I didn’t feel welcome, questions I asked they made me feel like I was dumb for asking….. charged me to just ask questions. I like Dr. Muhammed because he knocks and enters the room, like a ray of sunshine. He greets you and gets straight to work, asking and answering your questions if any. He explains lets me know that he reviews my test results as he gets them. His bedside manner is also great. He is nice and very pleasant. Kelseycare and Kelsey Seybold provide a good patient experience for my visit. My Doctor, Dr.Cynthia Basuldua, is an example of the quality of the experience.She is very thorough asking questions along the way. Her medical knowledge and patience shines out. I love Kelsey Seybold Clinic. And I absolutely like to be a patient of Dr. Marrufo. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. The clinics staff is always willing to help and I have had never had a bad experience, a lack of consideration or felt like one number. They really seem to care for me as a person and the environment is great.

I trust her experience and her achievements in medical field. I found she is friendly, polite and treats patient with respect. Dr Zhang was so nice, attentive, and took the time to listen to me, and explain all of my options. Dr. Zhang has great bedside manner, isnt overly consumed with small talk (some people like that, I dont) but, with that being said, he did not come off cold or sterile like some doctors, he is very engaging. I will definitely recommend.

I made a first time appointment which was supposed to be a phone visit today at 3pm. This morning about 5 hours before my appointment, I received a call saying my total estimated charges over the next 6 months would be $3,700 and I would need to pay $740 upfront today before my phone appointment. As a healthcare professional I was shocked. I asked if I could pay once the services were rendered and billed through my insurance. They said that was against Kelsey-Seybold’s policy. I can’t believe patients accept this and agree to these forced prepayments. Forcing patients to pay ahead of time for services not even rendered yet is very unethical. I will never use Kelsey-Seybold and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Brenna Muniz was the best! She was so patient with me and listened and was so interested in all I had to say. My appointment was at 2:15 so I thought they would probably rush me through and I would only have 15 minutes. No! I felt like the most important person in the world with the doctor and my nurse and the whole staff. Beautiful facility.

Kelsey-Seybold is the best. I have been seen more than 10 of their doctors. Every one of them is wonderful. My two regulars for over 15 years are Dr. Yakoob and Dr. Montalvo.

Dr. Benito Marrufo is Very knowledgeable and he is very engaging, as well shows concern about the health of my well being.

Dr. Davidsohn is a very competent as well as welcoming and friendly PCP. She has been my PCP for over 25 years and one reason why I stay with KelseycareAdvantage for all my medical care. Kelsey-Seybold also has excellent specialists, especially my cardiologist. I have had knee replacement surgeries (very successful) as well as posterior tibial tendon repair (not quite as successful). I an 75 years old and plan to stay with Kelsey the rest of my life!

Dr. Tasneem Yakoob has been my primary care physician at Kelsey Seybold for over ten years and I absolutely love her. She truly cares about my health and never appears rushed when I see her. She definitely has the personality to be a physician. She is one of the reasons that I do not even consider another health care provider during open enrollment. Actually, I like all of my doctors at Kelsey Seybold but Dr. Yakoob is one of my favorites.

They dont do walk ins, so they recommend to do online visit. I got charged $400 dollars for 10 min to talk to the doctor.

Dr. Davidsohn is a very thorough internal medicine doctor. She’s great at asking the right questions to help you to get to the root of any health issues and treating them. She’s an absolute joy!

Went today to get some lab work done & the check in staff were very nice but my Lab Tech Aracely/Araceli was quite rude & made me not want to come back to this location. In the first few words of our conversation I felt rushed and didn’t feel like she wanted to actually take the time out to provide a great quality of service . I rushed out so fast I forgot my purse, that’s how bad I wanted to leave the place - one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever. On top of that she bruised my arm when drawing blood.

I have always felt uncomfortable at Dr. visits, so I do not go to the Dr. unless I REALLY have to. Dr. Irving makes me feel comfortable enough discuss my concerns. She is very caring and thorough!!! She takes time to explain things as well as gives encouragement.

Hardly ever have to wait long. Doctors, nurses and staff are all great. The new Cypress clinic is beautiful!Ive been seeing Dr. Halvorson for over 10 years. Hes very kind, caring and really takes his time with his patients and their concerns.Were sad to see him leaving. But wish him well in his retirement!

I was so nervous about my orthopedic appointment because I knew that I would need an injection into my knee.I googled Dr. Jorge Velez and saw that he received great reviews. As soon as he entered the room, he lit it up with his amiable demeanor. He reviewed the X-rays with me so I actually knew what was causing the excruciating pain. I told him how nervous I was to get the shot and he made me feel relaxed and it was over in a matter of 2-5 seconds! Keep up the great work Doc👍🏾👍🏾

Dr. Irving was knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. She spent plenty of time with me, answered all my questions and was overall just wonderful. It was my first time seeing her and I was dreading it because of past experiences with other physicians but I walked away pleasantly surprised. She is caring and thorough. Highly recommend!!

I am disgusted with the doctor at my Virtual Visit on 9-22. Like many Houstonians, Ive had bad spring and fall allergies for years. I explained my symptoms of a sinus infection to this Dr. Carpio Basaluda, and immediately she wanted me to take a Covid 19 test! I had an ear ache on ONLY the right side, sinus pressure on RIGHT side of face, itchy eyes, etc. These are CLASSIC allergy/sinus infection symptoms that I get w each fall and spring. This doctor asked me if I can quarantine for 10 days and told me I needed a Covid 19 test. Again, I told her I needed help with my bad sinus allergies. Now my allergy visit was categorized as a Covid 19 Request. Really? How much money do they get from testing?Shame on Kelsey Seybold for allowing doctors to ignore patients rights and push their own agenda.

Dr. Basaluda,Is a great listener. She is truly a healer. She is in the healing business and making sure you are provided with the best care available. She will address every concern I have. And it I forget, I can send a message and she responds with the answer.

She is thorough and caring. She takes her time with you and doesnt rush the visit. I always feel very comfortable with her and I am confident of her knowledge in medicine.

Why do I like Dr Halvorson? Only because he is outgoing, friendly, and caring. He is also very gentle when examining his patients (at least he is with me, and that makes me believe he is with all his patients). Finally, he is very knowledgeable and explains his reasons for his suggestions and prescriptions in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Yakoob is incredibly intelligent but also very intuitive...she knows what I’m trying to say before I say it. She also has fantastic bedside manner and a calm demeanor. In all honesty, I’ve never had a doctor with whom I felt so comfortable. She’s a gem.

Dr. Yakoob is a great physician and very thorough. She also listens and addresses your concerns and questions. It is SO refreshing after having been to several other doctors who barely acknowledged me. I drive an hour just to see her, if that tells you anything!

Been going to Kelsey Seybold Clinic for over six years. Dr. Halvorson is easy to talk too and helped me a lot managing my Diabetes among other issues. His staff is also pleasant and efficient. The new Cypress Facility on Wortham Center Drive is wonderful.

I would not recommend going to this clinic they’re horrible they’re nurses are all rude they hang a fun you during called a laugh at your inconvenience I was not able to get the care that I needed seems like everyone there is so unprofessional due to me not being able to get the care that I needed I ended up in the hospital very sick so when it comes to Kelsey Seybold I do not recommend them as a clinic they used to be good but now their service is bad because of who they hire
