Highly recommend this place. In the past I have always left my dog with a sitter when I went out of town, but since we just moved to Houston, I decided to try Korob. Normally my dog gets pretty sad when I leave and acts that way for a few days even after I return. Basically, when I go out of town it’s typically hard on her. But when I picked her up from Korob she was as happy as could be. She was literally the best version of herself. So happy. I had her nails done there too, and they were perfect. She smelled lovely and was super clean. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place. The longest I have kept my dog there was 10 days, and we didn’t have a single problem. What I like most is how much they care about the animals. I could tell my girl was loved while I was gone. Your dog is in good hands here. And the cost isn’t outrageous either. I’d say everything they offer is reasonable.

I have been to many hotels for my puppy. But the service I got from Danielle D was by far the best! Danielle is very welcoming of not only me but every other person that was there. My little puppy stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I could tell everyone there loved him! Best experience! Will definitely bring my dog back here next time. Great service Danielle, keep it up!!!

I cant speak highly enough of Korob Pet Hotel and the friendly staff. They took great care of my fur baby, made sure that she was feeling comfortable and played nice with the other dogs, and were happy to provide me with updates each time I contacted them. I was really nervous about leaving her in the care of someone else for a 2-week long trip, but was reassured by how well they took care of her. She even came back with some new manners and does better with other dogs thanks to Korobs day care! If I could give Korob 7 stars I would!

Let me tell you my story:My wonderful dog, Betty, got into some serious badness on our walk this evening. She found something awful and ugly to roll around in before I could stop her. (what is it about piles of awfulness and dogs??) I dont have a good way to clean my dog in the building where we live. Thats what dog parks are for, right? Finding myself with a Dog Wash Emergency at 5pm is one of those helpless, hopeless moments that you dont even think about until youre right in the middle of one!Korob is located right across the street from me. I have never used them for any of our dog-care needs, but I went up to the door and explained my situation to the man at the front desk. Without any hesitation he said he would give Betty a quick shampoo. While he washed Betty, I washed her collar and leash. I was effusive in my gratitude and I was prepared to pay ANY amount of money that he named, and do you know what he charged me? $0.00 NOT A SINGLE PENNY. He simply encouraged me to bring Betty back another time for a more thorough wash and Day of Beauty. This mans name was Rice. I looked that up in the dictionary and found:RICEnoun1. A saint who lives and walks among us, eager to help.verb1. to rice, to come to ones rescue during Dirty Dog Emergenciesexample: I was desperate and he riced the situation, and now Im happy and feeling no stress.Mere words cannot express how grateful I am to Rice for ricing us this evening. Betty smells like a pina colada instead of a bus stop bathroom and I will honor my word and bring her back another day for her Day of Beauty. Apparently, Korob is not just a dog hotel. We had to evacuate from Louisiana due to another hurricane. It was super last minute. We walked into the doors at 6am on the dot (sleep deprived, stressed, and nervous)and the sweet lady at the front was ready to accommodate us. After we got Oliver checked in, we were given a tour of the facility. The first thing that made me feel a bit of peace was the organization that they have behind the scenes to make sure that everything is run smoothly. This was our first time boarding our 4 month puppy who wasn’t very socialized with dogs, so I was extremely nervous. I was also a bit weary about not being able to see our little boy throughout the day via webcam. Korob took SUCH GOOD CARE of Oliver. While they don’t use cameras that we can constantly monitor our dog, they post a lot of videos on Instagram throughout the day. You can message them on Instagram and they’ll kindly respond whenever they can. Through the 6 days that Oliver was there, we watched him grow so much socially with the other dogs. Throughout his stay, we were able to pick him up and take him out to hangout with us for a bit and then returned him. Oliver absolutely loved it. We are so happy that we chose Korob Pet Hotel. The staff were so kind to both us (humans) and our sweet little Oliver. I very highly recommend them!

Exceptional pet care! I’ve brought my dog here for several years - grooming, day care and boarding. The day care has helped immensely with anxiety, and she’s become playful and happy to interact with other dogs. They take fantastic care of her whether it’s the day, a few nights, or a two-week stay. She always looks adorable when groomed. Truly, this is great place.

Do NOT use the groomer!! Abraded off one of our dogs foot pads, she was tracking blood for days. They had the balls to tell us they thought it might have happened in daycare, and still charged us the full day despite her being too injured to play with the other dogs.I really love a lot of the people here, and we may continue to board our dog, but this experience has left a really poor impression of what I had previously thought was a friendly, honest business.

