I used to come here when I was younger, then forgot about it. I recently started coming again and I’m glad I did. The same doctor, who doesn’t age, and the girls/staff at the front are knowledgeable and smart. They are bilingual too. I always find some cute designer glasses at good price. If you live around the area, definitely give it a try. They try to book you as soon as possible and it took less than an hour for eye exam.

The place is good, qiuet nice and clean but the employes are careless.They don’t come at 9:30 but they come when they feel like it especialy this pandemic time they should come at 9:00 for cleaning and sanitizeing and making everything ready for 9:30 and be ready for customers.That’s how I work as a manager at the store that I’m employed.

I used to love this place. Ive been coming for years and I love the low prices until today. I looked up Google and it said they close at 6pm. Its 4:59 right now. I drove one hour all the way from Katy TX and when I got here they tell me that the doctor is getting ready to leave and he doesnt see patients after 4pm. I literally drove all the way here for nothing but the part that hurts me the most is that I cant see and Im gonna have to drive without my glasses or contacts. I dont know how Im gonna make it home tonight.

If there is a 0 star or rating in here then that is how I will rate this place. Poor customer service. They assigned an appointment time but you will wait for more than an hour. The reason you assigned a client for a schedule it is because that is the time you can service them. Clients go to you for certain times because of their availability by not honoring this time is a sign of disrespect of your clients time. Also, in this time there is a pandemic your clients are trying to go for a specific schedule to avoid exposure and getting sick. If you do not have a complete understanding of scheduling then you better check the definition of it and the reason why you are doing it.Also, the glasses that was given were already late and when it was supposed to be correct. But when a patient complains because it makes it unfortable for them to use then at least give a good service for a bad recommendation or prescribed glass and also ask for patients preference and what makes it comfortable for them. The doctor was so RUDE telling me to leave when I complained when you already made me wait and also the prescription glasses are not fitted for the patient. I have never seen any medical personnel that is unprofessional.

I come over to this place for a long time but it’s very disappointed lately,I being called many times and never let me on hold for more then 2 minutes when I call them they always are very helpful but now it’s terrible the first thing they do put you on hold for like 30 minutes,they don’t bother ask what u need..

I went about a month ago paid $475 for my son appointment and glasses. I received a call a week ago to come pick up sons glasses Saturday morning. Drove over there they are closed. I have called this people everyday since Saturday to pick my sons glasses that I already paid for. Left numerous voicemails and nobody answers or call back the unprofessionalism that is going on in this facility is insane. A friend referred them to me but I just can’t believe this. Can I report this to my insurance or is there anybody that can help me get my money back. Should I call my HSA ?

I specifically asked twice will I pay anything when Im out the door the gentleman said no Medicare covers everything once Im there they want $15 for eye dilation when I asked him about it he said did you tell me you were going to get your eyes dilated? Now I find out that 40% of their customers are unhappy

Came in for an eye exam I have been coming here for maybe 10 years. It was 2:50 they close at 4:30. Herma was very rude and frustrated. She didn’t want to take me from the get go. I asked if they could just do my sons exam even though they had already said they would see both of us.I didn’t understand my new insurance and instead of taking the time to explain it to me the lady in the front made me feel all her frustrations geared towards me and my 10 year old son. I kept asking questions in which Herma was now just talking to me as if I wasn’t a patient. I then said it doesn’t matter how much it is I’ll just go ahead and do the exam. She said, “oh the doctor is not taking anymore patients”. Even though she had not left her desk the whole time.I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I wanted to thank Andrea because despite this minor experience and I’m sure her being tired she gave us excellent treatment. She is the ONLY reason I’m even giving two stars.

Let me start off by saying that Ive been coming here for about 21 years. That is a very long time. I come here because I like Dr. Nguyen and the service he provides. With that being said they have about 4 new girls working there. I had an exam on 7/7 and have been back there about 4 times due to one of the girls being disorganized and inconsistent. On my first visit I received my exams, picked out my glasses, and received my contacts. The thick Hispanic girl with dk brown hair was supposed to call my insurance to see why my insurance wouldnt cover both items and call me, but I never got a call. The contacts did not work out for me so I came to return them. I asked the girl did she call my insurance and she said yes and then told me what she found out. She did not give me a reason to why she didnt notify me. She was supposed to order the Acuvue Vita contacts on that day. I came back on 9/1 to pick up my contacts and another girl was looking for them but could not find them. She looked in the computer as well, then asked the girl that was supposed to order them(which is the same Hispanic girl). The girl had not ordered them and acted dumbfounded. I reminded her that she said that she was ordering them when I came in to return the other contacts. I also reminded her that She also told me to remind her to give me the rebate for the contacts(remember this for later). I was upset at this point. She did not want to take responsibility for not doing her job. She said that she would order them and give me a call, like I could trust her word. I finally came to pick up the contacts on 9/20 and not only did she order me 6 months’ worth(REALLY) She also reneged on what she told me about the rebate. When I asked about the rebate she stated that the rebate is for 1 year not 6 months. Bro I didnt know that you was ordering 6 months’ worth. I always do a year and I will be speaking with Dr. Nguyen about this and I want an itemized statement of what I paid for.

Actually the price at this location is not to bad, BUT, if it comes out that contact lenses are not fitting right and the measurement is completely of, I had -4.0 before and after the measure my eyes it was -3.75, so how does that works ? vision on the left eye with the new lens form this business are totally bad, same to my right eye what is a toric lens, fitting is not right because of the diameter, and the correction was off again, so I switched back to my previous real eye doctor, and all is well. Wanted to exchange the lenses but it was over the time, so they dont want to do anything because of the policy, so the manager told me. Customers came in and yelling around at the time I been there.Never got my eye exam handed to me, but paid for.Better go to a place where the Doctor knows what he is doing.Cheap does not help.

I visited and ordered the glasses for my two sons on Aug. 18, and the glasses were ready on Sept. 8. I had to wait 3 weeks for the glasses. If you want to order glasses here, you have to expect 3 weeks of waiting time. Never seen any optical that you have to wait 3 weeks for the glasses.

DO NOTCOME TO THIS PLACE. I went in there to get my first contacts. i paid 75 for the exam and was waiting for my trials. after a month i called them and told me that they have been problems with my prescription and i had to wait for another month.Than i found out about RGP lenses and told them if they had dose lenses, they said yes but i had to pay again for the exam to be able to get them. Bad service also i had to wait 10 min every time i called.

I was charged $75 for an exam. Initially, I was told my co-pay was $20 (which it is)...after stating I did not want to purchase contact lenses from them...my charge jumped to $75! They refused to apply my insurance (covers $105 for contacts and exam) but they charged me a $20 co-pay PLUS $55 for the exam! DO NOT do business with these crooks! On a side note..a walk-in exam without insurance is $55! Basically, I was charged twice!

I had just visit this place and my experience was terrible. I brought my eye glasses for a new prescription and ending broking the frame. What they told me is the I have to buy a new frame because they are not going to be responsable for. I will never coming back to this place again.

You can schedule a consultation or they receive walk ins the price is affordable and the friendly and trilingual staff English Spanish and Oriental, the very professional specialist and with years of experience that support him, the schedules adapt to your needs unlike Wednesdays and Sundays that rest, you do not have to wait long to be served, the place is always clean and cozy, they have a wide variety of glasses for all budgets from the basic to exclusive designers, otherwise I recommend it very well as you can Pay your glasses in payments using the section system and when you finish they are delivered to you, they also accept most insurance.
