My son went into the ER for chest pain. He told the staff three times who his cardiologist was, but they sent him Dr. Jose Cuellar Silva. He was admitted into the hospital and Dr. Silva said that he would be here in the morning to discharge him. My son would need to go pick up a heart monitor at doctor’s office the next morning. I took the day off in order to be there to talk to the doctor, but he never showed up. We sat and waited for this Dr. Silva all day long! Then at 7pm he called the hospital to say my son could be discharged. This was very unprofessional! I did call his office and the receptionist was rude as well. This doctor did not care enough about his patient to make him feel comfortable about his situation or at the least come in and explain everything to him. This was so unprofessional, so we will be seeing someone else.I do want to say that the nurses on the third floor were great. They tried contacting the doctor and put notes in the system for the doctor to see. Nurse Sally was very caring and apologetic.

I came here for an emergency and left after waiting for 4 hours to go elsewhere with no treatment having been provided. I was charged $250.00 for the wait as well... Seriously, this place shouldnt be allowed to advertise itself as an emergency care facility. Also, its not like the place was busy.

Sunday 3:30 we came in after girlfriend flipped her bike. Lots of rash and enough damage to warrant looking over. She however was a self pay. I could pay 650 today or 7,300 tomorrow. Good God, thats legal? I paid it of course because otherwise self pays get treated with minimal urgency. It still took 4hrs, they called her script into a CVS down the street that was closed. We live an hour away so the next morning I learned that they couldnt transfer the script since Tramadol...the stuff I gave my dog for a sprang is now controlled. Fine. the next day I called the Er desk maybe 12 times over a span of 4hrs and finally called the hospital manager to help expedite the task of someone calling in the scrip to a pharmacy near me. I can not beleave this was due to being busy, a broken system or bad Er policy as much it is just not enough people caring enough to move with a sense of urgency.

Very discrete and kind. Regardless of the circumstances behind the injury, they showed compassion and regarded my feelings. I felt safe here.

This has been the best ER experience Ive ever had. I was taken in immediately and a doctor looked at my injury within 5 minutes. Everyone is friendly and comforting. This is hard to beat.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Honestly this review should get 0 stars. Took my Girl friend into the Er for a emergency and to hopefully get an x-ray for her stomach. The nurses completely ignored her while shes vomiting and falling over in pain. Nurses acted like snobby people. When someone did actually check on her; they gave her dirty looks/ disgusted glares. The one nurse that actually helped , I commend to the end. And i am very upset i didnt get his name

Omg... still here...2 hours and still waiting to get DISCHARGE!!!!...u know there is a person waiting to take me home out in the parking lot with a heat advisory issued for the area... this place is HORRIBLE!!!!

I used to think this was a wonderful hospital but then Friday my daughter was admitted needing her gallbladder taken out. Today she was discharged and upon her discharge they sent her prescription to the wrong pharmacy and are now refusing to fix their mistakes. I’ve spent all day trying to get them to fix it with no success so now my daughter sits in pain because they refuse to do their job and fix what needs fixing

I just called to ask if they could run ultrasounds, catscans, MRIs and the woman very hatefully said, Yes. Were an emergency room! I said, Memorial Herrman cant so thats why Im asking and hung up, wont be going there if thats how they treat you over the phone... Rude.
