First time at Diagnostic Foot Specialist was very satisfied. The Dr and staff were very professional and willing to help. So excited that I don’t have to run all around Houston to get my diabetic shoes everything done in one office!! What more could I ask for: Convinience, Satisfaction, Professionalism and Cleanliness!!! Recommend with 5 Stars

My first appointment was excellent! The staff were very kind. The Doctor was pleasant, with great bed side manner, caring and concern, as he listened to my medical history while trying to make sense of my complex ordeal.He is presently working to help rectify and find a workable solution related to my personal situation. Thank you ALL for treating me with dignity, respect, compassion and concern! I am so glad I took the risk and visited this particular facility, after visiting multiple others.So grateful to a really good friend who referred me to Dr. Leisten. Kudos!You guys are awesome!

This is a bad place on a regular day. It makes me wait 45 minutes longer than my appointment time, and I get paid first before seeing the doctor. The nurses are too unkind and the doctors arent very friendly. The dr office is too small and messy. Dont really ignore my advice, youll regret it if you ignore my advice.!!!

Horrible place. Hospital and rooms are very dirty. I never saw them clean the rooms, X-rays, chairs once. Even during COVID where cleanliness is key. Office staff is hard to work with. After requesting documents for many months, they are unable to provide documents for reimbursement. Doctor wants you to come back every week to charge more deductibles. Doctor also ensured me that my insurance would cover expensive orthotics. They were not covered. Foot still hurts and overall the experience was bad. I do not recommend them. Overall, staff is misleading and provides empty promises. If I could turn back time and go somewhere else, I absolutely would.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get in to see their doctors due to being laid off and losing insurance, darn COVID-19. Prices are pretty steep for uninsured! Which is understandable and commendable. I have heard great things about this group and currently have an infected in grown toe nail, which to my understanding they have a great track record of fixing. When I am able to I will definitely be back to see them, their office staff was very friendly and even answered some questions for me! I really appreciate their customer service and will get in their as soon as I can to get it looked at! In grown toenails are quite a nuisance and I can’t wait to get back to normal and start wearing tennis shoes again!

Dr. Haase is awesome! Very knowledgeable about my issues and she has a wonderful bedside manner. Glad I found her as she is exactly what I look for when choosing a doctor.

I was greeted when I arrived into the busy wait room. The pleasant music in the background kept my mind off from my anxiousness in seeing Dr Farbstein. A busy wait room and a long wait are signs of a good doctor in my eyes.Dr Farbstein was thorough yet professional and kept talking to me during the treatment. No pain, no gain.

Dr. Farbstein is a miracle worker. After all these months of pain he made it go away in a matter of minutes. I think I now have a man crush.

Dr.leisten is one of the best doctors ! My appointment with him went very smoothly and he made me feel comfortable as possible ! I came in with bad shin splints and he had insoles made for me that accommodated my needs , which I received in a timely manner ! Overall my progress with the insoles have been nothing but great. He’s the best of the best .

The customer service that these doctors and nurses provided was great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Haase. She solved the issues with my feet and I feel like a new person.

Although I always have to wait, I dont mind. Dr. Leisten has fixed my toe broken at a right angle and cured my plantar fasciitis with taping, steroid injections, and well made orthotics. His staff is pleasant and kind.

Dr. Farbstein was great at our initial meeting. He listened to my concerns and went over each option to meet my needs. Very nice and welcoming person.

Dr. Leisten is very professional and efficient. it was a quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Nothing is more valuable than time, and it is clear that they value their patients.Dr. Leisten is very kind, so even though it is a little scary to have a procedure I was at ease. I would recommend the practice, the office on W 27th is also easy to get in and out off. Ive also seen Dr. Haase, she is wonderful and has a great bedside manor.

Bit of a wait time due to a small team assisting many people that were waiting, but it was worth the wait. Dr. Hasse was wonderful!

Dr. Leisten is a pro. Easy to talk to. He offered an easy to understand and execute solution for my foot problem. Im feeling better already.

The office staff is very unfriendly. They dont want to help at all. Wouldnt answer any questions and repeatedly put you on long holds without asking. Its a shame because the doctor is great.

The vibe when you walk in is not very nice. They dont really say anything to you except to sign in. I was scheduled to have an MRI for my ankle and they couldnt find a place that my insurance took. After some calling they finally did. I then receive a call from the place the next day that they dont actually take my insurance. I tried calling the office multiple times to get other places to do it and they just took down my name and number. They NEVER called me back. Do NOT go to this place. They do not seem to know how to run a reputable business.

Dr Farbstein amputated my right great toe on April 21,2015. His care and treatment both pre and post surgery was amazing. I had never had any kind of surgery before in my life and he was very sensitive to this and made sure all my questions were answered so fear was minimized. I would recommend him to anyone seeking the best in the business!

This place is terrible. From check-in to waiting for hours to see the doctor, I had a really bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and wish I checked the reviews before coming.

Tried to make a first time appointment. Was put on hold by the receptionist for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. This happened 3 times in a row before I decided to look for a different doctor.

Dr. Haasse was great. She took the time to thoughtfully listen to my concerns and I did not feel like just another patient to deal with.

No nonsense, personal and professional care.

Dr. Farbstein was excellent. Second appt we made we were told to go to Galleria office and given their address. We had never been there before---only went to the Heights office. So we go to the Galleria office and were told our appointment was at the Heights. Obviously the receptionist/scheduling person made a mistake but no one even attempted to apologize for the mix-up. This is a big negative in my book since we would never go to a new office unless we were told to go there (which we were). Receptionist at Heights was cold and rude, despite the fact that I just said sorry were late (by 15 minutes) and nothing else. Whole office except for Dr. looked like theyd eaten a bad apple and were slow with paperwork and didnt communicate clearly. Dr. Farbstein was great---very kind, professional and quick.

Waiting room was crowed and very loud.

They fall behind on their appointment times all the time.
