I had an AMAZING experience here. Went there for the first time and I will definitely go back as long there is no major change. The staff were amazing and the doctor was punctual, patient and really helpful. The place is prestine and the layout and the design of the interior is just impressive and has a very open concept where kids (and adults) don’t feel caged-up. There was zero waiting time and I really loved the whole place and people in its entirety. Plus, all the tedious first-time-patient paper work was done briefly and painlessly online without forcing you to repeat the same info twice! The online paper work was minimized and very effiecient using a great software. I can definitely recommend this clinic!

Love the staff, love Dr. Park!! My son did awesome for his first visit, she was very patient and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Oh and doing the paperwork online before your visit was a plus for me, especially if you have a busy body! We were literally in and out.

Amazing office. From the front office when you first walk in to the back. The assistant are all so nice and caring. They made my daughter feel so comfortable during her first visit and the following visit where she had work done for the first time ever. The dentist her self is just so sweet, attentive and patient. I love how they text to remind you of appointments and your able to even text back with questions. This doctor and her team are excellent and I hope it stays this way! Will be bringing my other girls to meet this place!

We have recently transitioned 2 of our sons to Memorial Children’s Dentistry and we are very impressed with their professionalism and compassion from the front level staff all the way to the doctor! Dr. Hanna is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. She has a calm demeanor and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Hanna and her team understand that each child is different and they individualize their plan of care as needed. Memorial Children’s Dentistry is the place to be if you are looking for a well rounded pediatric dentist office. Glad to have them in our community.

Oh my goodness I don’t know where to start.. this dentistry is exceptional the dentist the assistants to the front office staff! If I could give a 10 stars 🌟 I would. The front office ladies where extremely helpful and friendly. But the best part was about to come, the dental assistants where so nice and sweet with my son and my baby daughter, and then the Dentist came and she was happy and very informative with me and my wife. She was very sweet and playful with my baby and explain to us everything the we need it to know. Definitely a place that I would recommend to any person who wants the best treatment for their kids.

Everyone was so nice and had great customer service skills. They had cartoons playing for the kids above the dental chairs so they can look up. Everything was carefully thought of. IT WAS AMAZING! WE CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

My wife and I loved everything about our daughters first visit to the dentist. They provide all of the initial “paperwork” online which saves a ton of time (unfortunately several of my doctors still haven’t realized it’s 2021 and only use hard copies) and once we arrived, everyone was so friendly and courteous.Dr. Hanna Park was so nice and friendly, and was great at explaining everything. Great service! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. All the ladies were super nice and helpful, the most important very patient with my daughter who got a little nervous and the baby who got scared. The time from start to finish including X-rays, cleaning and exam didn’t take long. We will definitely be back!

My kid was nervous at first but it was quick, everybody was nice and they made it a good, even fun, experience.

This is the 3rd dentist we have been to for our children and Dr Hanna was by far the best. She is kind and practical. Her staff are all such sweet and kind young ladies. My baby boy loved this dentist!! The waiting rooms are inviting for little people with small tables and chairs for coloring and movies to watch while they wait. The staff, from the reception area through to check out seem to be trained in handling children in kind and helpful ways. Most importantly, Dr. Hanna and hygienists are patient and gentle. Im not worried that my child will have anxiety about visiting the dentist as he grows up, so they are helping create a foundation for good dental health in the future. Cannot recommend enough!!

When I first walked into the establishment, the decor was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and courteous. I signed all new patients forms before the visit. They checked temps and wait time was less than 3 minutes. Then we ( my children and myself) were ushered into the exam area, I noticed state of the art technology. They had a total of 4 TVs (2 mounted on the wall and 2 over the examine tables), great for the little ones. My oldest son’s x-ray was taken by the dental assistant while the other dental assistant eased my 2 years worries. Dr. Hanna Park gave great tips for both my boys. She took time to explain things to me that I possibly didn’t understand or was unsure about. And not to mention they are not double booking and are taking extra measure to abide by the Governor’s order for Social Distancing. We had the whole office to ourselves.This dentist was the best for me and my kids. They (kids) absolutely love this place and enjoyed their visit. So glad I was able to find this place.

This pediatric clinic is excellent for your kids, I needed a dentist that would take care of my daughters teeth from the start and I could come back here over and over again until shes older. I can say that the doctor is great, the staff at the front is really friendly. They have state of the art technology inside with great big Tvs for your little ones to watch. Very clean and always sanitized and during COVID they are only letting in one patient at a time to comply with social distancing which is just great.

Dr. Park is very kind and so happy every time we see her. My kindergartener and toddler love watching tv when they get their teeth examined and cleaned. Her office is incredibly clean. He staff is friendly and very welcoming, remembering little details about each child.

This place is great. Dr. Hanna was great with our kid and gave us some very helpful tips and tricks to try at home. This Dentistry is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized I have ever seen. The Owner Ms. Park did not keep Social Distancing Due to Covid-19 and has very little manners for customer service .She does not care about the customers feelings. I called on 11-4 to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Fatima. She scheduled my daughters for the following week, Monday at 3:30 for 2 kids. They asked me to make sure I changed over my Provider name, which I did immediately. I had 5 confirmations from my insurance. Monday morning at 11:36am comes and I receive a text message and a phone call from Fatima and the business to confirm my appointment. Upon confirming Fatima called me and explained that they could not see the Dentist Provider on their portal. She said that as long as I had the screenshots then I could come to the appointment.So I was working, homeschooling, cooking to prepare to come. At 1:06pm I receive a TEXT message cancelling my childrens appointment! I didnt hear the text come through so I continue to prepare. At 3:00 I check my phone and see the canceled appointment. I call to speak with Vanessa who then tells me its okay, that I can still come. So we get on our way there. Then, Vanessa calls me back and tell me in the middle of leaving again, Im sorry but we have to cancel the appointment because we dont see US as the provider. She said they called my Insurance and they said I had not switched providers.So do you know that I called my Insurance right there with Fatima on 3 way and CONFIRMED that Memorial Dentistry WAS the provider??? Wow, what a waist of a day..So I went to the clinic to speak to the office manager Ms. Park to really see if she would actually apologize for the confusion and rectify the situation. First she came within 6ft of me not showing social distance. And instead of listening to me, she interrupted me and said, We have had a long day! I think you should find another provider. You need to leave now! No apologies, no I understand how you feel. None of these ladies took accountability for their error in how they handled the situation.If you value your time and want competent people handling your childrens needs, please do not go here.

The whole staff is amazing! I was nervous about taking my kids to the dentist for the first time but Dr. Park and her staff made the entire experience fun and painless.

I took my almost 3 year old for his routine checkup and we had the best experience. The atmosphere was great and the space was very well designed and clean. The staff was super friendly and professional and Dr. Hanna was so great with my son. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and it was obvious that she had a lot of experience with little kids. My son had two previous checkups at a different pediatric dentistry and he was terrified and cried the whole time. I was completely shocked by how much my son actually enjoyed his checkup at Memorial Children’s Dentistry. I’m so glad I found this place!