I go out of my way just to use Korob Pet Hotel for many reasons due to the care myself and my dogs get from the staff there.6:15 a.m. this morning dogs loaded in car and getting ready to drive quite a ways to drop both my pups off and I have a dead battery. Get car jumped by a neighbor (dogs still in car), I call Danielle at Korob and ask if she would come to the car and when I pulled up front so I wouldn’t have to turn the car off.Without hesitation she says sure and sure enough she is standing outside waiting for me to pull up to bring my dogs into the daycare so I could get to work and get my battery replaced and still not be late.I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff as I do use another daycare closer to my home sometimes and the dogs do not have the same reaction when we pull up and they see where they are as they do when we go into Korob.I highly recommend this daycare over the others that I have used over the years.It may be way out of my way to get there but they give great care to my pups and of course me.

Korob is the only place I trust to leave my pups for boarding. The staff is very friendly, professional and always so accommodating! One of my pups can be a bit nippy and the staff here still welcomes him and is understanding. I always have several requests when I drop off my little guys and the staff always delivers. I like to call in to check on them too and Im always given updates which makes me feel comfortable with the quality of care. When I pick up my pups from here they always seem happy. I trust that theyre in good hands here. I had to go to Dallas for work today and was trying so hard to get back to Korob by 7 tonight and Danielle was nice enough to wait for me since I was running late due to traffic driving all the way back from Dallas. I really wanted to be with my pups tonight and was beyond thankful that Danielle was kind enough to wait for me after hours. I certainly wouldnt do that again to them in the future, but Im so happy they made an exception for me tonight. Ive also had the pleasure of talking to Garrett, Sasha and Ryce. I know Im leaving other names out but EVERYONE is amazing here. Thanks again for your help tonight Danielle and thanks Korob team for treating my babies with such great care. Take your pups here for their daycare, boarding or grooming needs. You wont regret it!!

Fantastic place to bring your dog. My dog has been coming here for about a year and a half to board and for day care several times a week and we’ve had nothing but a good experience. Classy, friendly, and kind staff. Clean and spacious areas for the dogs. My guy always comes home tired and happy. Obvious commitment to upgrading and improving the place. I’ve tried a few around the city and Korob has been the best. I drive 15 minutes out of the way in the morning to bring him to Korob. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife were leaving on a long-awaited vocation to the Europe last month and since we had never had a pet before, this boarding experience was the very first one! Our 3 months old puppy was too vulnerable for leaving him at any kind of temporary shelter. Well, my wife thought he was like that. She’s like a mommy, who is always afraid of leaving her baby somewhere far from herself. But I promised her to find a great place, which she would be able to evaluate before leaving there our adorable tiny puppy Sam.I picked Korob Pet Hotel out of several companies in the area. Thankfully to its amazing service from now on this company has one more permanent customer who is more than happy to leave the pet at their facility in the future.The main concern, which my wife had, was how they would manage to give every pet proper attention, considering a great number of dogs and cats there. But we were assured that everything would be just fine and every pet would get individual care. They didn’t lie! The staff was extremely professional, attentive, responsible and very flexible boarding our dog. Our puppy’s vocation ended up with being very active, energetic, healthy looking and happy.All in all, from this moment me and my wife will be much more confident going on vocation without our baby-boy!

As far as pet care goes, they are fine but caveat emptor: their booking form does not black out dates when they are not open for pet pick-up; their booking confirmation e-mail does not state this; nor does their website indicate anywhere what their holidays are. They will not contact you to tell you if you have booked to pick up on a day that they are closed. As a result we were forced to pick up our pet on Jan 2, not Jan 1, resulting in a considerably more expensive bill than anticipated.

I definitely wasn’t disappointed in this service! I would give Korob Pet Hotel 100 stars if only I could. What is so special about them? My dog Roxy is a needy pet and I was afraid of leaving her for some strange people. I’d heard about the doggy day care facilities but never used it before.It wasn’t emergency case, but I am glad that now I don’t have to worry if I suddenly need to leave the city. My girl will be in good caring hands. She will be well-fed and took all the necessary vitamins!It is also very convenient that Korob Pet Hotel is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week! They have very flexible policy concerning pick up and drop off schedule. I was assured that my baby would be safe and sound at their place and I know that she was! The hotel was so shiny both times, when I was leaving Roxy and taking her home.I like how attentive, reliable and honest the staff is! Their prices are reasonable and fair.I would recommend this place to every dog owner!

