The hospital told me I did not need an appointment and could just show up.I ended up calling the hospital again and spoke to another representative and she told me the same thing: No need to schedule an appointment, just show up, they open the lab at 7 a.m., come fasting.I was hesitant to make the drive so I called Dr. Bravos office to verify what I was told. I wanted to verify that the hospital had the order and I could just show up without an appointment. The girl was annoyed by my questions and ended it with, they should have everything. When I said ok thank you I just want to be sure, she hung up the phone without saying anything. The next day I get to the hospital at 7 a.m. and the dumb hospital says I need an appointment for the Prometheus. I had my own argument with those women at front and left fuming. When Dr. Bravos office opened, I asked to speak with the Dr. and after some push-back was told Id get a call back. The office manager called me back and I spoke to her. Her defense was that her office did everything on our part which was wrong. Her office could have called the hospital or could have explained to me the process if there was something I was missing. She also defended the girl who took my call by saying she was new. I responded that I have been new at a job too, there is nothing wrong with not knowing the answer but that is not an excuse to say yes or no without verifying information. She reluctantly agreed to that. What is upsetting is that the girls in the office did not take the time to verify information to make sure that this would go smooth, they are impatient if you have questions, insensitive to your time (1 and 30 minutes driving from home-to hospital-to work, and was late to work for nothing), and more importantly unprofessional by making excuses. How hard would it have been to make a call to the hospital? They are the medical professionals, we are just the patients trying to maneuver our way through the system.Dr. Bravo could have been a great doctor for me, however, I will not know since his incompetent staff has stopped me from going back.If you are struggling to find a good doctor, do not give up hope. Keep looking for one and know what your insurance does and does not cover (they will use that as an argument to get you to stay). I have found a new GI whom I am happy with and everything has been covered by my insurance. I may not know about the medical system, but I know enough to inform myself of what my insurance covers and who is in-network.

I called this office to schedule a routine colonoscopy. That afternoon after my appointment I started thinking about ALL the questions I was asked. I had a feeling this was turing into a diagnostic procedure! Which, I knew my insurance would not cover.I called with my concerns on that very day of my appointment. Well, the office manager finally called me back a week later. As suspected my procedure was filed as diagnostic. I was told Dr. Bravo can not lie about my visit? I never asked him to lie! I am the one who called for this stupid colonoscopy because of my age. My insurance pays 100% for a routine colonoscopy.Anyway, my advice to anyone else who is in need of a routine colonoscopy. Make sure you tell Dr. Bravo you are there for a ROUTINE colonoscopy or he will twist your words making the visit look as if it is diagnostic.Which, pays himself more by your insurance carrier than a 100% paid routine colonoscopy!
