I just had the pleasure of experiencing the quality service and care at ACE, it started with the friendly help on the phone with Kahrin confirming my appointment and sending me the email to preregister so everything would be faster and smoother when I arrived, and it did, I was greeted at the door and my temperature checked, assuring me they were taking all the necessary precautions to be safe, at the desk a very nice lady named Judy checked me in fast and friendly, I was then escorted to the exam room by a very kind and accommodating dental assistant named Elsy who made me comfortable and did my x-rays and answered all my questions, (and I had alot) after a brief wait I was introduced to Dr Ceballos who explained the entire procedure and after I gave him the green light he went to work,I have been to many different dentists/specialists in the past 60 yrs but this was the first one who hummed to the office music while he worked on me, this told me two things 1. he was completed relaxed and knew what he was doing and 2. he enjoyed what he does for a profession which gave me a sense of calmness that I was in good hands, I know that this is long winded but I wanted to share with anyone needing an Endodontist they will be glad tried them

To say I am terrified of any dental work is an understatement. From the moment I called ACE and spoke with Elsy and Judy I was treated with respect and urgency to my pain. The staff was able to get me a next day appointment. They emailed all paperwork so my wait time in the office was non existent. I appreciate a practice that respects and values my time. Judy and Kahrin had me sign documents and had me in a room where I was greeted by Bailey for x-rays, scans and an assessment. Although I was incredibly nervous, anxious and in pain Bailey helped me remain calm while explaining everything she was going to do and why she was going to do it. Dr. Ceballas was gentle, patient and determined for me to have pain relief. My appointment for an evaluation was at 1pm and by 1:30pm Bailey and Elsy were prepping me for two root canals. Dr. Cebellas explained the procedure as well as what to expect after and answered all my questions. Bailey and Elsy also made sure to answer any questions and were SUPER calming while prepping everything. I highly recommend ACE and you will not be disappointed with the level of care, professionalism, comfort and ease to which they make dental procedures.

My wife felt for the we think its covered by your insurance and later sorry, we check but its not covered; its done and you have to pay the full amount. She wont be back.

I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for a root canal. I went in for my appointment and was greeted by Judy at the front desk, she has a friendly face and welcoming attitude which eased my nerves right away. She helped me get all setup for my appointment and then I was taken back and helped by Edith and Elsie. They poked around in my mouth a little and did sensitivity tests on the teeth surrounding the one needing a root canal. At this point Dr. Pedott came in to greet me and broke the news I actually needed THREE root canals (btw, im blaming my twin pregnancy for ruining my teeth).I immediately became overwhelmed by the idea of all that dental work and the cost behind it and was in tears. Judy and Kahrin were tremendously helpful in getting me setup with CareCredit in order to cover the costs and Dr. Pedott graciously fit me in to her schedule for the THREE root canals instead of the one, at my request, since I knew I would not be able to make myself come back. lol.Not once did anyone make me feel silly or self-conscious for having such an emotional reaction and only worked to calm me and help me figure out how to make things happen. I can not say enough how much Dr. Pedott, Judy, Elsie, Edith and Kahrin made me feel cared for and safe while I was there. Dont get me wrong, having THREE root canals is not fun but Dr. Pedott does great work and it went faster than I expected. She is also great at soothing your anxiety... it helps that shes funny. :)I should add that I received a personal call from Dr. Pedott that night to check on me and also a call from Judy the next day.So, to everyone at ACE, THANK YOU so so so much for all of your help in keeping my mouth healthy and keeping me sane during the process. And an extra special thanks to Judy for being so helpful, caring and warm. It was a great experience for a not so fun procedure.