I got an incredible impression of the Korob Pet Hotel while my first meeting with its incredible staff. I came there to board my 7 months old dog Boo for two weeks. And I was impressed with their professionalism, trustworthiness, responsibility and great attitude to the world!. All those in complex made me feel extremely comfortable and trust my beloved buddy to them.Since that time (approximately 3 months ago) I use only their service to get a great care of Boo! I got more accommodating regarding my trips out of town no matter business ones or just on vocation.I am very thankful to the Korob Pet Hotel staff for taking care of Boo even though he sometimes demands plenty of prissy attitude! My wife recently rescued a cute little dog with only three legs and took it home. That was a nice surprise, especially considering how empathy was my wife Amy. But there was one problem, as all this happened very suddenly, and we were supposed to find somebody to feed that cute doggy, named Charlie while we would travel.We did a deep research of the local doggie day care and based on a good rating we chose Korob Pet Hotel. After the arrangement was made we needed to deliver Charlie for behavior test. We received all the necessary information, including terms and conditions, got the quote, which was affordable, and left the dog to take care by professionals, who, by the way, were very warm, polite, gentle and experienced. I think its needless to say how happy we were. We were totally sure that the dog would be in good hands.I am more than grateful that the manager was willing to share her rich experience on how to care about the dog, told us about particular care of the dog.Korob Pet Hotel staff is extremely responsible, and they definitely followed our queries and made Charlie feel very comfortable at that place. I like how their business runs.They great wonderful attitude to the pets and there is no one who could surpass them!!! Korob Pet Hotel is a fabulous spot.

My cat Tess absolutely hates, when I leave her alone. She can bear only a few hours being all alone in our apartment and then she is going crazy, shes winning and trying to make some filth. Well, shes not that bad, as it may seem, but it is still better not to irritate her. I know she is not that easy and, actually, this is the exact reason why I have boarded her to a pet facility. She needs some special treatment, which can be pretty expensive.This time there wasnt other way to get out of the situation, but find a temporary shelter for her, which was Korob Pet Hotel that I had found on the Internet. This way I literally saved my neighbors form suffering. It was a big surprise for me that Tess let me leave her at the facility and she wasnt that nervous! Wow! Thats a very rare I must admit! The Korob Pets folks were exceptionally accommodating and sensitive! I liked facilitys design and impressive cleanliness! What I like the most about that place is that the staff truly loves the pets they are taking care about. Even though their service is top-notch the level of prices are that high, it is really affordable. When I picked Tess up she had a bit of indoor facilitys smell, but the staff had definitely bathed her. Thank you!

They are fantastic (Pet hotel). I have being using them for years. I drop off the dog there and they take care of the dog whole day. They play with the dogs, shower them. They are very friendly, very professional and when it comes to taking care of the animals they are very flexible. They are amazing. They are very courteous, great customer service and they are great with their job. A friend recommended them to me.

This is the best pet care facility I know with its intimate surroundings and excellent professional service and individual attention. I often travel abroad and leave my two dogs in Korobs care for up to a month at a time and my furry babies could not be in better hands. I come back from my trips to happy, healthy and relaxed pups who love their care-givers.

I brought my dog to Korob Pet Hotel to board for a week while on vacation. The lobby is very clean and well decorated. The facility is wonderfully clean and bright, with indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to play, no matter the weather. The kennel areas are also very clean and well kept. The staff greeted me and my dog like we were family when we walked in the door, and as I checked my dog in, they asked if there were any special things they needed to know about my dog. This type of care and concern for my pet gave me an amazing peace of mind knowing my dog was going to be well cared for while I was out of town. Upon return to pick my dog up, they bathed my dog prior to my arrival and also gave us some free treat samples to take home. I could not be more impressed with the outstanding customer service, fantastic facility and overall incredible experience. I will never take my dog anywhere else for boarding!

