I love Dr Dholakia. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and have recommended her to my friends and family, and they love her too. For me, in the past, it was really difficult to find a good GP in Houston who would listen to me and show they cared and were compassionate. Dr Dholakia and her staff are all those things. Plus the receptionists are great too, prompt, and courteous.

The staff and facilities were GREAT! The doctor was NOT. She made me feel incompetent, lacking, and generally a failure as a human. I’ve been so lucky to not have to go to the doctor for a long while but she made me feel like I was doing some sort of disservice to myself and was quite bothered by my infrequent doctor visits. I kept thinking during the visit that the fact that I was there was a good start. No need to belittle me about it! I’ll not be going back to her. The entire process, from making the appointment to the check out, was so easy and user friendly - minus the time spent with the doctor.

The nurses here are always very kind and personable as well as the front desk. However, my second visit with the doctor was very unpleasant. She walked in with a bad attitude and constantly tried to argue me on every question she asked. It’s as if she thought I was lying about my symptoms. She continuously made inappropriate little side comments to all of my responses. Possibly she was having a bad day or just didn’t want to assist me.She did prescribe a medication that didn’t work, and then referred me to a specialist. I ended up finding another specialist on my own that was able to assist. Probably one of the most awkward doctor visits I’ve ever experienced. The saddest part about it is that typically WOC are ignored in the medical field and she made it a point to confirm that point.

Dr. Dholakia is an amazing physician. She takes time to get to know you and learn about any concerns you have about your health. She’s caring and does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. I couldn’t recommend her more and happy I found a physician that cares about me and my health.

I recently started seeing Dr. Dholakia. She is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. This particular Houston Methodist center office is brand new. Very nice, state-of-the-art and very clean. Overall, my experience was great! Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in no time.

She is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner and attention to detail. She paid attention to a condition that other doctors had dismissed and got me the follow-up treatment I needed. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Dholakia is a consummate professional and she CARES. We needed someone quickly to diagnose my husbands severe head pain. She sent us to get a CAT scan, then an ENT referral quickly, where she had an established relationship and rapport. They fit us in to their schedule the next day. The doctors communicated the urgency and we felt very taken care of. She then called us AFTER hours to follow up. WOW! Go see Doctor Dholaki today. Well be back, hopefully not too soon though :)

Horrible experience. Always tried to rush out of the room. Felt disrespected. She didn’t take the time to sit and have a discussion about symptoms and possibilities. She was rude...never going back.
