You HAVE TO wait at least 1 hour!!!! I had an appointment for annual exam at 9am but they call my name 10:03am. WORST EVER!!!

Waiting for more than 1 hour. she walked in less than 5 minutes. She was too busy even not to sit down. Very disappointed.

If you are a healthy individual that just needs to get your physical and what not for work or immigration purposes, this place is great. They will get you in and out.If you are someone that actually wants not outdated care, a clinic to milk your insurance, not ordering things they said they were I suggest you go elsewhere. First of all, they scheduled me on a day that my insurance did not approve because it wasnt a full year. So I made the 45min trek there, and then back. This could have been a easy phone call. And then when I went in again for my appointment a week later, they forgot to order 2 tests for me and prescribe me the ointment they said they were. Also scheduled me with someone I never seen before when I only see Dr. Jiang. They called me twice to inform me the same thing, and then actually had another doctor talk to me at the appointment about it again. This caused me to do some digging on my medical records because I wonder what else they have forgotten or mixed up about. This showed that they completely did not inform on things the year prior. When I requested my medical records as suggested by my lawyer, there were things in my medical notes that have never been addressed to me in person. But they will however make sure to test you on everything your insurance is covering you on like a random EKG. After going to two other doctors and getting second opinions. Im glad I left because the two other doctors suggestions matched and I am not getting a repeated test which was this clinics suggestions. The other doctors I went to had no idea why they are scheduling a repeat test over something that hasnt been normal for over a year. My new doctors pulled out recent research and chart to educate and show me something that every doctor should know at this point.Also, if you go in the morning, there is no social distancing for COVID 19. You are pretty much in a hot box with the door open with like 10 or more other people waiting. This is so different from all my other healthcare visit where they are super careful about it. You can also hear everything the nurses and doctors do in the waiting room. You can hear what is going on with a patient, what they are ordering, its awkward. Dont know how they can get with HIPPA.

I love Dr. Jiang. She is VERY VERY smart and knowledgeable. Always right on top with diagnosis and treatment. I have seen her for over 10 years and I only trust her to take care of me and my family. She is caring and honest with a warm heart. I will always follow her wherever she goes. Thank you Dr. Jiang for taking good care of me and my family! Thank you for always being there for us during this pandemic stressful time!

I love Dr. Nguyen! I saw her at another practice and searched until I found where she went. She has a lovely bedside manner and is very patient and calm, which is perfect for someone like me with a phobia of doctors and needles. Her new practice is beautiful. Very clean and organized. All the staff have been very friendly. The Quest person who did the labs did a great job drawing blood which is so rare. I am definitely very happy I found this place.

I am a new patient and I was worried my family and I would have to start all over again gaining relationships with physicians . Jiang and Wang Family Practice is amazing. Dr. Vi Nguyen is my PCP. She is kind, compassionate, no none sense, with a great demeanor. Even when I can’t see her, Dr. Pham is her equal. They are open Monday thru Saturday which is a huge plus for our busy schedules!

Dr Vi Is very nice and the service is very good and fast. I don’t have to wait long to see the doctor. Usually at other places even though you have an appointment you still have to wait for long time. I really like coming here for my medical needs.

I absolutely loved my visit. The doctor was so very friendly. My boyfriend sat in on my visit and shared with me later that night that once his insurance kicks in that he would like to come to start coming here!! he too was impressed on the quality service I received. The receptionist were so kind and welcoming. This is a quality place that offers great service. You feel like a person and not just a number.

Joel is amazing. I travel all the way from Missouri city just to keep coming to get my physical therapy from him. Hes friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable. You wont be disappointed with your service with the staff either. Im glad I was referred here!

Yesterday I went to the clinic to do my regular check up and the blood tests. Filling out all the papers was very easy, it took me at least 5 minutes. The waiting time to see the doctor was too short; it was a surprise!!! I was calling 2 minutes after I finished with the paper work. I was seen by doctor Vi Minh Nguyen. She was so kind and friendly. She took time listening to me. After we finished, someone else took my blood test.This morning I received a call from the clinic for letting me know about the lab test results. Again I was surprised because it is only one day after my appointment was.Congratulations to the team. Thanks for your great service.

Decided to give this place a try since I was tired of the ridiculous wait times at my previous doctor. Came in a little early to do paperwork and was out in less than 30 minutes. I had an awesoMe visit, Dr. Pham was very professional and made me feel real comfortable.

I waited for more than 30 min in the exam room. She stayed with me like 5 min max. She was in a rush, I tried to explain to her everything and she seemed like she didnt care, but I guess thats normal now days as they run it as a business not a caregiver. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Not actual explanation to what might have caused, because it was in a rush.

Dr. Jiang has been my doctor for many years. She is very knowledgeble and caring. I love her and trust her with all my heart. I recommended my family and friends to her.

I’ve came in to see this doctor on three separate times. I only saw her once. The other two times were from a doctor who I wasn’t familiar with or comfortable sharing any information.

I saw Dr. Nan Jiang yesterday at the clinic on Dairy Ashford, with symptoms that were more severe than that of the common cold. She was very prompt in her exam, however no diagnostic tests were ordered ( such as flu or strep swab). She listened my lungs and Immediately told me i had Bronchitis. The next morning i woke up with even worse symptoms. I went to another doctor who tested me for the flu, and I received a positive diagnosis. As a healthcare professional myself, i expected to have all the routine tests performed to ensure quality of care. No flu swab was performed, and when i called back I was told they are not equipped to do so at that clinic. Although the doctor/staff were professional and i am pleased about that, I’m disappointed that i paid $200 for a service that was below standard of care. I hope the office reaches out to me to address my concerns. I do not want other patients to receive the same experience as myself.

I will not visit this Drs office and Doctor Jang anymore, I also would never recommend it. I wish that my bad experience could help all of you to pay attention to the others bad reviews. Doctor was my first time meet and She was very cold ask few question make notes and say you are okay and going to do blood test. after that I never received any blood test report and doctors suggestion about my report as well. When I call Jiang she said go online to see your result. She treat patient like ... terrible service. Strong recommend not visit them.

The worst visit,no resignation to patients,as if they were animals,and not humans,because of the incorrect attitude of the staff towards the patient and the work they do.The patient entered the normal,and came out of the nervous and sick.The most important medical instition is watching only money and to help tthis is their least concern.You are waiting in the room for an hour ,and more,the speaker carriers on a conversation and review with you for five minutes with cautious and rude conversation.ln labaratories for taking blood samples and urinals for analysis,workers are unkind.Today my blood and urine samples were put on behalf of my wife.They do not know what they are doing.When I saw their mistake and warned them to do wrong,The worker who worked there waited for me to stop working with me.I contakted the doctor Nan ,bat the told me to be quiet,as if nothing had happened.l got out of the clinic as a squalid fool.

THE DOCTOR WAS VERY COLD AND DID NOT SAY MUCH AND WAS NOT HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS YET THEY CHARGED A HIGH CONSULTATION FEE. DO NOT!!!!! VISIT THIS OFFICE.

I called two days earlier this clinic to schedule the appointment and verify that they accept my insurance. They said everything is okay. When I arrived on the appointment day, after making the payment and filled the forms,, the front desk associate called me and said they do not accept my insurance and denied me service. Actually, after I left the office, I called my insurance and found that there is no problem with my insurance and it is the front desk associate error. Totally unacceptable and incompetent customer service.