They seemed to truly love dogs! My pup went there for a weekend. shes naturally timid and scared. Theyre a bit aggressive with training. My dog, who is nervous, but never bit anyone in her life, apparently bit one of the trainers. I witnessed it. If someone I showed true fear of persisted and put their hand in my face, despite my display of fear, I would have the same reaction. They dont seem to respect the nervous dogs, just stick to their style of training. Although its great, it may not be great for certain breeds. REGARDLESS, they were professional. If youre open to a more aggressive (not a bad thing, depending on your dog) form of training/boarding- i would recommend. If you have a nervous dog like mine, consider other options- unfortunately, my dog has never been the same since her visit. :( shes even more nervous and scared of people :(

I would definitely like to state that my girlfriend and I had a great experience with Karob Pet Hotel! Mey went as far as open the door as I was there to scoop up Grizzly! They have the best welcome that Ive felt. Sasha had an extra mile style to her along with a great heart. All staff was knowledgeable yet felt like best friends. Ill recommend this business to anyone. Very clean, organized along with great prices. This is the place Id bring my pups any day of the week!

Dropped my puppy off at 7:30- promised he would be completed by 2:00. At 2:10 as I was almost to the facility- I call to ensure there would be no wait - no answer. After 3 missed calls and 15 min they call back and say he would not be ready in time with no explanation. When he was finally ready they brought me the wrong dog.... after finally finding my puppy they didn’t know where his things were and also gave me back the food I dropped off that morning. They forgot to feed him ALL day. If you love your baby find another place. This place is disorganized and does not seem to care about inconvenience. Also, what if they offered my puppy to another person. Stay away

I am so glad that I discovered Korob Pet Hotel for myself and my adorable puppy Suzy. This is the best pet accommodating place in the city by far. I had already had some negative experience in this sphere before and this time, leaving for vacation I had huge concerns as for boarding Suzy to Korob Pet boarding, but fortunately these guys exceeded all my expectations!I was immediately contacted by a customer manager shortly after making a query. I was provided with a great service description and their daily rates. All the information was good for me and I decided to go to the the hotel in order to show Suzy and see if she was doing ok in that condition.Daniel was very gentle and knowledgeable and she showed her nice connection with the pet! Not only careful she was, but also personable and very friendly. I asked all the questions, which I was planning on asking concerning Suzys stay.I was off to Colorado for ten days. When I came back home and arrived to pick up my puppy, she seemed very playful and healthy! I made a conclusion that Suzy was getting enough attention and food. Korob Pet Hotel went above and beyond!Bottom line, I strongly recommend to use this amazing service. They are truly professional, attentive and gentle with pets.

First I believe my dog was well treated and taken care of. If that is the only thing your concerned about then this is the place. To me thats only part of the experience. My personal experience is poor. Pricing isnt always transparent around the holidays so always get something in writing or email when you book 1-2 months in advance. Got stuck with an unexpectedly large bill when I dropped off the dog and had no choice since I had a plane to catch. Pricing on add-ons also changed on another visit so this place turned into more of a headache then a convenience. Then on another visit I had a very unprofessional experience with the front desk girl which was the last strike for me.

Korob is the best! My puppy goes about twice a week for day care, and has also been for boarding. He is always so excited to arrive and play with the other dogs. They make sure he receives breakfast (if appropriate) and lunch, and have no problem holding onto his food or telling me when his food is low. They also let me bring his crate for boarding which I really like since he is accustomed to sleeping in it.Everybody at Korob is very friendly as well. Daniel and Ryce have been very accommodating answering questions and having T-Rye ready for when I pick him up. They both have their own dogs and clearly care greatly for all dogs that stay at Korob. The facility is always clean when I drop by.Korob is also very careful with vaccinations. I also like that they email me my dogs boarding reservation and day care information.

They are just fantastic. It is a huge air conditioned place where they sleep. My dogs never want to come home with me. They are priced reasonably. She will take pictures of your dogs and send them to you. She rotates the dogs throughout the day so they get exercise .

Korob Pet Hotel is a top of the line business they treat your pet as if they were children. Everyone working gets to know your pet. The trainers were great. Although they are a distance for us to travel . They are well worth it . We use the commands given in training, our Winston responds . Korob Pet Hotel is a terrific full service day care and boarding facility! We were visiting in Houston and wanted day care for our 2 large dogs so that we could visit museums. Korob did every thing they could to make it happen even though it was last minute on the weekend. The staff is caring and obviously loves animals. After seeing this we changed our day care plan to boarding for 2 days so that we could go to NASA, even though we knew a place out in Webster that is also good. Korob was able to accommodate my request for bath and brush out for both dogs and paid special attention to my notes about their personality. I will be taking my dogs here for every trip to Houston. (Frequent) I could tell that the rest of the clients loved the place too as they came to drop off and pick up their pets.

