I have had the worst customer service experience with the Optician side of Bay Vision in Clear Lake. Claudia called to tell me my glasses were in and she would ship to me. Ten days later when I called to get tracking info, she told me the glasses had already shipped and she would contact me the next day with the tracking info. Of course she never contacted me so when I called again, she said she would email me the info. When I received the FedEx info, it showed they were sent out the day after I called (11 days after being told they were being sent. I will never use this facility again (Optician side) due to the blatant disregard to customer service.

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and they are the best. From the front desk to the assistant to the doctor. They’re all friendly, have great attitudes, and the doctors are very knowledgeable! You won’t regret coming here!

Dr. Brown was the most thorough and knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever been too. She took the time to explain things and what to watch for. Very helpful and professional. Excellent service. Highly recommend !!

I took my daughter here for a new patient appointment this afternoon. The whole staff was friendly and the equipment was definitely top notch. New technology at an affordable price is always a plus.We loved Dr. Cavallero! She was thorough and personable. Thanks so much for the 5 star service.

My family and I have been going here for years. Its wonderful. Im able to get an appointment when needed. My daughter is a college student and shes only home a few times during the year and they are always able to work her in. The staff is very professional and efficient. The doctors are very knowledgeable and always have the newest technology. They are very nice and straight forward. I couldnt ask for better vision care for me and my family.

My first time here, and the entire staff made me feel like I’ve been a long time patient! The front desk receptionists were incredibly welcoming. Lizzy made the eye tests a breeze! The overall environment t is just fantastic. A true gem! Will definitely make this our new eye health home!

I have been going here for years and have been satisfied with the service and care. I appreciate that the wait times are not long considering I often make appointments at the beginning or end of my work day. Its also nice that if I cant get away from work that I can go on Saturday. The environment is clean and organized which is also important to me when choosing a provider.

Arrived early, and they were able to see me immediately. The technician was very friendly, and clearly explained each test. Dr Josef is a great practitioner, and has helped deal with high blood pressure issues, as well as normal vision correction. I feel confident that i receive the best care available for my vision issues.

I brought my daughter in for an exam since she was complaining of headaches. She was a little nervous, but Lizzie (the eye tech) was so great with her. I’m coming back on Thursday for my own exam. I hope I get a sticker, too!! :).Dr. Brown came in and spoke with HER first, not me. LOVED that. She is the patient, after all. Highly recommend!!!

I see Dr. Joseph at this location. Hes an amazing doctor with years of experience. I love the cutting edge technology (optimap) that allows you to skip dilating your eyes. I can get my eyes examined and then go about my day without the 3-4 hour dilation recovery time. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, great selection of vision wear, and cutting-edge technology. I couldnt be happier.
