I have never felt as calm and comfortable at any dentist as I did here. The staff and dentist were the kindest and so compassionate of any place I have ever been…….They took the time to explain all my questions to me and made me feel like I was their only patient. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about prime endodontics… Thank you all for such a pleasant dentist visit.

I went to get my root canal done. At first, I was nervous and scared about the procedure. But Dr. Shakiba was reassuring and gentle. I barely had pain and the procedure was relatively short. Highly recommend this place, very professional employees!

Love love love this office!!! Everyone here was super friendly and nice! I brought my 10 year old daughter in for a root canal and the entire office was so amazing, she made it through the entire procedure without using laughing gas to calm her. To the ladies at the front desk, to the assistant and the dentist herself, thank you for being absolutely fantastic!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do root canal and Dr.Shakiba did a great job. Surprisingly, I had no pain at all, it was so quick and professional, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Dr.Shakiba explained very well what was going on in each stage. The office is extremely clean and nice, it has a nice view that made me feel comfortable. Drove 2 1/2 hours for my 13 yr old son to have a root canal done first appointment was only expecting for a consultation but they manage to get him in right then and there and get his root canal done cause he was in pain !!!Not only did they make my son feel at ease about everything but they made me and my other daughter feel at ease the entire time we were there…amazing staff would definitely recommend them!!! I cannot say Enough great things about Prime Endotonics, Dr. Bita Shakiba, Marcus and the rest of the staff!! They worked me in on an emergency basis for a consultation and once I discussed my situation Dr. Shakiba and Marcus stayed working on my very challenging root canal until after 7:00pm sacrificing their personal time with their families to help me. There was no rush, far from it everything was checked and double checked to ensure everything was perfect. Now let’s hope my one of a kind miracle works out as great as the care and treatment from Prime Endotonics, Dr. Shakiba and Marcus. Thank You !!!

I was very nervous to have my root canal done! Finally I decided to have my root canal done with my best friends wife, Dr.Shakiba. I didn’t feel any pain and even fell asleep in the middle of the procedure. I do recommend this place to everyone who is scared of root canals. The prices are cheaper than most of the other places and the quality is much higher!

Had a great consultation with the doctor. Unfortunately the tooth in question was not treatable so I can’t speak on that. However the staff was very friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. She explained in detail what was causing my pain. The office was very clean.

I was dreading getting the root canal done when my dentist informed me that I was in need of one. My dentist refered me to Prime Endodontics and I am so happy that he did.I called to verify insurance and get a pricing. Michelle was super friendly and amazing through that process and she is just as friendly and amazing in person as well.Dr. Shakiba and her assistant Marcos were both were knowledgeable, caring and professional. They walked through the entire process of the root canal. She visually let me see things that she was discussing, which is perfect for me as I am very much visual person.If you ever are inneed for her services this is the place to go!