This facility is truly amazing! My puppy Harley was taken a wonderful care there! I am not a business woman, who’s often takes off for work, but it just happened that I had to suddenly go to San-Francisco to visit a wedding.As I had never used dogs sitters before, I was taken aback about what to do and who to ask to feed my boy.The decision came up as soon as I dialed my mom. She told about such a great possibility that she had heard about at work. I went on-line and found Korob Pet Hotel. This was the only facility I could afford as my budget was very limited. Such pet sitting service is a good idea! That is one of the best discoveries of mankind! I was immediately inspired with a confidence, when I met the staff. So professional, nice and pleasant people. All my queries were accommodated. Honestly, I feel relieved now that I can use this hotel in the future. I felt like I was tightened to the house and couldn’t go on vacation. Korob pet hotel do an excellent job caring for my dogs. They respond immediately when I make a request for service and is extremely reliable. I completely trust them and I know my dogs are in good hands when I am gone.

They are very reliable and very clean. The staff is really extremely nice. My dog seems to be really happy to go there; she doesnt seem threatened by anything there.

Jorge not only had an immediate connection with our dog but he immediately calmed when he met hom. We boarded him with Jorge for 5 weeks of training. We boarded because the distance to our home was too great. The difference in the dogs behavior when we went to train with the dog was unbelievable. Jorge is a wonderful and caring trainer.

Really love this place and the people who work here. Was walking my 6 month old puppy Sadie home last week, knowing Id have to board her somewhere for a trip I was taking. Serendipitously I stumbled across Korob. I went inside, and was greeted immediately. Got a mini orientation, and after reading reviews, I was convinced. Took Sadie in on a Wednesday, she passed her orientation, and was boarded until the following Monday. All I had to do was bring her immunization records and bagged breakfast/dinner for the days shed be boarded. That was it. By far the best thing that Sadie got from this experience was the socialization with the other dogs in the daycare component. Something in her changed. She is a lot less barky with other dogs now. She seems calmer and happier. And that makes me happier, too. I realized that the prices of boarding her and getting a Wag employee to walk the dog are pretty comparable. I think Im going to start boarding her much more often at this place. The resident dogs that she stayed with and the staff have evidently had a lasting impression on her. They have had one on me, too. I was really, really comforted in working with Danielle and Rima when I first boarded my dog. Danielle was working the front when I first dropped Sadie off. She was amazing. Absolutely amazing. Genuine, bright, cheerful, and confident. She was so amazing that I even called Korob from out of town, connected with her, and she gave me nothing but wonderful feedback on my baby. Danielle will undoubtedly be in a managerial position one day, wherever she chooses. Danielle, I hope you stay at Korob. All in all, Korob is awesome. You get high quality care, love, and incidentally obedience training for your dog. Its well worth it. Oh and btw, Sadie peed herself a little when I picked her up yesterday. Haha, I loved it. I peed a little too. Dogs are amazing.Update June 28, 2020: I just wanted to update maybe 7-8 months later. I take my dog Sadie regularly to Korob. Maybe 4-5 days per week. Everybody who works there is a stand-out individual. I realize thats a generalized statement but I say it without embellishment. Theyre kind of like my family tbh. I am probably one of the most regular customers they have. Sasha, Danielle, Garret (and all the hardworking individuals who supervise my dog as she plays her heart out) are my friends. Id give this place 6 stars if I could. I tell everyone who wants to give their dog the gift of socialization and exercise/playtime about Korob. Everybody.Its especially helpful during COVID. Theyre a solid business running as they normally would. As a physician I often have to drop her off at 6am and pick her up at 7pm. Yes, you can have your dog play nonstop for 13 hours for not much more of the cost that it would be if you had Wag walk them. Its a no-brainer. It gives your dog a happy, healthy life. It will make your life happy and healthy too.I dont get anything for this review; nobody is paying me to say this. I just feel everybody and their dog deserves some happiness during these crazy COVID times. Korob has helped me find that balance. I hope you, your pup(s) and your family are safe. Much love.

