I have highest praise for Dr. Sheikh he is amazing gastricolist and help me so much and his staff is amazing 👏. If I could give him more stars I would....... he goes up and beyond the call of duty.. i was truly blessed to cross his path to finding my issue.... ♾......

I have had the best experience ever with this office. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Staff communicates really well and I always hear back from them. Dr. Sheikh is amazing and so was his scheduler. I’ve had trouble for many many years with constant vomiting and I’d never had a doctor really take me seriously before. Dr. Sheikh was so friendly and attentive and he and his staff did everything they could to get me the tests I needed asap. They treated me like a real person instead of just another case number and I’m so grateful for all of their help.

Absolute worst medical staff I have ever experienced. When you call you get appointment setters that absolutely know nothing about the situation, and all they can do is relay a message that never gets answered. If you ask them to connect you to the doctors staff, they will tell tell you they cant. The actual doctors staff is even worse. They cant even fax a lab order or CT scan order correctly, and they absolutely do not care nor will they ever follow up. The most pathetic and apathetic medical personnel I ever had to deal with in all of my lifetime. I can guarantee that if choose this this department, all you will receive is stress, frustration , and anger!!!!!

I’ve never had an issue with communication from this office. They always call me back same day, and using mychart works great as well.Dr. Chan spends a lot of time with me in the office and has helped me find some answers to problems that have been around for a few years. She listens and takes an active role in making sure to find a solution. I’m so glad I changed from another office to this one.

It is extremely difficult to get a return call. The use of My Chart for communication is ok if the response came back within 24 hours or less. I think they are too busy.

NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Its been a month and I keep calling to get on the schedule and they give me the run around. Look else where!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
