I had amazing treatment both times I have had to use the urgent care facility.From the 1st face you see to the last its smiles and amazing care. The nurses and Doctors took the time to explain why every test was being done and made me feel like a part if the treatment team when it came to making decisions. I cant say enough nice things. I will say after reading others experiences maybe treat your medical staff to a positive attitude and you will get one in return.

My brother who is a patient was taken to the emergency room. They put procedures they plan on doing on his chart. Nothing was done at all. Given pain meds and woke up at 5:45 only to be released without resolving the issue. Put him outside in a wheel chair for a hour. Due to covid we could not be present with him in the emergency room. He called us and told us he was placed out side after they release him in a wheel chair. This is so disrespectful on so many level especially with my brother condition. There goal was to hurry and get another bed open and the nurses were terrible and you felt so rushed. No one ever took me to get the procedure that the doctor had assigned. I left in as much pain as when I came in. I will never use there emergency room again. St Luke’s is much better but my doctor at Md Anderson is wonderful. Emergency room worst I have even been too.Also my insurance is great.

Cancer treatment is great! Highly effective, kind staff that will help you through every step of the way. The emergency department is bad. A lot of staff have extremely thick accents that are difficult to understand and there is a communication barrier. They had me in a Ed room for 6 hours before they drew blood and finally have a doctor say I was passing out because of stress and dehydration. I’ll take it tho easy fixes

I have cancer and they kicked me out..i didnt have Insurance. I work and dont make enough to buy Insurance, nor do i qualify for government assistance ..i thought hospital were here to help , not let u die on the streets like a animal..its been 2 weeks and yet no treatment nor no communications....i hope they can tell my younger kids why i paassed away ans why..

Top notch treatment and care. The nurses and staff are there best in the business!

If people need to be treated do it right. You can tell when people don’t care and it’s easy to see