Our German Shepherd Cody didn’t seem like he enjoyed it and that’s why we forgot about boarding opportunity for some time. But when my brother told me about his great experience with the Korob dog boarding, I decided to give it a try and when there was a chance to take a rest I wasn’t thinking for too much and bought a ticket to Hawaii.I have to admit that no other place in Houston can beat this one! Such a top-notch service at affordable price isn’t that common! I am pretty comfortable leaving my pup with the guys from the spot, because they are truly genuine and simply great!I can stand when the dog is kept in a tight cage as we had faced it before I found Korob pet hotel. There is plenty of grass play area, where the pups can fool around. Korob pet hotel is the best!

Last week my car broke down on 610 while I was on my way to drop off my dogs at Korob. I called them, told them my situation and Ryce hustled over and picked up my dogs while I dealt with my broken down car! Who does that?! This is the kind of service you get from Ryce and everybody on his team at Korob.I frequently use Korob for daycare, boarding and grooming services and couldnt be more pleased. The staff is all very friendly. Ryce has also helped me on a few occasions when I couldnt get my dogs dropped off or picked up during regular hours because of my travel schedule. The daycare staff is all professionally trained and stay in the same area with the dogs all day long. The dogs get to play under their watchful eyes where they make sure that all the canine guests have a day full of safe fun.Over the past 20 years I have used several other providers but none that maintain the level of service and care that Korob provides. My two mini schnauzers leap out of my car and run in the front door, stubby tails wagging every time.Korob is definitely the best and they provide a great value for the money. I highly recommend Korob Pet Hotel.

My husband and I had to go to Dallas for the weekend at the last minute. He have recently adopted a rescue dog and were hesitant leaving him at a kennel. We were referred here by a friend and I am glad that we were. We called and there were able to take our dog without hesitation. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff was very very friendly.We took a blankie, snacks and food with his favorite bone and dropped him off. We picked him up on Sunday a happy puppy. I am very glad we called Korob Pet Hotel, I will be using them again.

I cant say enough about Korab. After a delayed international flight caused us to get back to Houston after closing hours, we were so sad we would not be able to pick up our two dogs until the next day. We reached out to Korab and they were happy to meet us after hours to pick them up! I was such a kind thing to do. Our dogs love this place and so do we!

Our dog loves to go there for boarding. He has separation anxiety, and he doesnt even look back to say good bye when we drop him off. If he didnt like it there, he wouldnt be as happy as he is there.

This so called ‘pet hotel’ is ran by a handful of underaged kids that have ZERO proper dog training. If you truly care about your dog do not trust this terrible business with your loved one. Our dog had an extended stay (about 10 days) and came back to us with habitual scratching/itching, a missing AND broken nail left untreated (that was an open wound), and to add MORE insult to his injury our dog was obviously stressed out of his mind upon retrieval. Beware, they begin showing you the nicer ‘lofts’ but just end up overcharging for a sectioned off area of a confined stuffy room. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us for portioning our own blue mountain dog food without even mentioning the $2 charge per bag per day to us beforehand. Korob claims to give you that peace of mind and make the stay personable with your pet but it was quite the opposite and overall we very displeased. The staff was completely unorganized with zero follow up and no accountability when we asked specific questions. Their answers kept changing and no one took ownership of anything - we won’t go back nor will we recommend this poorly ran hotel.

I have to say that Ive experienced very disappointing and nerve-wracking boarding pet facility before. And when I realized I needed to find a place for my dog Ziza while I would be off for business trip I was devastated. I tried to find somebody among my friends who would be able to came feed Ziza and walk with her every day during the particular period, but my efforts were vain. .I had no option but going on Yelp in finding for a good dog boarding place in Houston, which would be comfortable for my cute puppy. Korob Pet Hotel was a pretty good onee. I contacted them and discussed the details of my forthcoming need to leave a cat for someone.The customer managers were wonderful with my little fluffy girl, in spite of her social issues. I liked that facility and in a few days Ziza was already laying on her special dog couch in Korob Pet Hotel.When I was taking her back, she was very energetic and friendly, as she was treated like family. I cannot remember her wagging her tail before.All in all, that was a successful stay for my cat there.I feel comfortable with this pet hotel as my dog did and I wont hesitate even for a moment to leave her there once again if I ever face such problem! Highly recommend!!

A very clean facility, friendly staff and owners that truly care, and it shows by the way my dog gets excited when turning into their parking lot, she knows shes going to go play for a day or two.
