Ive experienced the best health care since Ive been coming here, I thank God in Jesus name for a reasonable portion of my health and strength, thanks staff.!

Used to be very good until they moved. Unfriendly, uncaring, move you thru like cattle . Has too many patients to care about you personally. Makes me come in every 3 months to renew prescriptions. Was a patient for over 20 years but recently moved to another pcp. Has to many Nurse Practioners never see the DR.

The waiting room has 2x4s it seems for chairs. Once in the waiting room I did just that. For 45 minutes I waited with no one pop in and say dr. will be with you shortly. Nothing. After 45 minutes I left. Poor service. Will never go back and will definitely tell friends not to go there.

The scheduling is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ive been a patient here for over 14 years. I will continue to use their services. Thank you

2 days later still dont have the prescription. Was in the office 2.5 hours, spent 45 min on the phone with them while at pharmacy but had to go back to work. They called while in vehicle and said we will send it to another pharmacy I told them about near home. Went there 4 hours later, no prescription. Tried calling them again while at 2nd pharmacy, hold once again for 7 min. I have filed a complaint with their parent company, my insurance, and pondering the state of Texas. I am out 35 dollars cash plus what my insurance may be out for out right fraud. Thank goodness it wasnt insulin. NEVER AGAIN!

It is a very professional clinic, Dr. Hugo Gonzales and his assistants make you feel confident and are waiting for you, personally I am very grateful to the Dr. and all his very professional staff.

They did not want to attend to my father because it was not a company accident, I do not recommend them, the people in front have bad humor.
